I made a special request for a lockdown delivery for a friend's 30th that included delivering an extra present that i dropped to the Penrith store with the flowers and gifts we ordered. The team arranged a courier for out of area, arranged for a staff member to pick up the extra gift from penrith and take it to the other store to be picked up by the courier and were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout. I am so appreciative of their help. It really was over and above. Our friend loved the gift and the team's amazing service really helped make her day. Plus the flowers and gifts were gorgeous! 1000% recommend.

I was served last thing on Thursday (genuinely thinking their opening hours were longer). A very lovely young lady served me & assured me that even though I’d left it to the last minute I’d have a beautiful bouquet first thing in the morning for my daughters Graduation …. And I did ! I wasn’t sure what I wanted & said ‘anything!’ I can spend X amount, she asked for my daughters favourite colours. The bouquet was absolutely perfect. Thankyou

I cannot thank Amy and the team enough for their amazing flowers for my wedding. The first thing my husband said as we sat down at our Bridal table was "how good to the flowers look"! And trust me when I say that is a compliment because he will never say nive things like that out loud! I can't wait to get my professional photos back to show how amazing of a job they done.

We had to cancel our wedding quite a few times because of covid and Amy was always helpful and supportive, even when we were thinking of cancelling entirely. We ended up eloping with our bridal parties with 2 weeks notice and Amy was able to get everything together in short notice. The flowers were perfect!
