If you are a healthy individual that just needs to get your physical and what not for work or immigration purposes, this place is great. They will get you in and out. If you are someone that actually wants not outdated care, a clinic to milk your insurance, not ordering things they said they were I suggest you go elsewhere. First of all, they scheduled me on a day that my insurance did not approve because it wasn't a full year. So I made the 45min trek there, and then back. This could have been a easy phone call. And then when I went in again for my appointment a week later, they forgot to order 2 tests for me and prescribe me the ointment they said they were. Also scheduled me with someone I never seen before when I only see Dr. Jiang. They called me twice to inform me the same thing, and then actually had another doctor talk to me at the appointment about it again. This caused me to do some digging on my medical records because I wonder what else they have forgotten or mixed up about. This showed that they completely did not inform on things the year prior. When I requested my medical records as suggested by my lawyer, there were things in my medical notes that have never been addressed to me in person. But they will however make sure to test you on everything your insurance is covering you on like a random EKG. After going to two other doctors and getting second opinions. I'm glad I left because the two other doctors suggestions matched and I am not getting a repeated test which was this clinic's suggestions. The other doctors I went to had no idea why they are scheduling a repeat test over something that hasn't been normal for over a year. My new doctors pulled out recent research and chart to educate and show me something that every doctor should know at this point. Also, if you go in the morning, there is no social distancing for COVID 19. You are pretty much in a hot box with the door open with like 10 or more other people waiting. This is so different from all my other healthcare visit where they are super careful about it. You can also hear everything the nurses and doctors do in the waiting room. You can hear what is going on with a patient, what they are ordering, its awkward. Don't know how they can get with HIPPA.

I would give zero star if I could, the staff in this office is very unprofessional. I did my annual physical exam at Bellaire location before Thanksgiving holiday. It should be a quick in and out visit, but I end up waiting for 3 hours to get blood work done, even with an appointment. It's end of the year, I understand, but the nurse who's taking my bloodwork drove me in insane~~ Firstly, she said she didn't work on the weekends, but called in to cover for someone else; then she failed to draw blood on both of my arms, even after three tries. Not to mention the pain when she tried to find vein by turning needle in my arm. Lastly, she asked me to reschedule my visit as the office was about to close. I was so mad and asked for another nurse to help, who was more experienced and collected my blood work in one shot. Before I left the office, the receptionist said I should receive my result through a phone call in 1-2 weeks. Guess what, no calls for 2 months...... I called in a few times after Christmas holiday, and was told lab report was not available, they would check and call me back. But no call and no follow up at all!!! I finally reached out to their office manager, who contacted the lab and got my test report on the same day. My advise, if you don't mind 3hr window for your appointment, if you don't mind the unprofessional staff, and if you don't mind the post visit hassle to get your result, this place might be for you. Otherwise, go find another doctor.

Shocked by all positive reviews. This place is awful. Please do yourself a favor and find a new PCP that actually cares about your wellbeing. Unfortunately I only come here out of convenience. It is located near work, and I do not have to take time off to get my basic annual physical done. LADIES, do not bother making an appt for something like BC, a UTI, or a yeast infection. They make you wait more than an HOUR (yes total wait time is an hour) sitting in a grungy cold room with nothing on but a thin paper gown. Once the doctor comes in (if you're lucky enough you will get seen by the actual doctor, and if not it will be her PA), she rushes you and gives you literally 5 minutes of her time before she rushes off to the next patient. You're better off downloading the MDLIVE app, and getting your prescription from there. Can we talk about the billing? Helen is god awful. She literally doesn't care. Have billing issues? Good luck getting a hold of her. Quest is making me pay $300 for lab tests that are your basic ROUTINE PREVENTATIVE tests that I get every year. Well apparently this year it's different because I'm sure someone messed up the coding, because never have I ever had to pay out of pocket for these same tests that I do every year. Well now, Quest has submitted my bill into collections. Because Helen promised she would take care of it. Which she hasn't cause she doesn't care. LOL this place is a circus and a joke.

