Visited today in search of a new outfit. Nothing much was really jumping out at me. The petite range wasn't very extensive, which is the range that fits me best so that was slightly disappointing. Settled with a black wrap around skirt after doing several laps of the shop. Noone approached me to see how I was getting on, offer assistance or acknowledge me in general. Staff didn't seem very happy. The wait at the queue was longer than reasonable. A few more staff jumped on the tills as the queue was pretty big. We were last in the queue and before we were served one of the staff who I assume was a supervisor walked away as if we didn't exist. Within ten seconds one of the other ladies at the till needed assistance with a return and rang the bell so the other girl had to come back. She dealt with this and then left again, meanwhile we are just stood there waiting... Surely it would have been quicker and more effective customer service to quickly serve me and my one item whilst all the other check out staff were dealing with lengthy transactions and the queue wait had already been substantial? Slightly annoying.
Was not impressed with the service or staff at this branch at Cabot circus on saturday. I had to return a garment which I bought Friday at another branch and paid for by my debit card. I was told by the manager had to have a credit note back at Cabot circus. I explained I could not try garment on as changing rooms closed and when I did try on at home garment too big. The reason for not giving me a refund on my card was that I had tried it on. Why is this store not refunding items bought and if not suitable not giving refunds but credit notes when all other shops and stores are doing so in covidl times. Will not be shopping at this store in future.not a happy or pleasant experience for me.
New Look in Cabot Circus in the City Center, Bristol is found on the second level of the semi indoor mall area. Women's wear and accessories on the ground floor and men's wear on the first. There are stairs, and no lifts in the store. They carry the latest trends in casual clothing as well as work clothing, shoes and accessories. The prices are on par with most clothing stores of it's ilk - Zara, Pull and Bear, H&M etc. The fitting rooms/area is of generous size and plentiful. They're not segregated - women and men use the same fitting area. The checkout lines moved rather well. I have had nothing but good experiences shopping at this location.
This store is in a constant state of disorganisation and chaos; if you have an idea of what you want to buy then going through the rails is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The queues are always massive and they only have a couple of people on the tills. On my last visit I was waiting over 15 minutes just to get one item (which was in the sale section but wasn't actually on sale). Nobody seems to put things back where they belong and the checkout process is very lengthy. As the main store in Bristol centre they ought to make changes to the layout, employ more staff and make the overall shopping experience more enjoyable.
I love new look, there clothing range is always on point. This store is massive, spread over two floors. There's a great range of clothes, a large display of shoes. It has a child/teenagers area, also a all home jewellery area. It does lack a range of lingerie though. But as most people that shop here shop online, it's probably not with it. Also it does get quite busy even when it's not peak times. There is always quite a long queue which seems to go down really slowly. Having said that it's a great store and I would reccomend it
Brought my 15 year old and friend shopping to Cabot circus today. We live in a small village so don't get into the city often. Your shop was lovely, light, airy and fab staff. The lovely colourful and warming member of staff was the Dutch gentleman on as a cashier he lived in Spain for 12 years. He was an absolute delight and we felt very lucky for him to serve us. He was so polite, attentive and an absolute credit to your store. My daughter does suffer with M E and anxiety he truly brought a smile to her face.
As someone who sits it the middle area or the size range I always find that there is a lack of stock for myself and although I appreciate my sizes popularity it never seems that this factor is accounted for. The same applies to my partner who will usually require the smallest size on the rack and there never is one for her as there's only ever one in stock at a time and it's already been purchased.
Funny thing is that new look is a high Street brand that is slightly more expensive than Primark, and yet the messiness is even worse than Primark. Clothes all over the floor. The only good thing is the store is decently big but this branch in Bristol is not tidy . The ones in London seems to be tidier or maybe that's just my imagination?
First time I have visited this store to collect some boots for a relative and the time displayed in the shop window opening time says 9am but Cabot Circus website says 10am very misleading as to which time the store opens if it is 10am then the times in the shop window need to be changed. This is not good customer service.
