Buyer beware! Nambe sent out emails to valued customers abut their 4 day special sale, 30% off clearance. These are not new prices nor is there an additional discount. It is a ploy to bring people in the store. I love Nambe designs, but will not believe future sale announcements

Staff were very rude. One team member offered to help everyone in the store but me. The team member who rang up my sale gave me as little information as possible regarding my question about replating older Nambe pieces. I made a purchase yesterday and I'm returning it today.

This location didn’t have much in stock and the prices at this outlet were much higher than I have seen in other locations. It was disorganized and cluttered. The staff were polite and could order anything they didn’t have but defeats having a store front.

Stopped in today to purchase a tea pot. 1 person offered help but it felt very cold there. It’s a very unpleasant atmosphere there with the staff. Will never go there again. Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I didn’t have to. The employees there

Bring your checkbook. The stuff here is amazing and just so versatile, but man, you will pay for it. It's worth every penny though. This isn't something or throw away culture made. This is something that will last a lifetime and longer.

Helpful and friendly staff pretty, limited stock especially around the holidays. This may be related to COVID-19 supply chain disruptions. Very good at notifying customers when items sought are in stock.

Holiday hours posted on the shops door indicate the store is open until 7 pm. That ids a lie. The shop was closed on 24 Dec at 5:15 pm.
