We bought a gold chain last June after 2 months the gold color became rusty colored. They only polished the gold. And said nothing can be done. Now the chain has different color than the pendant. Very bad quality.

Different salesman gave different prices for the same item with a difference of approx AED500, and then fought with each other and eventually increased the price even after finalizing everything.

Valued my jewellery at half of its value. Not to be trusted at all. The person was arrogant. On 2 different days they told me 2 different prices for the jewellery with around 1000 AED difference.
