Rubbish service, couldn't get to speak to Any urgently. All the phone numbers are Automated... my poor dog ended up being put to sleep by a private vet, which I had to take a huge loan for. It was discovered my dog had Mouth cancer which would have been detected months ago. But instead my dog was in alot pain...

The New Cross PDSA have always been so, so kind and wonderful when I have needed their services for my cat and dog. My cat Bella received care at the end of her life and we said goodbye to her recently at the hospital. The vets were so kind

A completely different place than the PDSA I remember from years back. Staff are amazing once in the room with your pet, but the waiting room is shambles and dirty. Heard not so good stories in the waiting room

Absolutely wonderful, unfortunately we had to take our beautiful cat and she passed away. The nurses were so kind and caring. They gave us comfort when we could not be there with our girl. Thank you so much.

The reception was very polite and nice. The vet was professional and found a problem within 30 minutes and prescribed some medication. My cat is well now. Thank you so much!
