Customer service is awful as other comments have said. I went in with my bub (who was in the pram) to try and find something , and very obviously missed what I was loooking for due to my pram being in the way and a couple of unpacked boxes. I went to the register to ask the lady where my product was and she was counting money. I think I waited for at least an awkward 1.5 mins before she even acknowledged me, but no eye contact just a sigh and ask what I wanted help with. I thought to be polite and allow her to count the money but then realizing she was rude to the next customer to. Put me off going there again! It’s not hard to put a smile on and act nice.

Staff at the Northgate store, one middle aged, sour faced woman in particular is nothing short of ignorant and rude. I avoid the Northgate store like the plague, it's as if it's an effort for them to serve you, which is laughable because that's their job. The Sandy Bay store is the place to go, ever so welcoming and helpful, nothing is an effort. I did write a letter of complaint about the Northgate store but was never responded to, can't say I'm surprised.

Awful customer service, I’ve been in the Glenorchy branch few times and every time they disappoint me more. I won’t go there and won’t suggest it to anyone. I would give it a minus 5 star if I could.

Customer service is nonexistent in this place. Staff is dismissive and rude when I asked for assistance. Staff works here simply not in the right environment.

Ufortunately the previous comments are correct. Hung up on mid conversation after 2 brief minutes of all to hard assistance