Spacious and bright store with variety of clothes, shoes, and accessories. You can find anything and for any weather. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The mirrors are everywhere so you don't need to search for them if you want to try a coat or a jacket. The quality of items differs but overall not bad.
Not liking this store. They are craming too much clothing in on the bottom floor. Never any staff on top floor to pay for items always told to go downstairs. Why even have a till point up there! Staff aren't the best, seem to be in a world of there own and not interested in any customers.
Nothing what the shop used to be, which is a shame. There are lots of clothes, with a wide range of styles and brands. The store is bright, with good lighting and it is over 2 floors. There are plenty of changing rooms here, with good lighting and well sized cubicles. Staff are friendly.
I do love new look, the quality of the clothes is always good and there is usually something for most occasions in there. Friendly staff and the prices are pretty good too for the quality of what you're buying. Also, the makeup they do, particularly the lipsticks, are amazing.
I was very happy with my new boots and the price of them. Plus l was impressed with how they handled my missing umbrella. Because when l got outside it was starting to rain again so l am glad it was still there and l didn't go home were or have to spend more money on a new 1.
I like this store, had a nice conversation with a worker, I wish I had their name they were lovely. The products are high quality and match the price they are sold at. The only thing I struggle to do is find larger sizes. They are there but not as much as the smaller sizes.
Its quite a large store however the offering of menswear is really limited which is a shame, however the store is well kept and clean. This was a Saturday visit just before peak times but there weren't many ques that lasted longer than a couple of minutes which is great.
New look hasn't changed much. affordable clothing and a variety of styles however they seem to want to cram in as many rails as possible which is similar to tkmaxx can tend to feel a bit like a jumble sale. really poor range of men's clothing which is always a let down.
Good occasional deals but the men department is way too small and lacks many pieces that you can find online. Otherwise in terms of quality it is a good place with decent prices. But if you cannot find stuff there do not worry as there are many other shops around.
Great store with a wide selection of clothe but which tends to get a little bit closer to marks and spencer collections. Very conveniently located in cabot circus for a quick dhoppping visit. Staff is rather helpful but hard to find. All in all a good experience.
I used to get most of my clothes from here but the men's section which once took up most of the top floor has been crammed into one corner, which highly limits choice. Unfortunately don't see myself contemplating browsing in here again which is a shame
Shop was a big ol'l mess to be honest , couldn't find anything i needed and no staff to ask but that's understandable with the ping-demic going on and staff having to isolate. The Lady on the till was lovely and genuine, she brightened my day anyway.
Absolutely shocking 8 deep upstairs at checkout one girl on the tills another girl stood doing nothing chatting when I asked if she would open another till was told she couldn't and carried on chatting ....no customer service AT ALL NEVER AGAIN !
The etaff member who helped me find the boots I wanted was excellent. She had good customer service. She stopped packing shelves and helped me. She even showed me where the underwear was, I stood in a long queue ntompay but it went quickly.
Some really nice clothes in this branch and I love new look but the store is a state. Only ever have 2 staff on tills with a queue about 25 customers long and they take forever folding your clothes when you’ve asked them to just shove them
I do shop in new look quiet a lot and the staff are rarely very polite but went there today and had a bad experience around 4:10pm I went to the changing rooms to try a top on and it was without a hanger once I came out of the changing
Disaster zone. They have really nice stuff, at good prices. But will not have anything in your size. I sorted through 67 items to find a size 8, not a single one. Avoid this store unless you are a 12 which seems to be all they stock
Omg, I was just gone to buy the make and perfumes, but then I saw such a good variety of clothings there. Was very impressive, would love to for shopping soon. Really like the designs and trends there, worth buy. Would recommend
Great sized shop, all very neat and tidy. Staff very useful. Down stairs had lots of pretty clothes and upstairs was shoes and curves and kids. Highly recommended if you love new look it's the biggest one I've been in.
