Ask for NCLT direction from officer. 6. After that go to reception & make entry card 7. It's on 6,7,8 floor 8. Use lift only in which visitors allowed so that official not facing any inconveniences due to you. 9. Check floor accordingly to court room in reception only. 10. Staff is very helping. 11. Do not talk outside court room unless you will be in trouble as it effect court hearing. 12. Wash rooms generally available on every floor. Or visit 8th floor 13. To get entry in Hon'ble NCLT, court officers must need valid ID proof of Advocate or Clerk or RP or IRP issued by the respective institution. Aadhar Card and other documents would not be considered. Please carry valid ID proof to avoid wastage of time and resources. A very important and significant courthouse for contemporary times. All company related cases are dealt with here like insolvency, winding up, investigations, different type of appeals and many many more. This particular NCLT bench in New Delhi has a total of six benches which shows the massive amount of matters they deal with. Despite that the staff is helpful and cordial which is which is a welcome change.

NCLT, huge building!! Many company executives can be seen here as it is the final authority for company legal matters. So, if you want to catch someone high-ranking company official, head straight to NCLT and grab him/her... …

Very bad experience at NCLT Firstly Interns are not allowed to enter in the building. There is no availability of drinking water . You can not use washroom they are for membes only . Canteen is also not good.

It's not a city court as mention in google map. Is aTribunal exclusively meant for Company matters or issues related to company.
