Worst branch ever. Kalpesh Patel the branch manager is abusive to customers, natwest head office knows this but refuses to act. He pervs on women and has filthy eyes. Natwest seem to agree to allow abuse to their customers. Time to leave natwest. Bunch of benchods and filth. Maybe his dad abused him and knows not better
