Everytime you go there you will always find a trainer. They will give you diet chart according to your fitness. Moreover, the trainers and the instructors are very friendly. Every equipment you need is present there.

Wonderful place and support for New Bea. Trainer are very supportive. New instruments, neet and clean place for workout and nice view. One of the best gym in Mirpur. Unfortunately they have no AC.

I am giving a 5 star rating just because, it’s very neat and clean gym, though It's a small one and there has a shortage of different machineries.

Yoga, aerobic classes and gym instruments are available. 2 classes per day. The instructors are good, friendly and helpful. But no AC :-(

এখানে পরিবেশ ভালো ইন্সট্রুমেন্ট সবকিছুই ভালো। কিন্তু ট্রেনের টা বেশি একটা সুবিনা না সে আপনাকে ঠিকমতো ট্রেন করবে না সে তার ধান্দায় থাকে।
