Nelly and Janine are such wonderful people who gave me some amazing advice on bonding two male 1.5 yo rabbits! I’ve been trying many months but keep failing with DAILY hurricanes of fur everywhere. They freely gave me advice to bath both rabbits to rid them of their smell and then to place them together to dry in a basket whilst going for a car ride. After that the rabbits were placed in a fully washed cage (to rid of old smells) and after day number two….they where finally grooming each other! It’s finally working and they are bonding!!! Thank you Nelly for your kind and wise advice!! You saved us that dreaded ultimatum of giving up one rabbit!

Amazing service! Our family just adopted Rocco the ginger cat and the process was fast, smooth and you could tell how much they genuinely care for their animals. Rocco was difficult to get into the carrier but they were so gentle and patient, eventually they loaned me a larger carrier as mine was a smidge too small to get him in comfortably and on returning the carrier, a different staff member checked in to see how Rocco was adjusting to his new home. Very happy with this shop and plan to be a loyal customer for all my pet supply needs.

It is such a relief to find an animal carer to look after my two rabbits while away on holidays. Nellys Ark takes excellent care of my rabbits which is a great relief to me. My rabbits have stayed with Nellys Ark wwice now - once for 10 nights and another time for 7 nights. Pick up and drop off is super easy and well coordinated. I would highly recommend Nellys Ark to anyone looking for short stay accommodation for their rabbit pets.

We adopted our three gorgeous guinea pigs from Nelly. Whenever we have had questions or concerns she always helps us out, and she really knows her stuff. She has helped us with pest issues as well as advice about making sure our guinea pigs are happy and getting along. She also has a great range of toys, food and hay. We highly recommend going to Nelly’s ark for all your pet needs :)

Great let store. Often has what you need. It is more expensive than your big box stores like petbarn etc. But the staff really have a passion for animals and are really knowledgeable about what you'll need. They also have rabbits in the window for kids, and a Neko cat cafe for rehoming cat. Really great place to get everything your furry, scaly, feathered friend needs.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. All staff helped me with my bird enquiries, and also purchased a beautiful and healthy budgerigar ( Tutu ). Nelly is a passionate and experienced animal person. She was amazing in coming and clipping my cockatoos wings and nails. I inherited the bird from my beautiful dad who passed away this year and was so relieved to find such a wonderfully capable service just around the corner. Great advice and super service!

Amazing customer service! Came in to grab a couple of treats for my dogs birthday and she was showered with love and goodies! Our regular go to to get Black Hawk kibble which has done wonders for my dogs coat Looking forward to taking my dog in for a groom here as I’m sure she will be treated well

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! All the staff are lovely and Tim and his assistant always do such an amazing job grooming our two dogs. We’ve taken our puppy here since his first groom and they’ve made the whole process stress free.
