Exceptional service!!!! I have never been to dentist with such excellent customer service in my life. Getting your teeth cleaned here is not just a normal teeth clean you will see actually result straight after, not only will you leave with whiter teeth but it will also remove tea and coffee stains. Dr. Pratheeba professionalism, customer service and the constant checking if everything is okay with and my family while on the chair has been the best dental experience we have ever had. We literally tell everyone about her and when they go they say it’s the best service ever. I have had really bad experiences with other Dentists from other clinics. So now the only dentist me and my family ever see is Dr. Pratheeba and Neem dental clinic. They don’t ever rush you out the door they take the time on you and make sure your happy with the service, which I always am. Couldn’t recommend any other place then here.

I had a dental hygiene appointment sometime back, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. The staff seemed good however during the cleaning, I felt uncomfortable as the hygienist was rough and seemed in a hurry. I did get an injection anaesthetics as requested but the way it was used was extremely painful. It felt like the hygienist moved the needles around once inserted in the gum every time! I have never had such experience with any other dental practices. Also, after the appointment i noticed lots of cuts on the gum all around. Again, personally I have never had this before with other dental practices. Overall, this dental hygiene appointment left me with a negative impression. I will never come back to this practice.

I visited the dental practise this week for a hygiene appt which included Scale & polish with Airflow system. Although the airflow was not what I expected (not the new technology gel based as it used another system with powder) the dental nurse Pratheeba is wonderful and a credit to this practise. She explained everything well and was very thorough in her examination which went pleasantly. She is very warm and also understanding of patient needs and tried to ensure that I has the best outcome. Although the treatment wasn’t as I expected I would recommend this dental practise due to her warm nature and customer service.

I had a oral hygiene and check up appointment with Dr Pratheeba and Dentist Rekha. I was impressed by the time taken and the thoroughness of her work on my teeth even though she told me that my hygiene was good. Everytime I thought it was over, there was still more to do. She pre warned me of each procedure so I was at ease throughout. (By the way not a fan of going to the dentist!) Very happy to return in 6 months as I know I will be in safe, caring hands and she is very generous with her advice to maintain your teeth so that minimal work will be needed. I highly recommend this surgery.

Recently registered and visited this Practice for the first time. The service was extremely friendly and professional. The dentist advised me of the necessary treatment I needed and constantly reassured me throughout the appointment, as I like many others suffer from severe anxiety when visiting the dentist. I had a lovely time at Neem Dental Practice. As a new patient, the staff here were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable with the Invisalign procedure. Dr Thiru, in particular took the time to make sure I understood what occurred at each appointment. Overall, my time at this practice has set high expectations for future visits at other dental clinics.
