Very unfriendly staff and over priced. Repaired clunking noise from passenger side front suspension (1.5k) and the original noise was still present and a totally new cracking noise started to happen when turning the wheels. No wheel adjustment was done the same day. Went back the next day and the expert advice was the noise was coming because a "camber adjustment bolt" was missing. Kept the car whole day and no repair was done even when I agreed to pay extra. Took day off for repairs that day and the excuse was parts could not be supplied by supplier (bolt) at 4pm. Went to another garage. Was told the brake clippers were missing bolts and was the reason for the clunking noise and not the camber adjustment bolt. The adjustment bolts are used for alignment only. Got the clunking noise fixed in about 1.5 hours with wheel alignment. Wheel cracking noise is still there when turning and the new garage advised to come back if the noise does not go away in two weeks. Overall very disappointing experience and zero customer friendliness plus expensive. Think twice before getting any major repairs done by them.

Outstanding workmanship and customer service from these lovely bunch, took my car in for repair, and could not be happier with the results. The owner Izzy is one of the most honest mechanics I have encountered, and is a great problem solver, after being quoted a hefty amount for a job for some faulty parts from another mechanic I decided to get another quote from this legend and could not believe the quote I received, half of those faulty parts were not even in the quote which was the biggest relief, Izzy went above and beyond to assure me that those parts were actually fine and that only a few things were a bit worn out, he even took the time and effort out to explain each individual role of the parts he was going to install, overall my experience with Izzy and his wonderful staff was more then amazing, they are all honest, professional and kind people. If your after these characteristics this is the only shop to be at. I will definitely be returning in the near future for the rest of my vehicles.

I had an airmatic suspension leak and "sealed for life" auto transmission maintenance scheduled. My experience here was more like a collaborative consultation with a doctor whom really wanted me to arrive at the best outcome. Darren took the time to thoroughly analyze the presented issues with my air suspension and auto transmission, consulting web sites and own experience. Helping me understand the problems, together we embarked upon a maintenance strategy which saved me thousands. Very unprofessional, dishonest and unreasonable prices. I went there for service my car, fix an AC issue and obtain the pink slip. They said front brakes need to be replaced, so they can’t give me pink slip. Also said need new compressor to fix the AC issue. Luckily, I change my mind and said no for both and only did the car service through them that day and obtained a second opinion from another mechanic. Here is what happened. AC fixed by the mechanic who has given me the second opinion and it was a loose connection in one of the wiring harness. Also, car passed rego check with flying colours and not needed to change the breaks. Norm, you have lied to me, never come back to Nepean Village Auto Service & Repair Centre again.

I own a 2000 Model VX SS Commodore 5.7 Litre. I have been going to Nepean Village Auto for over 2 years now and my car has never run better. Norm and the gang have provided excellent service and immanence to my pride and joy. they have cleaned and realigned headlights, cleaned out injector lines and kept my car at peak performance. They go above and beyond and all this at a very reasonable price for parts and labour. Norm and the gang are approachable, they will explain in plain English what is wrong, how it can be fixed and they always give you a quote before doing any work. I trust Norm and the gang and they look after me and the SS. Highly recommended for all service and repairs.

Horrible service went there for pink slip, said i needed a minor service with a quote for $190 , they did the service and charged $398 when i asked why didnt they call and what it was for all the owner said was he was too busy and it needed it. I questioned him why he only quoted on a minor service and he said he didnt know my klm travelled until i highlighted he had done my pink slip.. than gave me an ultinatium and had to wait for them to take everything back out and put back the old air filter and spark plugs. So in the end it was $190 for a change of oil and oil filter, 3 hour wait until With no safety report that they advertise with.

I can't thank Norm and the team at Nepean Village Auto enough. My Headlights were dead and I was stuck unable to drive at night. They were able to source and fit new headlights before I went away and all for a great price. They keep my SS Commodore on the road and purring like a kitten. They are open and honest, and always do what they can to help their customers. There's never any hidden surprises like at other mechanics. Norm is a great bloke and can sort anything out. His team go above and beyond for each customer and are always easy and friendly to deal with. I can't recommend enough.

One time my car had a noise that we could not locate and I told them to keep it there for a few days, when they did find the problem, even though they had worked on it for a few days, they only charged me the time it took to fix it, which has never happened at any other mechanic I have been to, very impressed.

Norm & the team did a job for me quite a while back. Now that the weather has warmed up I can really tell my aircon that they worked on in the car works very well. At the time I bitched about a rear window sticker they placed promoting their business however I have been informed that if you break down 20km or less from home & you have that sticker on you car that (Auto Masters) now "Nepean Village Auto Service" will actual arrange a tow for you... who would have known....

I now know what a dirty Cabin filter looks like I am always so nervous going to a mechanic, especially as a female, I wanted a minor service and ended up needing a major (my own neglect) $362 and my car is wonderful again! Amazing service from owner Izzy and mechanic Wayne. Watch out people the owner Bruce will rip you off every chance he'll get. Have money to burn go to Auto Master Penrith. Go my car repair and it cost me $1200 and two weeks later car broke down and had to get it towed. Was told that he will not repair it that it was not his fault. Got car cheque somewhere else was told it was due to last repair. Look out for the wolf in sheep's clothing.

went there for my pink slip, great service for a fairly cheap price, really convenient as well located right next to a shopping centre, the boss (izzy) is very knowledgeable and friendly, also went there as one of my headlight wasn't working, turns out it was just a connection issue, the boss told me he wouldn't let me pay for 30 seconds of labour, would definitely recommend

Took both of our cars, one for aircon re-gas and the other for aircon issues. Great service, diagnosed the issue, organised the part the same day and had both cars resolved by the next day! Reasonable price. Will definitely be back for car services.

I had my rear wheel barings changed on my 2000 gt forester, the wheel barings were terribly corroded and seized but the team here went above and beyond to get the job done. It took almost 3 days to do yet I was still given a very good price.
