The service here is disgusting. I am disappointed about their terrible services. I ordered materials from this supplier on Tuesday this week and they said they were going to deliver it to my house. It has been 3 days since I purchased my items and they still haven’t arrived. One of their workers, Stanley, was supposed to assist me with this issue and nothing has been done. In future I won’t buy from this supplier. Definitely WOULDN’T recommend this store to anyone.

A very easy going Hardware establishment With a lot of help on the floor and general knowledge of the products they stock and products you may need for your application. Great shopping experience even with load shedding The transaction time was maybe even quicker than normal hardware although the elec was gone and the systems were down Pay them a visit for general building supplies for your best building project.. Be good spread good

They have everything in stock from a needle to an anchor st good prices. Always extremely busy, so don't be in a hurry. Gave 4 stars because parking is limited and the chances of getting your car damaged is great. Their entrance is off an extremely busy South Coast road, trucks and buses including the biggest pain on the road, lawless taxis make getting into their yard a hell run.

I really didnt enjoy the experience. The guy graham had attitude that stinks. He wants to help 3 people at the same time and then still takes my order wrong. Ending up wasting my time. Wouldn't recommend this place. The yard is akward to park and guys take forever to load. This place definitely wont see me again even if you paid me.

Good range and priced the same as other hardware stores. Beware Lots of fighting between sales persons. This has been witnessed in open space on multiple occasions. Often fighting over customer. Also don't expect personal attention, you are rushed through your shopping.

Very disappointed. Most staff and management weren't wearing masks. I lost loved ones due to covid 19 and seeing them without masks was very offensive. Even after asking 2 staff members what's up with people not wearing masks they didn't seem to care. Wont be back there

Very bad service. They do not respond to requests for quotations. Their emails on website are not working. really bad service. Sent 10 emails, not a single response even after confirming correct email address with them. I would give them a zero.

Natal Builders Supplies what a merry bunch of staff and laborers, had a blast. Good pricing depends on quantity and brand. Knowledge of products by staff is ample as each project is different and they may not give professional advice.

I went to buy a light switch. The man at the electrical department was un helpful. And when i went to the till. Some cashiers were not busy but said stand in queue for other cashiers. I eventually left because the wait was too long.

This place is very expensive. The warehouse is huge. If you want something and you know what it is and where to find it, you can do good shopping ohterwise you must ask for assistance in order to come right.

Wrong location and it's always chaos when I go there plus there is no parking Fogg customers even worse getting out of there is a nightmare. They seriously need a better space. Terrible customer experience

The floor staff are helpful but the guys that work at the tills are useless. Try to get your refund n you will see. You will wait 4a hour. They dont know what they doing by the till. Will never go back

GRAHEME is an asset the company, always goes out of his way to help people even my 3 sons say what as awesome man to deal with as he knows his stuff to help you......we hope they take care of him....

Place is always busy friendly staff but parking is a nightmare .You need more parking and your business will double I am sure Thanks for the great service it means a lot in these times .

Busy renivating. Stock low and very limited. Expertise on products low. Catering for individuals with of the shelf merchandise you can get at local supermarket. Not for the specialist.

Very good and quick service. Although the switchboard is very disappointing I phoned twice and waited for 10 minutes and not assisted But when I arrived the staff was excellent

Theres 1person doing the glasses and on till which creates a long queue for customers waiting for glass cutting and also for payment which z dine by 1person.it's poor service.

One nice thing about this establishment is that they never close for any holiday. If you have to have building supplies and everyone else is closed, they will be open..

Cheaper than nearing stores, Builders, Mahomeds and MDR... Problem is the delivery... Count an extra day or 2 depending on what you order.
