It was difficult to know how to order because I couldn't see a menu up on the wall. I kind of said chicken tenders and chips and the lady taking my order asked all the questions. We got it done and I really enjoyed the end result. I know people who have enjoyed rice-based meals and wraps but I couldn't see any options on display so, next time, I'll figure that out online before I walk in. The store was clean, staff were all happy and efficient and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.

My Friend and I went here for Lunch. She ordered a Wrap that Didn't have cheese in it as she's allergic to dairy. We get our Wraps she takes a bite of hers and it had cheese in it!! The Wrap she ordered Didn't even come with cheese but they put cheese in it. We told them and they said the man who made it got the order mixed up They did make another one. Not good enough!! People who are Dairy Intollerant can get VERY SICK if they eat Dairy. There were no other people in the Restaurant when we were there so they weren't busy so there was NO EXCUSE for their mistake! This man in the Kitchen deserves to lose his job if he can't follow orders correctly Lift your game NANDOS!!

All thrown in the bin. Shriveled up corn cob. Disgusting chips not the recommended Nandos standard and guidelines set by the franchise guidelines. Also the chips were cold, hence completely inedible. The childrens wraps were stiff. Even at correct temperature. Lettuce had brown edges. Meat cold, tough and dry. EVEN allowing for a delay in eating. We normally LOVE Nandos. That food should never have left the store. Unacceptable. Tried again. Foolishly. Look at these DISGUSTING chips. Most double fried, trying to save money by disrespecting your customers or possibly making them sick?!

We get Nandos as its one of the few places that can cater for her allergies. The staff there are always super helpful and the food is good. We usually get takeaway but ate in this time. No issues with our food and that our daughter can actually eat out somewherr without an issue is worth the visit

Had been going to nandos Mornington for last 6 years have not been getting a good service at all for almost 10 to 12 months last. Absolutely no additional sauces for takeaways No butter additional, chicken so dry with no sauce in it, same with paella Grande. Unsure of if Nandos is running out of sauces and that's what's been advised to Mornington owner. Very Unhappy. For a customer going there for so many years and being the only Nandos outlet in Mornington. I am HUGELY DISAPPOINTED. It's not one occasion that has led to this big unhappy review.

If I coould, I was not giving 1 star. We ordered a whole chicken for myself and hubby, an extra chips for my son. First been told it takes 15 min and accepted. Then they brought our meal but separate chips with delay 5 more min. The whole chicken had just one drumstick. When I asked, the chef advised he did n't have enough so decided to give us one more chicken breast instead!!! I was very disappointed as do n't like chicken breast also should have been told at ordering time. First time ever faced with such a thing that they change your order!

absolutely love nando’s and their food, but the staff at this one are appalling. i made it clear that i don’t eat dairy and asked it to be taken out. they continued to bring and take back THREE different wraps all containing cheese and aioli. cheese isn’t even in the wrap i ordered. they then proceeded to be extremely rude and made it out as though it was my fault. dangerous for anyone who may have anaphylaxis etc as they have no regard for customer health.

Chicken me in.. Need to remember this place for next time. Had a great salad here today. Super helpful staff, as I haven't had Nandos for over 8yrs I recon so had lots of questions. Wow! Excellent service and the food was deliciously to a high standard. First time ever at a Nando's that the staff brought out glasses with our table water. They happily took our food requests. They opened a second counter when there were people waiting to be served. I go regularly to a Nando's that will not open a second counter even when the line has 10+ groups with the queue going out the door! Thank you for an outstanding dining experience.

Just waited for an hour after our order was due. We put in the order at 11:30am online. It was due at 1:15pm. We have STILL not received the order and it’s 2:15pm. We have called twice and been told the food would be here within 10 minutes TWICE. Don’t ever put in an online order with this store as you won’t receive your food on time. We have eaten the food here many times and it has always been fine but this is just a joke.

Absolutely horrible service and food. The worst nandos i have been too. The girl who served me looked annoyed that she had to serve someone. I waited for my food for 35 minutes, i heard other people in the store complaining that this was taking so long. Lastly our food was inedible, no sauces for our salads, no flavour on the chicken and it was very cold. $35 wasted.

Freshly cooked to order. Love the salt seasoning and sauces. Delicious. Friendly, professional staff at Mornington too, always great to see and much appreciated.

Nandos is good. Some staff don't seem happy but they are okay. Food is always good. Most times quick service. Love my birthday offers and other offers they have. I dont always use them but great to know they are there. This nardoo has wheelchair accessible. Is in a shopping complex so there is toilets, has seating indoor and outdoor

It's Nandos For fast food you can eat and not feel too guilty about, Nandos has to be up there. Mornington is pretty similar in theme and layout to other Nandos stores. Parking is a little restricted but usually some within walking distance. Staff are friendly and franchise formula works for consistency.

Friendly service. Range of seating options, indoor and outdoors. So fresh and tasty. Always good without fault. The menu has the best mix of variety, great tasting food while still sticking to a relatively healthy diet.

The staff forgot a burger on a Menulog delivery, so we had to drive down and pick it up. All chips were soggy, bread wasn't fresh and left everyone wanting something else. It's the 2nd time we haven't been impressed & for such expensive chicken, we won't be going there again.

The store staff was friendly and served us a meal just the way I specified. No fuss , decent place to dine in . It wasn't cazyly crowded though the beach was . I'd a peaceful happy dinner yesterday with my 3 yr old and husband. Thank you !! Keep up your good work !

Order placed at 5:30pm, was told it would arrive by 6:15pm - it’s now 7pm and still no sign of the food. If this was a once-off delay they could be forgiven, but this has happened multiple times in a row. By the time the food arrives it’s soggy and barely warm.

Extremely poor management . They don’t serve the sauces in a bottle , they don’t even give a jug of water , we had to go to wash basin to get some water ! And the wash basin is so high no kids can reach to wash their hands . Don’t recommend it .

Not upmarket eating , but we just popped in for a quick tasty lunch. Totally satisfied by quantity ,quality ,service and price.. Flame Grilled food is usually somewhat burnt, so expect that !

I wouldn't buy from here again I got the smallest piece of 1/4 chicken it sss lemon and herb and it was spicy, and the halloumi sticks I got were all stuck together in a bag and really oily
