This was the first time I have ever used a storage unit.My wife and I visited a number of the other storage units in the area. We found that Mr John Maher was the only one who spent time to show us around and explain all the options open to us. He also went out of his way to explain options for us as we reduced the amount of items we had stored in the units. As we were moving house after 34 years at the last property he was able to mention a number of removalists who we were able to investigate. This also gave us confidence in his assistance. From someone who has operated his own business for the past 20 years it was refreshing to receive great customer service from another business. We have recommended Fry's Storage to a number of our friends. We would certainly use Fry's Storage Bayswater again if the need arose. I highly recommend Frys Bayswater. I had two cars stored there And had no issues what so ever. John is so friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly and always helpful. The facility and sheds are always spotless. My cars were very safe there . I was so stressed about storing my classic cars But John made every possible effort to help He even made sure i could park my cars together. I used Fry's Self Storage at Fitzroy when I moved interstate to Melbourne. They were extremely helpful the whole way through the process; from arranging available storage for me whilst I was in the midst of packing and moving, all the way through to the day I moved my belongings out the staff continued to be helpful and accommodating. I was also impressed when they helped arrange last minute after hours storage for my Sister In Law when her house burnt down. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fry's Self Storage.

I have had a storage unit at Fry's Storage Bayswater for the past 7 years and these guys have been wonderful to deal with and made the whole experience seamless. I can not speak highly enough of them and would definitely recommend them if you are in need of storage. Having a PIN to access after hours and on weekends gave me the freedom to come and go as I need to store or collect anything. National Storage Bayswater, lives off the reviews of previous operator. Zero customer service with the new owner/operator. Rates excessively high compared to other facilities within close proximity, some which are operated by same chain! Facilities are ok but get filled with dust and other debris from location. Giant pot holes in drive were never addressed. Try somewhere else.

We are so grateful to have selected Fry's storage bayswater, the facility is clean and neat, storage at first level, drive right to the door of our storage, super convenient. We have stored all our house contents at Fry's Bayswater for nearly two and half years. On retrieving our things there was no deterioration at all. The facility is has been kept clean and neat at all times. The manager has been efficient in his communication with us and his attention to maintaining a high level of security has been consistently impressive.

If your sheds a bit overfull with stuff you dont use & you you want to start using your shed again !!! Then store your junk in a rent a shed at National storage for a monthly fee. And get your shed space back …
