الفرع ممتاز و عدد التلر ٤ على الاقل وأداء سريع خدمة العملاء كالمعتاد في كل البنوك بطئ قسم شيكات العمليات ليس فقط في هذا الفرع ولكن البنك الاهلى عموما من اسؤ ليه ؟ بيتم استقبال الشيك وبعد كده يطلع القسم والشيك المقاصة مقاصة اما اسؤ شيئ هو شيك البنك الأهلي نفسه بيسمع على اخر اليوم و لو فيه مشكله رصيد او توقيع او ناقص ورق محدش بيتصل بيك غير لما تسأل تانى يوم بخلاف سي اى بي او العربي الافريقي او كيو ان بي او تنمية الصادرات

Well, a friend of mine has been trying to "update their info" yet it seems that the administration at this bank is not willing to allow the customer to access their money! They have been asking for ridiculous documents with a rude attitude. I wouldn't open an account under any circumstances.

Absolutely hands down the worst bank in cairo. 3.5 hrs to make a deposit. The amount of people let in front of the queue because they knew someone or had paid the security off was crazy. This is the worst banking experience I've ever had and I have banked in all the continent's.

Too crowded. You have to wait for a looooooong time. When I reached the teller to process a transaction he said I should check with Madam Shaimaa, his boss. I am sorry to say that the respected employee, Madam Shaimaa, has no idea what customer service is. Terrible experience.

Try to be there very early in the morning and in a day midweek, not the most updated, but still the most solid financial services in Egypt. They have a very nice VIP section, the only down side is parking, but you can park at the mall parking on the other side for 5 EGP.

اسوء مدير بنك اتعاملت معاه في فرع الرحاب ١ لا اعلم كيف وصل لمنصب المدير بهذا الاسلوب الغير لاقيء و غير مهني سوف اغلق حسابي في هذا البنك بسبب عدم حرفيتهم و لا انصح احد به

The teller manager Mr. Mohamed is very rude and unhelpful and and his whole team is just as much, they have a good customer service manager (Mr reda).

Fast, organized, and professional staff at the VIP lounge ... in addition, I enjoy a "free" one shot of Starbucks espresso coffee …

Long waiting, customer service are taking long time with each customer Even the VIP persons are waiting a lot Employee are very slow

البنك نظيف والناس محترمه وخدومه لكن مدة إنتظار خدمة العملاء طويله نسبيا لقلة عدد الموظفين ويجب زيادة اعدادهم

تجربة سيئة الموظفين بيضحكوا مع عملاء البنك فقط وحكايات لكن عميل اول مرة يكشروا في وشه بنك ماتفكرش تدخله تاني
