"I am a runner and suffer from chronic injuries"
"I was so impressed with Netic"
"Using Netic is incredibly easy and convenient! Having PT appointments at home and not needing to drive anywhere saves me a tremendous amount of time with all that I have going on with my training, business, travel and family! Susan is very personal, and coming from an introvert, very easy to talk to! She took all the information I gave her, as well as what she saw on camera when she ran me through a series of tests, and gave me a set of exercises to do at home with minimal equipment"
"I used Netic Health for hip issue I was dealing with during marathon training & I have nothing but good things to say about my PT Susan"
"Hugely helpful in recovering from my neck injury"
I am a runner and suffer from chronic injuries. I was lucky to have a Netic ad pop-up in my Facebook feed. With skepticism, I decided to give their service a try. After filling out a quick questionnaire, a time was scheduled for me to speak with Evelyn (who is awesome) who went over their services and explained their mission to create injury-free runners. After constantly suffering from shin splints, it all sounded good, especially since I was training for the Berlin Marathon. I wanted to be as fit as possible when arriving at the start line. Enter Meghan, the Physical Therapist that I was matched with. After our initial meeting, it was easy to recognize three things. First, Meghan, being a runner herself, was very knowledgable about trouble spots and common issues (including mine). Second, I could tell she enjoyed helping people. Third, she was going to do everything she could to help me get healthy for the race. She gave me very easy-to-follow instructions to strengthen my knees, hips, and improve my balance. Because I was also working with a run coach, she made time to schedule a zoom call with all of us to discuss a plan of action before the race. Bottom line, I arrived at the starting line feeling great! Shin pains were non-existent before, during, and (surprisingly) after the race! Even though I was on the one-call-a-month plan, Meghan was always there to provide advice and encouragement. The Berlin Marathon was an experience that I will never forget. Meghan, and Netic, have become a part of my Berlin Marathon story. I would, without question, recommend them to anyone who is either suffering from a current injury, has chronic running issues (like me), or just wants to remain healthy as they run.
I was so impressed with Netic. Honestly, I thought signing up for a free consult would result in a sales pitch but was desperate to get help for my injury that I did it anyways. I couldn't have been more wrong! Never once have they even tried to sell me on their service. They didn't even ask for payment info. Instead on my first call I was greeted by a PT who only cared about me and my injury. It was a quick 30 min call but learned more about how Netic works and the head PT learning the most she could about me and my injury to get me a head start on healing while I got hooked up with the PT that would eventually work with me. I had an appointment with Melissa the very next day, also included in my free trial. She was amazing. I was a little bit leery about the zoom PT but she went through a series of tests to determine exactly what was wrong with me. We worked through all the exercises to help me heal more quickly and prevent this injury from happening again. She went above and beyond anything I had imagined. After our meeting she sent me all of the prescribed exercises with a video in case I forgot how to do them and details how to do each exercise. Then following our meeting there was follow up with how it was going. Netic takes PT to the next level with there around the clock availability and follow-up on your progress. If you're looking for a PT who is going to care about you and your progress I would highly recommend giving Netic a try.
Using Netic is incredibly easy and convenient! Having PT appointments at home and not needing to drive anywhere saves me a tremendous amount of time with all that I have going on with my training, business, travel and family! Susan is very personal, and coming from an introvert, very easy to talk to! She took all the information I gave her, as well as what she saw on camera when she ran me through a series of tests, and gave me a set of exercises to do at home with minimal equipment. On paper they all looked easy, but holy cow were they hard AND effective! My right quad was dominant from compensating for my tight, left medial hamstring which caused my right glute to not engage when it should when I ran. I started noticing a difference in how I felt within a couple of days! I definitely recommend Susan and Netic!
I used Netic Health for hip issue I was dealing with during marathon training & I have nothing but good things to say about my PT Susan. She was incredibly knowledgeable & had gone through a similar issue so she knew what I was going through. After just one session, the exercises she gave me made such a difference & the pain went away pretty quickly!
Hugely helpful in recovering from my neck injury. I got back to my regular mileage way faster than I thought would be possible. Big thanks to Meghan and team!
Wonderful experience rehabbing an ankle injury! Great fund of knowledge and worked with me to adapt exercises and rehab to my personal needs.
Great 1-on-1 sessions! I used Netic to help with my shin splints and now able to run again.
