I never like to review places unless I feel really affected by my experience (positive or negative). Honestly I have to say I just got subjected to the worst customer service ever! Yesterday I accidentally bought the wrong strimmer cord, I was told there's a minimum charge on cards despite the recommendation to go contactless wherever possible in this pandemic. None the less, I got some seeds that I didn't need to make up the fee as I like to support local business. I realized, once home, I'd got the wrong width cord so went back today. I'd already decided I'd only get an exchange (again to support locals) even though I would be entitled to a refund. The shop assistant told me 'just get another one' but there wasn't the right size. She says 'Well we're out of stock' so ok do you have compost? 'No out of stock' ok we'll get a plant. It was hard to pick as most didn't have prices but we picked a rose. At the counter she asked us how much it was? I felt this was odd as she was the one who'd hopefully know. There was a bigger rose out there that was £8 so she decided to charge us that. The return was £4 so we owed another 4. I got out my card to pay and was told 'we only take cash for plants' which seemed strange. I said we dont have cash and again she says 'well we only take cash'! Again this is despite recommendations to do contactless payment during the pandemic. I think she wanted us to find an ATM but I wasn't willing. I said we'll just have to take the refund then (which I was trying to avoid). I went to hand over my card and she snaps 'oh u paid by card?' She huffed and puffed, opened the till threw £4 on the counter and slammed the till drawer. Without saying a word. How very very disappointing that was the reaction. Unjust, undeserved and unavoidable if staff are trained to deal with returns. I said have a nice day and left. I will unfortunately never return. I shall also make sure my veterinary peers know what happened.

Love taking my dog here to pick out treats. It is like a candy store for him! The treats display is really awesome, lots of exciting stuff to choose for your furry friend. Wish I had taken a photo of the display as it has recently changed from the current photos on google, the display is now central to the store, really opening up the space. We bought a selection of dried treats such as chicken wing tips, mega buffalo braid, fish skin, chicken feet, other braids. It was reasonably priced, spent a total of £10 in here. The shop assistants are always really nice and friendly, you can tell they are genuine animal lovers.

Absolutely over the moon to finally have a local natural pet shop. My boy is very sensitive and allergic to alot of things and the new owners are fabulous and know their stuff too. Their raw food range is perfect as they stock single proteins and most of their treats are also single proteins. Bye bye processed food and hello raw, the best a pet could get :)

New Organic Dog food store on the high street. New management/owners have made significant changes and the pet shop is predominately dog focused with upmarket foods and other accessories. A lot less of plants and other DIY things that used to be in the old shop. Overall looks good and staff is nice.

The shop has had a major refurb and sells a lot of high end pet treats, food and accessories . I particularly liked the gourmet dog chews in jars. It was like pick n mix for posh dogs! The owners were lovely and my dog keeps pulling to go in as they give her a little treat every time we go.

Wonderful shop not only selling a wide selection of pet food and accessories but also has a great selection of diy supplies and other useful things for the home. There is also an excellent dog grooming salon at the store. The staff are friendly and helpful

Friendly local for my Pugs needs. This is a great place to pick up odds and ends. From hardware and kitchen utensils, to aquarium and dof food needs. One of the few places that stock our pet pugs food of choice. Natures Instinct raw foods.

No attempt to take any precautions in this shop - no gloves, no mask, no distance - and I was told I couldn't use a card for a £4 spend. This is not only unjustified, it's irresponsible. I won't go back.

First, a friendly, helpful welcome, then I noticed what great things they are stocking, including more plant based pet food - just great to see. I do wish them well. And they said that dogs are welcome.

I always travel from ilford to this store just to purchase my cat collar and bird seed . The staff are really friendly , helpful and very welcoming . Definitely worth the journey xxxxxxx

This little shop is a mixture of pet and kitchen ware etc. It s got everything, a bit like the old Corn chandeliers shops of years ago, sells wool too.

The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lucky to have this great shop. Not just pet stuff but household, gardening and diy.

They have most things there! Gardening, hardware and pet stuff. Bought our rabbits from them and they still ask about them!