It was a very horrible experience today. I've been seeing Dr. Jiang at this place for 6 years and this place has turned into a mess recently. It seems some of their front desk staff are lacking training. In my visit today they got triple booking for my appt time and double booking for the next time slot. I got there 30 minutes prior to my appt which is their first appt in afternoon. I was the first checked in patient but they called the patient who actually checked in after me first. They had me waiting in doctor office room for another 20 minutes and I found out that doctor didn't come to my room after her first patient, even though I was supposed to be seen first. Total waiting time was 80 minutes and actual meeting was only 5 minutes. When I got home I got a call from my pharmacy saying they cannot process my prescription because it has Penicillin which I am allergic to. I can't believe it's been 6 years and they don't know I'm allergic to penicillin! Don't come to this place if you want to come out of this place alive.

As with many of the reviews complaining about the office, I have the same complaint and it is getting out of hand. I've been trying to reach the office for a simple billing question and it has been a huge waste of time. First, change your phone system. It automatically puts you on hold and then after a few minutes of waiting it will just disconnect leaving no option of leaving a message. Second, hire some more people. I've been calling back for over an hour since I kept being put on automatic hold I haven't been able to talk to anyone. If you are that busy then please don't be cheap and hire some more people. Doctor Jiang was nice but we are having to redo a fairly simple procedure because it wasn't done correctly the first time. The office should know which procedure it was that messed up.

I have the same complaint as many of the other reviews about the office, and it is getting out of hand. It's been a huge waste of time trying to reach the office for a simple billing question. The staff is unprofessional and hostile. They do make an effort to be rude, and they have a strong dislike for certain races . First, switch to a new phone system. It automatically puts you on hold and then disconnects after a few minutes, with no option to leave a message. Second, do not hang up on patient, or be nonchalant. Thirdly, stop gossiping about your patient history, It's unprofessional. I'm trying to figure out how to report this office to the BOARD; particularly the staff, are unethical, disrespectful, dishonest, and racist.

Yesterday I went to the clinic to do my regular check up and the blood tests. Filling out all the papers was very easy, it took me at least 5 minutes. The waiting time to see the doctor was too short; it was a surprise!!! I was calling 2 minutes after I finished with the paper work. I was seen by doctor Vi Minh Nguyen. She was so kind and friendly. She took time listening to me. After we finished, someone else took my blood test. This morning I received a call from the clinic for letting me know about the lab test results. Again I was surprised because it is only one day after my appointment was. Congratulations to the team. Thanks for your great service.

I agree with the reviews state Dr. Jiang is great but unfortunately the front office customer service is lacking. I have been waiting for over a month to get ahold of the office manager after she said she would call me back regarding the status of my refund of $130 (since they overcharged me). The front office lady said I have to wait for Helen to call me back or I can send an email. I sent an email, texted and called the office numerous times. I have received no replies and when I call the office the call gets “disconnected” 50% of the time. If you want to have a great overall experience I do not recommend the Bellaire location nor the Pearland location.

I was Dr. Jiang's patient for many years. However, I have to pick another doctor because this clinic is getting worse. First the waiting time is horrible. With appointment, you have to wait less or more than an hour! About Dr. Jiang, she is always in rush when she see you. When I have questions, I have to try as fast as I can to ask her because it seems like she just want to go out to see another patients. Some appointment I can only see her assistant??!!! If you want to get more patients but you can't keep the same service, you will lose patient instead of getting more!

1. I called because CVS had asked for Stephanie Johnson to renew my prescription for Metformin and had not received her ok. 2. Problem is that Stephanie Johnson quit over a month ago and and the CVS request ended up in limbo. You need to change your prescription approval procedure when a doctor quits. 3. Your phone message still lists Stephanie Johnson as one of your PA/doctors working there. Update your phone message for the public. 4. Your office should have notified the patients that Stephanie Johnson was following that she was no longer working there.

Awful experience! I went in sick and was given a prescription then I went in for a follow-up. I told them i was still in pain during this 5min consultation and was told "you should be fine"...well a visit to urgent care and $200 later I'm finally feeling better. There's no care for patients here and they obviously don't listen to patients concerns. Don't come here big mistake you're just going to waste your time and end up in a situation that could potentially end up putting your health at risk!

