Kristina Dunlop is the most obnoxious & rude manager I have ever come across within any business. I had been a long term customer yet she tried to charge me an extra month rental because i was vacating instead of a pro rata which i was more than glad to pay. This woman is an absolutely appalling representative to the National Storage brand & shame on her ops managers for allowing such a piece of work to manage a store. Belinda & Steph are the absolute assets to the Kilsyth store. You are lucky to have them there tto clean up Kristina's mess.

At this stage I have a bit to look at before I go ahead with storage, however I just wanted to write a quick message to say how amazing your customer service is. It’s really nice in this day and age, to have someone who follows up when they say they will and to do it so fast. So thanks for the quote but thank you so much for the fantastic customer service. When I do require the storage, I will be coming straight to you.

5 Stars for the kilsyth center have used them a few times for Christmas storage and it was so helpful! the staff in the office Stephanie & Belinda are very helpful and informative of what needs to be done and how it all works no jobs were to big or to small for them! will 100% use them again if i ever need storage keep up the good work guys you do an outstanding job!

Having recently required self-storage for the first time, I was very impressed with the facility at Kilsyth. Good range of sizes and easy access. Also, Steph in the office was exceptionally helpful in assisting me choose a unit size with the access I required, and a payment plan to suit. Outstanding service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from one of their office ladies Kristina. Attitude of a toad. Don't know how she still has a job. Thank goodness they have a couple ladies named Belinda Taylor and Steph who step up to the plate when they have a team member lagging behind in customer service

Friendly service. I was very pleased with the unit, it was clean and it was a good price compared to others. Will use it again if needed in the future.
