This post office is, at least in my experience effective in that the services they provide are accurate and they help me with my sometimes complex issues. The 'shop' aspect is around or above that which you would expect. Those good points aside. Service is often slow or very slow. And is less than friendly. For example I almost never have my greetings returned. I understand that dealing with the public all day is hard but if you don't want to do it maybe find another line of work. I have also on a couple of occasions found it closed a few minutes, 5 or 10 before the advertised time. A sold C, maybe even a C+
Staff is very rude, was actually shouting at me... I was purchasing TravelCard and gentlemen behind the counter said, he accept inly cash. So he made me to withdraw cash from his chip and pin machine, (£67.30) then he put same £67.30 cash into his till. It was very weird... I found it strange that I couldn't pay debit card for my weekly travel card.... clearly it was something was dodgy. And it's not the first time that this guy made me withdraw and pay by cash, did not accept credit/debit card....
These people do not understand the concept of running a post office or any type of business for that matter. They lost quite a few of my items, which is quite questionabe. I tried to communicate with them to find out where my items were and to try get some kind of conclusion but as always they were unwilling to help. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you want a decent and professional postal service.
Thieves ! 5 pounds for 8 little A4 prints in B&W.. Service is poor, rude, no smile, passeport pictures are taken in the middle of the shop..This is a total joke. I think that I will make some more exercices and go to Hight Barnet Post office. A serious one not this SCAM. I guess the prices are depending of your face. What kind of post office is that? ( is it actually a legal one ?)
Such friendly staff and totally on the ball ( unlike quite a few post offices I have been to) I have been using the drop and go system for the last 5 years and it is always a joy to go into this post office.Trust worthy, calm, patient and they get it right. Easy parking is definitely a bonus! I highly recommend using this post office.
I have been going to this post office and shop for over two years and had always a good customer service experience with their staff. They were friendly to me and patient with questions regarding postage and advised me well. Even during the difficult time of lockdown with longer queues during the reduced hours.
The guy in there, I don't know if he is the manager or just a worker there, but he is so rude. He started shouting at me because apparently I asked the same question as a previous customer. How was I supposed to know what the customer before me asked? He needs to be spoken to or fired. Not great CS at all.
VERY RUDE PEOPLE! Especially the bald old man! Rolling his eyes and throwing my parcel without care. Asked him if there was a problem, he wouldn’t look me in the eye and pretended to be busy! Aparently all comments here are similar! They obviously hate their jobs and lives! Those poor miserable people!
I agree with all the comments before- - staff are totally uninterested...they don't even look up to say hello to you and look so lazy and de-motivated. this is my nearest post office but i always go to the post office thats 15 minutes away from me
Always treat you as if you're an inconvenience instead of a valued customer - I have to use this post office regularly, and I am still treated as if I'm a waste of their time after a year. Any attempts to be nice are treated with utter disdain.
Extremely courteous staff will always welcome you with a smile on their kind faces. I cannot thank enough the lovely lady who kindly helped me with my parcel the other day. She even gifted me with one free parcel envelope. Thanks!!
Been going to this newsagents/post office for sometime now, the staff has always been friendly towards me and never had a problem with the service. They sell a whole host of goods, from newspapers to home some DIY tools.
Worst post office in this place ever. Lazy, old ,tired, grumpy staff, finding excuses, to not accepting packages (liar), because u paying online. REPORT REPORT REPORT. Not professional, unhelpfull, Lazy employees.
Simple task off getting proof or postage for prepaid letter woman is clueless jobsworth with no personality and seemed too just make things awkward this person should not.be serving thé public.
Very moody ladies, who are not willing to help if you have more than one query. I only wanted to made few payments and I received the rude attitude instead. Definitely won't go in there again.
I called ahead to find out opening times and they gave me incorrect information over the phone. When I arrived and their post office was shut, the owner shrugged and refused to apologise
Convenient. You can park for 2 hours free at Sainsbury’s car park to drop off your parcels. The woman is always helpful and when I go during the day there isn’t much of a queue
Perfectly normal Post Office-in-a-newsagent type arrangement. They do all the normal things - taking packages, selling stamps, selling envelopes. Couldn't ask for more.
Generally good and friendly, except the gentleman behind the secondary or stationary till. He is very rude, impolite with luck of customer services skills
The post is very busy but there is only one person to do the work and the queue is long and things are slow and it's terrible
Always close , can’t collect any delivery , delivery companies must stop leaving deliveries for collection there !!!
I think they already changed their staff here, they are not chatty but at least they put a smile on their face :)
Avoid unless you want to be treated as an annoying inconvenience. No concept of politeness or customer service.
Had good experience every time been. Sometimes a small queue but that's life. Thanks
Staff were kind and helpful in assistance to me sending a letter off.
Hard working staffs Thank you for your times ❤️
I didn't like the service, quite unfriendly.
The counter staff was very helpful.
Extremely unhelpful and rude staff.
Slow, slow pedantic, jobsworths.
