I was referred to National Transmission on 23 Ave NE by another automotive shop. Many people may not consider the significant preventative benefits of transmission service but I put a lot of km on my vehicle and need it for work. I made an appointment and Neal told me everything I needed to know and what I should expect. About 1 week later I took my vehicle in for service. This is a service that takes a few hours or more. They did very good work, they are highly recommended by others as one of the best in the business and their rates are reasonable. In the end, I got my vehicle back in about 1/2 a day and the cost was what I expected. I highly recommend National Transmission for mechanical work and in particular transmission work. Had a problem with how my vehicle was driving. I was recommended to National Transmission NE Calgary by the Veterans Association Food Bank and other Nat Transmission customers based on their overwhelming customer reviews. I was not disappointed. The service great from the moment I walked in the door and after I left. They listened carefully to my description then proceeded to investigate the problems my vehicle was experiencing. I walked out very satisfied with my customer experience. My vehicle is performing much better now. I strongly recommend National Transmission NE Calgary to anyone. My aunt & uncle were visiting in Calgary, heading home to Winnipeg from Penticton, when their transmission decided to give it up on a late Friday afternoon. They managed to limp it into to the shop where Neil and his team jumped to the challenge and did everything the could to serve these retirees and get them taken care of expeditiously. They could have very well been put at the back of the line some where else but Neil made certain to have them taken care of and had their transmission ordered asap. My son recently moved to Calgary from Ontario and was advised, at an oil change, that his transmission was cracked. Hands down the best service out there. My husband had to take his car in to get his transmission looked at after the dealership said it needed a full replacement with only 70,000km on it. We wanted a second opinion and after researching online shops in Calgary we chose National as their reviews were light years beyond others. We can definitely see why. They were incredibly helpful and VERY honest. They provided an expert opinion without even charging for the visit given the situation. We would highly recommend!

The clutch on my car decided to die and these guys were so awesome. They were able to get my car in that day to diagnose the issue, and just a couple days to instal the new parts.