Visited during the Christmas sales the rails were well organised and tidy! For Christmas sale time this was fantastic great staff keeping up with the amount of shoppers and till staff were very polite and patient
I really wish clothing shops would sell normal looking clothes. I don't want a weird slogan on a t shirt about tacos or pizza or whatever. Also why is it so hard to get a normal looking work shirt for a woman?
To many sales rails so u cant get past. Cant nake out what ages ccloths are where. Scarfs were in 3 different sections. No one was free (staff) Que was a bit long. Fashion was like the same as 3 weeks ago ...
Awful customer service, had text saying items delivered and ready to collect , got there and they had been delivered to wrong store and was simply told to come back following week. Don't bother with New look
Lots of clothes for woman and on trend, tiny mens section and out of season. Took a while to spot the mens clothes as there were no directions and its pushed into back corner on the first floor.
Not a great place. I am a 16 and don't have the smallest chest. There was absolutely nothing for anyone larger than a 10. Also, nothing for anyone who is not a stick, basically. Not worth it.
Not much men's range. But I read online that New Look is one of the highest ranked high-street clothing stores in ethical labour. It still scores lowly but it's better than most...
Usual New Look - clothes everywhere and nothing in your size! Staff seem to get more casual by the day; jeans and mobile stuffed into back pocket seems the norm now.
Huge new look store but I came here 3yrs ago to return some stuff I’d picked up in bath all I remember is waiting in a huge queue it’s not what you want really.
Was looking for a size 6 in wide fitting shoes. They didn't have them but the girl gave me a code to order them. Got them delivered free to my local new look.
Lack of variety despite size of store. If you're Anything past size 10 don't bother they don't want your custom from their lack of anything bigger sized
Plenty of varied clothing but some of the desired clothing was out of stock, area was reasonably maintained and staff seemed to be helping customers.
Not a wide selection really & upstairs looked like a jumble sale. Think Hereford branch is better laid out & more pleasant with more selection
Good styles. For women only two level stores usually the sales on the top floor. Need some search but will find good staff with nice prices.
They always have lovely clothes (especially dresses), great shoes, and more inclusive sizes than a majority of shops. Staff are lovely too.
The service was very slow I was in the queue for 15 minutes there were only 6 people in front of me and only 1 member of staff on the till.
I'm not a fan of clothes shops but this place has a really nice lay out and it's nice to browse, definately a place to visit.
Generally love a bit of new look, as does my good lady thing. This particularly branch felt a little cold and unwelcoming.
I bought something for my partner 2 days ago which doesn't suit her and now they don't want to refund me, only change it.
Lovely shopping trip, was just passing by and popped in! Managed to bag 3 lovely dresses to add to my wardrobe …
Nice store plenty for women mens is limited but they need a good clean set up and the store needs a lick of paint.
Jumble sale of cheap clothes. Feels like the kind of store you'd find in a dying beach side town selling tat.
Brilliant prices but a bit skimpy for my liking. Good if you like trendy items e.g. crop tops, jeans & skirts
Sad to lose our local shop so Longwell Green is nearest but I do visit Bristol store too, love the bargains
Large store with a good selection. Friendly staff and always pretty clean and tidy. Does student discount.
New look is a good place to shop but it does not big sizes for big people that's why I gave it 2 star's
Great shop, but limited Curves selection. Apparently all curvy ladies were skinny Jean's ♀️ …
My wife loves it, personally Next need a seating area for people like myself who arent here by choice.
I usually LOVE new look but now they have nothing for teens tbh its all more granny stuff now
Very expensive, considering you can get the exact same thing at Primark for 1/3 of the price.
Not as much diverse clothes and shoes for women as I expected and things are a bit pricey
Quite a big new look! A big clearance section upstairs and a pretty relaxed atmosphere!
Lots of affordable prices but size choice was quite small, so ok if you're a size 6-10
The girls love this shop and it's so close to many other stores and places to eat.
Fantastic service. Clean and tidy shop. Great sales
Really good shop my daughter loved it
Lots of party clothes on offer too.
Plenty of choice reasonable priced
We also shoped in new look aswell
Great skirts available
