Rented a bike from them didn’t know that I had to return bike to a station n now I’m locked on this bike that I don’t know where it’s at n there charging me for a bike that’s lost or stolen n they say they can’t do anything about it left bike at bike rack n I’m not from Tennessee I’m from out of state it’s bogus never again

I've had a membership for several years now and overall have been very pleased. I think e bikes are going to be a game-changer and I am happy to see the Nashville b-cycle is adding them to the fleet.