This place does not care for their patients- feels more like a money grabbing business. They didn’t take my insurance so I paid $130 out of pocket just for the doctor to stand in the doorway to talk to me about my allergy condition. She told me she’ll step away to check on my medication & never came back. A nurse was sent in to tell me I’m good to go. I had other medical concerns and questions so really what did I pay $130 for??? Less than 5 minute interaction with the doctor.

Called to see if they had any availability today for a medical checkup and she said yes come in now which made me feel that it would not be too busy. I walked in twenty minutes later from the call to a full waiting room with a minimum wait of 45 minutes to an hour. Felt rushed by the meeting with the dr due to the waiting room being so full. Would advice that they give each of their client at least the courtesy of 15 to 20 minutes of evaluation between each appointment.

I love Dr. Nguyen! I saw her at another practice and searched until I found where she went. She has a lovely bedside manner and is very patient and calm, which is perfect for someone like me with a phobia of doctors and needles. Her new practice is beautiful. Very clean and organized. All the staff have been very friendly. The Quest person who did the labs did a great job drawing blood which is so rare. I am definitely very happy I found this place.

Customer Service terrible been sitting for 40 mins just waiting for a doctors note spent plenty of money with these folks and they don’t care at all ignore your phone calls if “you give them a hard time” literally took my mother calling them for them to answer and give me the answers I needed. If the job frustrates you or it’s to much Find a new one. Been going back and forth with them for 10 days trying to have a consultation about my X-ray results

When I called today and I ask if they had any openings, a woman on the phone asked me for what and I told her my symptoms and she asked how far I was and she said go ahead and come by. When I get there they tell me the consultation is going to have to be done online. Total waist of my time. She could’ve just told me this over the phone and I would’ve look for a different provider. And no she did not say her name when she answered.

I absolutely loved my visit. The doctor was so very friendly. My boyfriend sat in on my visit and shared with me later that night that once his insurance kicks in that he would like to come to start coming here!! he too was impressed on the quality service I received. The receptionist were so kind and welcoming. This is a quality place that offers great service. You feel like a person and not just a number.

The nurses knew what they were doing but the people in the front desk did not. I called before hand to ask if they do immunization and they said yes, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Comes to find out that they did not do immunization and the front desk lady gave a nasty attitude. I would recommend talking to a nurse and not the people who work at the front.

this place is very shady practice. They will charge you for visit. but then don't tell you about other charges with companies they use. I wish they would of told me "hey if you take this blood test you will be charge for this amount from another company". I rather be told upfront what will I be charged. I guess its my fault for not fully reading the paperwork.

This place is the worst doc office I have ever seen. They schedule you for a time then their wait time is crazy anything from and hour to 3 hours wait just for 10 to 15 minutes with a doc that doesn’t anything about they are talking about. If I could give this place a zero I would.. you are better off going somewhere else..

I love this office. They have experienced people. Dr Jiang is wonderful. Dr Wang is awesome . Joel the physical therapist is great. He does a wonderful job. These doctors do excellent work I highly recommend them. They get you in and take care of you without waiting a long time. Thanks CJ

i had annual physical check in last May, my insurance 100% covers the annual PE. i did not request any special things, the clinic wrote wrong billing code, Quest lab sent me the bill, i went to the clinic and dealt with the bill dept many times! i still received the collection notice!

Wonderful clinic specially coming from Asian background, it’s real easy to communicate with the doctor. Vi M Nyugen was very helpful and she suggested me couple of test. It’s definitely my go to place, doesn’t have to wait long if you have an appointment. Highly Recommended!!!

Went for a second opinion with Dr. liang. I felt more at ease with her diagnosis. Staff are friendly and the nurse that did my blood work did an amazing job, i didnt feel the pain at all. Also, Dr. Vi Nguyen is great as well she does my annual physical.

This is a very horrible place to come for immigration related issues. They have me going back and forth on things they could have called you to notify you on the phone. If you want to do your immigration paperwork pls do not come to this clinic.

Just had my check up. Dr.Nguyen is awesome. She very nice. She breaks everything down to you until you understand what is going on. She is honest and straight to point. All the assistants are so helpful and understanding with the patients.

highly do not reccomend the guy doctor, i think his name was dr.wang, and he defintely does not know what he was doing! however, scheduling with other dr is much more diffcult and require about a week in advance
