First time at a Naot store and it was a great experience. I thought they were the same thing as Birkenstock, but Naots have a softer footbed and almost all their sandals are orthotic friendly- no more runners in the summer! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they were not annoyed that I asked them to pull out so many styles for me. I'm happy with my sandals and will be back in the fall for some shoes

I made a special trip to go to this place because I don’t live close by. I called several times to confirm the hours posted on their website but they did not answer the phone. When I showed up on Sunday, July 7 at 1 PM (within their posted hours) the store was closed and there was no signage out front. Non-existent customer service!

The worst place ever i went with my friend to buy some shoes while she was looking for shoes the manager came out of nowhere and started yelling at this amicable sales rep which was very unprofessional behavior. We felt so bad and uncomfortable for the rep we apologized and left. Treat your employees well!

Nice store with more Naot styles that I have ever seen apart from a catalogue. The staff was personable and knowledgeable workout being too pushy! I will be back to this location again.

These shoes and boots are vital, as I have bad back issues. I love their styles. Allows me to to be fashionable while keeping my back in line.

So happy to have found the exact sandal, in the colour I wanted. Very helpful staff helped me.
