My experience with Nayaab boutique has been amazingly positive that I am now a regular customer! I was always very hesitant to order or custom order Indian clothing because it's just hard to trust if the piece.... will be as they claim it will be. But with Nayaab boutique it is different, I know that I am in safe hands. Mandeep the owner of NB is very honest and very genuine through the entire process, she advises me up front for what type of outfit will suit me better and she would also recommend if it is worth to make any changes on the outfit. I appreciate her expertise in fashion and trust her fully in making any alteration to my order if required. She works with me to satisfy my needs and provides the best customer service with her smiling face. My recent order with NB were 2 suits that I liked on website but they were too expensive cause of the designer labels...I asked Mandeep if she could make similar suits within reasonable range. I was extremely happy with the outcome as when my order arrived it looked like as if they were pulled out of a Bollywood actress' closet. I was more than satisfied .... with the quality, detailed work and tailoring., The prices are truly reasonable compare to the market. And if you were to pay full price for a designer suit or saree...you would be spending a fortune, with Nayaab boutique you can order the same designer suits for almost half price....I can't even imagine going anywhere else. NB takes every effort to work with the budget you provide and is honest with the prices, I hope people remember that these pieces are from various designers/labels and appreciate the service Nayaab Boutique provides at the very comfort of our homes, without flying to India... My husband and I highly recommend Nayaab Boutique. Mandeep was amazing and helped us by creating the most beautiful outfits for our friends’ wedding. Everything was made to fit through measurements we sent to Mandeep as we do not live in the Ottawa area. She guided us in detail as to what she required from us. We chose our own designs we found on the internet and Mandeep and her designer in India adapted them perfectly for our occasion and our own needs. She also gave us wonderful advice on what was appropriate given we were attending as guests. Everything from our outfits to accessories. She communicated with us as needed and we received the outfits in the time agreed upon. The quality and attention to detail of the clothing was beyond our expectations! The endless compliments we received and inquiries as to where we got our outfits continued through out the wedding day. Don’t even think about going anywhere else! I didn't realize it was by appointment only and drove up and called only to find out that she was out grocery shopping, this is a home business. She very kindly fit me in, and within the first 10 mins, I found EXACTLY what i was looking for. I had been looking for my outfit for weeks in Toronto and never found what I wanted. I came to Mandeep desperate to get something great to wear to my sisters wedding. I have a full time job in Ottawa and it was extremely difficult for me to make the trip to Toronto to go shopping for good Indian wear. Her store was a blessing. She sells absolutely beautiful clothes with designs from designers like Manish Malhotra at a very affordable price. Along with two amazing dresses, I got beautiful matching jewellery as well! In two hours my dressing conundrum was solved and I looked stunning at my sisters wedding. All thanks to her patience, experience with colour coordinating, and great motherly advice. Can’t wait to come shopping here for Diwali.

Mandeep has a large and versatile collection that very much fit our wedding needs. We purchased custom-made garara, tunic and sherwani for my in-laws, both of whom had never worn Indian wear. Mandeep provided helpful advice on what colours and fits would be most flattering. We had a bit of a hiccup with the sherwani, which required some alterations to ensure the best fit. Given that my in-laws live out-of-province, alterations were tricky to do. Mandeepp was very available and helpful in finding a solution. Prices are fair and comparable to what you might pay elsewhere for custom orders. Overall, highly recommend and would come back!

I went with a tan indian friend who needed a dress for a wedding she was going to attend. All the dresses we viewed were beautiful and unique. There were colors and styles for all tastes whether you were going for more traditional, latest trends, plain or bold. The dress/scarf designs were intricate/elegant and hand woven. Most fabrics had extra in-seams for alteration if needed. My friend looked great in almost all the dresses, so it was really hard to choose, but we found the perfect one. I highly recommend purchasing a gown here. The owner is very friendly and helpful: she will not let you leave in a gown that doesn't suit you.

Nayaab Boutique is the best! It's so hard to find Indian cultural wear in Ottawa, but Nayaab has beautiful, stylish, trendy modern and classic pieces for every occasion. The customer service is one on and one and outstanding!!!! Mandeep is very flexible and accommodating with years of fashion experience that is very helpful when shopping for unique pieces. The quality and style of her clothing and jewelry are better than I've found in the big shops in Brampton and Toronto. I can't express enough how amazing my experience was at naayab boutique! I was very shy and nervous to be trying on dresses that are not from my culture. she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. she honestly made me feel like a queen when trying on her dresses. She sold my fiancé a ceremony and reception dress and basically scammed her. Told her she could easily get alterations to make it the perfect fit. As soon as we took it to get it altered at a different place, she told my fiancé that's she was scammed and it was almost impossible to fix it. Cheap material, beads continuously fell off the dress. Mandeep is very pushy and we felt very pressured to buy the outfit right away. She took advantage of us being young and inexperienced in buying indian outfits. You should be ashamed of yourself.

After exchanging a few emails, we visited Mandeep on a saturday afternoon. She is very charming and patient, has she took the time to listen to what we wanted an and worked within our budget. We were able to find 3 outfits. One was ready to wear, one needed some minor alterations and the last one will be custom made. She took all the necessary measurements and we are confident the the work will be done in a timely fashion and will meet our expectations of craftsmanship. A very good experience from start to finish .

Mandeep was such a pleasure to work with! My partner and I went to her to find wedding guest attire. We walked in knowing absolutely nothing about Indian formal wear and walked out dressed to the nines! She was kind, patient, and helpful. An excellent experience from start to finish. I purchased both my wedding Lengha and reception dress through Nayaab Boutique which were both custom made. The dress I wanted looked impossible to replicate but when I received the dress it was absolutely stunning and exactly how I imagined it to be. The wedding Lengha was done perfectly and better than expected. Forget going to India or Toronto as you won't find better service, value, or trust from anybody else. Mandeep is truly amazing.

I just got my lehenga for my upcoming wedding from Nayaab Boutique and it is absolutely beautiful. It fit perfectly, no alterations needed and so incredibly detailed and beautiful. I thought I would have to travel to another city in order to find my dress but Mandeep is so thoughtful and a great listener - she makes you feel like family from the minute you meet her and can figure out the right cuts/outfits for you. I am attending my first Pakistani wedding and I wanted to respect the traditions by getting some traditional outfits. Plus, the dresses are so beautiful and I've always wanted to own some of my own. Mandeep is so wonderful, helpful and honest. She helped give me advice on what to wear for certain events and worked with me as she knew I was on a budget.
