I’m extremely disappointed because this place could have been wonderful but unfortunately, the service is terrible. My son and I live downtown and he LOVES ice cream so I thought this could be our place but now he refuses to come here because 1) The employees are unfriendly 2) It takes forever to be acknowledged and to order 3) It takes another 20 to 30 min to receive your order and this is when they aren’t even busy!! Additionally, the girls who work here make it very clear they hate their jobs. They stare at you when you walk in and make you feel extremely unwelcome. Tonight when we went in, the lady asked, “What do you want” and then let out a huge sigh when we placed our order. My son even picked up on this. Again, very unwelcoming and awkward. We have given this place several tries but unfortunately, the poor service and unwelcoming atmosphere seems to be the norm so we won’t be coming back.

So this Brand is as popular as baseball and apple pie, so my expectations were probably set too high. After all, I grew up with that familar fragrance of baking bliss. Well, this establishment could use some baby-boomer energy! No familiar smell as I walked in...The place was dark, empty, and the young staff behind the counter could use some caffeine or something. It felt like I was in a funeral viewing. The cookies were over cooked, and the display case housing these cherished items, just didn't have much appeal. I almost felt sad for the place...too bad, as it's in a great location, just across the corner from Bass Hall. Maybe next time, because I plan on giving them a 2nd chance, just because of the Brand...and location!

This one star review is due to horrible customer service and not due to the quality of product! I took my family to downtown fort Worth then my daughter decided that she wanted ice cream, so my wife walked in Nestle along with my daughter and ordered are an ice cream waffle! Regardless of all that, when she walked in the clerk was sitting behind the counter using her cell phone and it took her a minute to sit up, they were not greeted at all, gave horrible customer service, the clerk never said thank you etc. She also did a lot of staring, and just maybe because my wife was wearing a hijab!! And we just can't think of any other reason!! This happened today Friday October 9th somewhere around 10:45 a.m. downtown fort Worth!

I always give those working customer service jobs the benefit of the doubt, because we all have tough days. But goodness..... The man working behind the counter on July 3rd at about 5pm was probably one of the rudest people I have met at an establishment. Not to mention, after I told him what our order was...he asked again and STILL got it wrong. The only reason we came to this location was because we had such a positive experience at the Stockyard location. Perhaps, the employees at this location could receive training from the Stockyard crew. If you don't mind poor customer service and your order being incorrect, come to this location because they do have good ice cream (which is why I gave 3 stars).

Went in on a Friday night. There were 3 employees who did not once greet or even attempt to take the orders of the 5+ people in line. I swear they had to have been on drugs. They were all half alive and appeared to be “working”, but when I tell you one of them was at a juice press machine and did not move for about 5 minutes. Yikes. Another employee was scooping ice cream, but was literally about to fall over into the freezer as he did not seem sober. We waited for a while, but as the line grew longer, we looked at the door and laughed out loud and left. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

Terrible service shop opens at 10 am all my husband & I wanted was to get choc chip cookies to bring home to the kids and the person behind the counter couldn’t even put the sign on that shows the prices she was super rude to my husband , and when he said well can you put your board on to show prices she says “you know I have the right to refuse to serve you” all because he is telling her she should have her price board up and on really I will never ever go in and support that business

Wow this place is absolutely horrible. There was this huge group in front of me and only 2 women working on a Saturday night going so slow. They acted like they didn’t care at all that there was this big line. I at first was giving them the benefit of the doubt because there was only 2 of them, but they were taking their sweet time with everything. It was really bad customer service. So we went right next door to the funky town donuts and drafts and they were wonderful! Would go there instead!

Went in for some red mango and was disappointed with the options. They had many out of order and only vanilla available. It was so packed and only 2 workers working. They were absolutely nice and trying their hardest to get everyone's orders. They also had issues with the card machine and were only taking cash.

Great service, friendly staff, made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. The girls that work there are very knowledgeable, they took take of our order to perfection and the food taste was excellent, my coffee was on point, fresh and tasteful. We will come back for sure. We watched other customers come in and they were all helped in the same great way. Not sure why some people rate this place less than 5 stars.

After hearing a lot about it, I headed here hoping for a great experience in chocolate, and was disappointed. It wasn't horrible, but the service staff were dead, unresponsive, and the baked goods were admittedly a little cold and stale, which indicates sitting for a little too long. I imagine on a better day, this could be worth 4, maybe even 5 stars.

What a well ran, CLEAN and very friendly atmosphere. I pray these Cafe’s pop up everywhere. We are travelers and would like to See more of these around. The last 2 times I've purchased cookies here, right about lunch time during the work week, the cookies have tasted burned and stale. They are hard and taste like they've been sitting in the counter for days. I have a gift card that I won't even use the rest of because it's SO disappointing. Better off to make my own.

This place was super unorganized my wife had been to a red mango froyo shop which is in this place and said it was great but this place only had like four flavors and had to wait a long time. This place was awful if your wanna quietly be angry go here if you like showing your anger don't come here

They have cookies, pastries, ice cream, and an additional menu where you can order amazing wraps with spicy chicken and other hot food items. Line is fairly quick. One of my to go places for a quick lunch or snack!

I've never given bad reviews before but this is real bad. Service is barely there ( no greetings, no responses, sulky face) food is terrible. Any food from supermarket will taste better. Asked for unsweetened tea and got a super sweet tea. I won't recommend at all

Good ice cream/treats. Poor service and not very organized when it comes to taking people’s orders and money. Stood in front of the ice cream case waiting for someone to take our order for several minutes and they just stared at us without helping us.

Terrible Customer Service. The Gentlemen working Cash Register saw me and still assisted other people behind me before. Then forgot items in my order and waited super long because he forgot a drink. Will deffinetly not be going back here again.

I ordered a cake through Uber eats and asked for a medium amount of frosting...that we didn’t need the whole thing covered but that we did like it! I ended up with the worst looking cake ever and paid $50.

I hate this place lol...you walk in just to get one thing..then you leave 40 bucks later..haha..no this place is amazing! I pretty much consume a daily calorie intake in one visit lol..

The panini was surprisingly great but expensive for the size. Service was lackluster.

The double trouble and the turtle cookies are my go to favorites. The acai bowls are a must try if you are looking for something filling and healthy.

Great ice cream cookie sandwiches. Nice to walk around downtown fort Worth, and be able to get a ice cream sandwich like this. Staff was also great.
