Go next door. No need to be so rude, derogatory and dismissive to loyal customers who staff assume are under the influence. Very shocked at their recent attitude despite the reputation the business has gained (whom myself and a lot of people have stuck with until recently). No need to literally throw orders in peoples faces before a discussion in dietary requirements or just basic questions about the menu- it’s not necessary despite the rush in demand for food orders. Popularity does not mean quality- try the other places that are far superior in their product, price and service

so i ordered the same pizza meal i order every day this day i just finished eating my pizza and to come to notice a dead fly sitting in the corner of the pizza tray so i called and complained they sent a new pizza out and refused to give me it because they noticed that ive eat the pizza but they didn’t understand that the dead fly was under the last piece what a coincidence the truth the deiver actually picked up the fly and squashed it all over my glass cahinet in my shop and we argued on the phone and i had to kick him out with the new pizza ill never order here again

The breck road location really has re-established that old nabzys taste and feel that the city center one lost long ago. The staff here are super nice and always read your comments even nice enough to leave a nice message on my pizza box back! :) I can see a few reviews here that are for the city center location, this shop is so much better on so many levels. I've had mistakes made where they rectified them straight away, we are all human after all.

many times thought paid too much, we questioned it tonight 2 garlic bread 2 chips 2 drinks charged £22, when phoned up was told we got charged for pizza meal deal but it wasn’t a pizza meal deal, it was garlic bread an chips, this had happened so many times an only questioned it tonight, so be careful and always check what you ordered against the menu!!! Won’t be ordering here again!!! Waiting on £8 refund what they overcharged me!!!!

You would go there thinking that you'll get a great meal, but you find a family. The staff basically provides you with the most tasty meal you could ever wish when you are DRUNK. They are basically the best final you could ever ask after a night out in liverpool. Nabzys is home, nabzys is love, if you ever feel lost or you don't know what to do with your life, go to nabzys and you'll see how everything just lights up.

It was last time when I took something from there. I ordered a wrap meal (bigger than small I think cuz I seen only two options) and my fiance asked to don't get that wrap with onion. Wrap was really small, just only Mayo and chicken... If we knew how big it is, we would never want it. Better go to Golocal and get frozen pizza.

The staff members were so rude and and made us wait for ages just for our food. Lots of people ordered after us and got their food before us! Worst of all they kept staring at my girlfriend and even had the audacity to hit on her! The staff need to apologise ASAP. PLEASE AVOID THIS NABZYS, the Norris green one is much better

Orders 2 burger meals an chicken strips when I got home with it there was only 3 bags of chips and chicken strips had to go all the way back to get the right order I don't use this place anymore I go to west derby road called lazeez there the customer service is brilliant the food is delicious and the home delivery is great

Food is nice but expensive for what it is, I’ve just paid over £12 for a fillet burger and a chicken wrap, I thought £4.50 was for the wrap meal as that’s what you’d pay at McDonalds but it was literally the wrap which was the width of a sausage! Cud av got same items from McDonalds for much less …

Nah u know .. had the chicken strips and the chips ... The chips were severely over salted and had no insides .. crispy .. but no Interior ..the chicken strips were no better than them SFC boxes you get from Iceland .. can't believe Sadio Mane got palmed off there .. bit fuming over that ,!

One of the senior staff members shared with me his pizza while still waiting for my order. I was hungry and he told me that he origins are Pakistan and I am from Lesotho which means a different place in Pakistan. He was very kind and they gave me more food …

The worst experience you will have ever if you asked for an order from restaurant. The delivery staff are out of their minds and of an aggressive attitude towards customers. They ended with hitting a man in front of his house and escaped.

Everytime I order from here I order two pots of gravy and everytime every single time they send two cold pots of beans which go in the bin because no one likes them if you don't sell gravy take it off the menu beyond infuriating

Last time I ordered pizzas were just disgusting and dry, like if they have been days in the fridge. And no sauce on it! They used to be ok for the price, I won't order again. I complained about it and still waiting a response.

Chips are actually just empty shells of potato skin that tasted like the oil needs changing. Burger tastes of BO with chicken really hard in the middle... Wasn't sure it was cooked so I left it... Really disgusting actually.

By far the best chicken takeaway in Liverpool. Ordered and arrived within twenty minutes. Extra pieces of chicken with meal and food came hot. Always order from them.
