Pegah is a miracle worker! I have thin and fragile hair which makes it difficult to get a good cut and style. Pegah not only gave me a super cute cut that makes my hair look full, healthy and beautiful but it is very easy for even me (with no talent with hair whatsoever) to style! I felt like a million bucks leaving her salon! I was a little worried my hair would look flat and fine again after I washed it like it always has in the past but that is not the case! Although I can’t make it look as awesome as Pegah did (she’s a got such an amazing talent with hair) I am able to style it easily and after a few weeks it still looks great! The best thing is, I can even do just a shampoo and towel dry it if I’m in a rush and the natural look looks good! With my thin hair I’ve never been able to go all natural and still have cute, full hair! It’s awesome! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much Pegah!

Being new to Austin last year, I was very apprehensive in finding a hair stylist. I tied a few salons but was not Quiet satisfied ..until I met Pegah from New Face Salon. Wow wow wow. She is exactly what I was looking for. Someone who caresd about the quality os service and most of all the :look of my hair style. I have not missed one appointment with Pegah. I keep coming back and am always happy when I leave the salon . She listen to what I want and also makes suggestions as to what look would be best for me.. Her salon is immaculate, And well furnished with a mod spin. Besides her work ethics..Pegah is such a pleasant and caring person...very personable .. thanks Pegsh for being here for me. !!!

I liked the space inside a lot. They have a cooler stocked with beer and water. It's a stylish and well designed layout which is kept very clean. I received an excellent hair cut and wash at a comparable cost at other salons for a men's cut and shampoo. Stuck in traffic on 620 and need a trim? Stop here, get cut and shampooed, go next door and get a tattoo or new piercing, then round your exhausting work commute off with a foot massage next door down from the tat shop just in time for traffic to desolve away as you melt back into you car seat.

If I could give this rating a 10, I would. It's all because of Pegah. She is a hair goddess. She is downright one of the best hairstylists I've ever met. She's very detailed, takes her time, super super sweet, and is extremely knowledgable about what she's doing. I am so impressed by every part of my hair color and cut experience. I can't thank her enough! She is honestly so good at what she does. My hair is the best it's ever been because of her. Thank you Pegah ! Keep doing what you're doing :) and I'll be back for sure!

Came here 7/6/20 got my haircut lady was nice and was super glad they stock Kevin Murphy products. My haircut on the other hand was not so great. When my husband saw the haircut he pointed out it was uneven and told me I should go back for them to fix it. No way will I go back it is super obvious they have no skill. I could have gone anywhere else and got a better cut. Super sad now I have to pay someone else and let my hair grow out to get it fixed. Pay attention to the reviews and similarities.

I have thin hair but lots of it. It is wavy/curly, gets dry, and frizzy. The first time I went here I just got a haircut and got tons of compliments on it. This time I went for a cut & color(ombre). At first, I was nervous because I was doing a color out of my comfort zone(blue) and Pegah really made me feel more comfortable. She was very informative and we talked about what would work best for me. She was super nice and patient as it took about 4 hours. Thanks Pegah, I love it!

Honestly one of the best hair cuts I’ve received. Pegah is absolutely amazing! She is funny, and so easy to talk to. She knew exactly what I wanted after I showed her a photo. The shampoo was amazing! The first time EVER that a hairstylist rung out my hair properly to where it wasn’t dripping down my neck after the wash. I honestly appreciated that so much because my hair is very thick. She did a fantastic job and I will be going back to her!

I have recently started going to New Face Salon because of the recommendation I read on NextDoor. Pegah is who I see and she colored my hair and added subtle highlights, which I’d never had done. My hair looks terrific and you can’t see the gray now. She also does a very precise haircut which I very much like. She is a lovely lady, very friendly. They maintain strict Covid rules, which is important now. I highly recommend her a hair dresser.

I called to schedule an appointment to fix the bleaching in my hair since it’s splotchy and I asked how much the touch ups would be and the woman said $470. I thought that was extremely pricey and I checked the website and it’s supposed to be much less. I think she knew I was young because she kept calling me ‘sweetie’. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

My initial haircut wasn't quite what I was looking for, but I gave this salon a 5-star because Pegah (who didn't initially cut my hair) was gracious and quick to make it right. She brought me back into the salon at no cost and worked with my cut to make it just what I was looking for. She's a great stylist and a very pleasant lady.

Pegah is AMAZING! Came in, last minute request… where she is ALWAYS accommodating! Went from middle aged dark and blah, to just the right highs and lows, based off an ash brown grey photo… And did she ever get it! When she cut my hair and colored my sister told me it is the best hair I have ever had, and I get compliments on my hair all the time - which I didn't get before. I have taken my 6 year old for hair cuts here a few times. Last time was the last. My son had 3 cuts on his forehead from lining him up that I noticed the next day when it started getting crusty. The lady cutting the hair though had excellent service. I believe her name is Debra. Very nice and sweet.
