Delightfully surprised with this new hidden gem in our area! Great store, superb staff, and much better product selection for indians compared to longos. We visited the other day for our weekly grocery run and two employees spotted us having difficulty finding some items. The manager at the cash register called out to us and told the employee in the hoodie to assist us. We were immediatly aproched without asking and the employee in hoodie spent almost half hour helping us and got us to purchase new products without trying to "up-sell" us for the sake of more money. His suggestions were real and the snacks we got from his recommendations were fantastic! At checkout the manager gave us a slight discount and cracked some jokes with us and his employees. Only slight inconvenience was the store temperature as it got really hot quickly so it might be hard to spend time in there. Other than that, we will be returning for sure!

If there was a possibility of zero stars , I would have done that .Store merchandise is good , but be prepared to deal with nasty billing staff lady . Absolutely no respect for elderly , pushing and screaming at customers and injuring customers . We were ill treated when trying to use the forex card - in-spite of trying to patiently explain her that we have used it before , she seemed to have severe bias in her head for elderly . No flexibility in dealing with customers . Don’t ever go to this store if you cannot deal with the billing staff .

Great store at a great location! They have a lot of authentic Indian stuff - maggi, masalas, rotis and naans, sweets, biscuits like parle-g, good day, etc., soaps, idli vessels, rice, flour, haldiram snacks, vegetables, masala tea, coffee powder and so on. Prime location near the harbour front, nice uncle at the counter, helpful staff. All things I've bought here have been of good quality (except 1 occasion but I think that was an exception). Ideal to go to if you work downtown and probably need to buy some stuff before heading home.

My family and I ordering almost 2 years from Navs grocery. It's easy to even order online. Finding the delicious foods and goods which I very much much here and get them to my doorstep is amazing. Thanks for your good work. Thanks for the little jesters( free gifts) with my ordered items. You guys even return , exchange the product many times for us when requested. i would Definitely recommend the store, both the locations has got superb items - Bastion and Harbour front. Thanks to Navs team again!

Great location. Easily accessible as it is on the ground level. Very clean and organized space. The staff is friendly and helpful. Found most of the Indian groceries I was looking for. It would have been lovely if they had more types of frozen beans but they have a good stock of other frozen vegetables. A variety of sweets available, I personally liked their ice cream collection.

  • Samar Pattanayak

Good Indian grocery store with all required items in good price. Present across Lakeshore and nowadays I don't have to go to any other store outside downtown. All Indian masalas, famous brand crackers are all available here. They have kept all the stuff for puja. One thing I noticed, the price tag is not up to date for all the items, so please ask before billing.

Finally an Indian grocery store on Queens Quay! They carry a lot of day to day Indian grocery items. Spices, dosa batter, Indian snacks, fresh fruits/vegetables (from India), frozen vegetables, festive items(rangoli colors, karva chauth kits), amul cheese and ghee and lot more. Prices are reasonable.

This store covers most of the Indian groceries with reasonable price and customer friendly. Accessible from union subway station, TTC line in queensquay or path. Just front of waterfront and opp to love park, where you can come for a walk and pick some groceries on your way back to home.

Went there for roasted chick-pea after calling them. They leg me in 1 min to close. And, the quality of the item was so fresh that I had to come back today for 2 more packs. A bit overpriced, but it is justified by the exceptional customer service and the quality of merchandise. …

If you are from India and looking for specific brand's spices or certain ingredients using in indian cuisine, this is the place. You can find anything and everything related to offerings during prayers (puja). The prices is are on the higher end but you get what you are looking for.

  • Abs S

Too much overpriced.. Took $16 from me for 0.5 lts. of Indian Mustard Oil and Indian Vegetable Cooking Oil. And on top of that when I greeted the owner in Indian style, he said dont call me by any greeting. Saying I am not related to you guys. Such a kind of person

This is the second time I’m hugely disappointed in this store. Today I went to purchase tampons and they charged taxes on them. Taxes on feminine hygiene products were abolished in 2015. Can you imagine how much extra money they are making on these products?!?

  • Gopinath Sam

Very good stock of Indian foods - staples, masala, vegetables , sweets etc. A complete shoppe for Indians that they need in Toronto just beside waterfront.

They disrespect their community and disregard safety by asking delivery drivers to park on the bike path. Not the type of people I will do business with.
