Always a reliable store for a quick shop especially when your working with limited time and need some reasonable bits for a holiday. Lovely staff, the lady at the changing room was particularly helpful as she recognised that my sister and I had three young children so offered us a room that accommodate us all. The lady at the till who served us was also exceptionally friendly taking interest in our choice in clothing so much so that she recognised that we were holiday shopping and wished us a enjoyable trip. Managed to get items for myself and my 11 year old daughter. Only downside is that my 6 year got a but frustrated as they don't cater to her size. I bought her a cats ear headband to keep her happy.

The new look over here got some nice clothes, I always like going to the one in bromley because they have good clothes and good staff. The fitting room is not cleaned properly and they don’t have petite in the shop so u probably have to order online. you see how dirty the mirror is ? Well sometimes there are no staff in the fitting room. I love new look because of the affordable good quality clothes and the student discount which is amazing.

I was lost at finding the right pair of black trousers and jeans, I went to try a few at the fitting rooms and met this lovely lady called Sandra who was brilliant at helping me find exactly what I was after, I am not good with shopping but she definitely made my shopping experience an enjoyable one. Thanks Sandra for your excellent customer service and your politeness.

Ordered a click and collect item but had to join the huge queue snaking round the shop to pick it up. This meant I spent an extra £1.20 on parking! Since I'd already paid for the items I wouldn't have expected to have to queue for that long. Not all tills were staffed despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon.

I was hoping to spend my gift card/vouchers here, but didn't see much I liked. The only things I was slightly interested in didn't come in my size. I am a petite height fuller figured lady, so it was all too small. Spent the money elsewhere where it was cheaper and more inclusive.

Very big shop with lots of choice in clothing and lots of tills, and a large shoe area too! They do girl's clothing too in a section and the staff are always friendly and helpful and efficient on the tills so the queues go down very quickly when they build up! :)

Store was tidy & well stocked. I had to return items I brought online that weren't suitable which was dealt with quickly & efficiently. My money was returned to my account the next day. The staff were polite & friendly. I will be shopping here again!!

I bought a nice pair of sandals in this New Look store but the experience was not satisfactory. There was a lack of benches for customers to try on the shoes. There was a large bench, however it was too high for you to put on the shoes.

Can someone tell me how best to get through to New Look by phone? I’ve been trying to calm the branch in the glades since Saturday eve. I called the number on the net all day Sunday too. Head office cuts me off and the only branch who

New look always has really good deals and I love their socks, on this occasion though it was quite busy the tills were all staffed and they were managing the queue well, so I was impressed with how fast I was served.

This store looked like a bomb had hit it. Clothes everywhere clothes not put on hangers just one big OMG. The cashiers are the slowest completely unacceptable to wait in line for 30 minutes with only 5 of us in line.

Hot and super busy, took 3 kids to spend Xmas money, queued for 7-8 minutes only to find they weren't taking cash...apparently couldn't get change from the bank. Super inconvenient and disappointing for the kids

Quite a big shop, i think it can be overpriced for what it is as the clothes are of quite a cheap quality. I do like some of their bits n bobs though, good for work clothes.

Just brought a top requested a refund on a sale item. I was still at the tills had changed my mind i was told I have to get a credit note wasn't happy about that

Took sale item back bad fit changed for some summer sandals i saw by time my 20% birthday discount had been apied sandals came to just over 6 quid....happy me

Good selection of clothes and shoes but unfortunately the selection of larger sizes was disappointing. If you are 6-10 then you have plenty to choose from.

Not that big, has women clothes some kids clothes none for men. Everytime I go in there cant find anything I like so order online if do see anything nice

Hit and miss with new look . I dont know who their stock buyers are but it's the same old all the time. Time for new buyers I think no imagination.

My grandaughter bought quite few items of clothing for work was told only do online receipts and would send to her 10days later she still waiting!!

Good price and variety of clothes. Plus is the seats around the shop so men can wait seating instead of walk around following the wife
