I have never written a negative review but I felt a responsibility to warn other small business owners. Read their contract thoroughly even though it really is all literally fine print. I have had some good delivery drivers, some absolutely awful. At least once a month I was shorted on linens and although they were usually quick to bring the rest of my order I would get charged extra for it. At least once a month I had mystery fees that I was charged with no warning or explanation. I would often receive unusable linens because they were so dirty. They would try to get me to increase my order well above what I needed to fix the problems- meaning I would get more then I need and pay much more money. It honestly felt like a lot of gaslighting. As a small business owner this is truly the last thing I needed to be worrying about or spending extra money on. I complained constantly over the years and would not be let out of my contract. I even had my lawyer read it over and she said it was the most unethical and predatory contract she’s ever seen. Such an icky company. I see lots of good reviews here so maybe this just happens to the smaller businesses but I’ve spoken to many people who have had very similar experiences with them.

I'm a line cook at Backyard Burger in West Linn. We have a regular service from New Systems. I couldn't tell you anything regarding cost for anything as I don't even touch the budget for my store, but what I can say, is that the service is great. Jordan always makes sure we have exactly what we need and asks all the right questions. You can certainly tell he goes above and beyond. He's friendly and professional and always a delight to see him come in! He even noticed there was a mop head that totally needed to be changed in the mop sink, and he just changed it without me even realizing it. I'm honestly pretty new at the restaraunt and he knew that, so I didn't know New Systems also provided our mops too. I thought it was just our rags and aprons. He very politely explained to me that any time one needs to be changed, I can just throw it in the hamper, and he's always happy to throw a new head on it, and i'm pretty sure he gave us some extras too. But it doesn't end there, he saw I was busy with morning prep, and he just threw the dirty head in the laundry for me so I didn't have to. So, what I can certainly say is, great service.

UPDATE! It’s a few years later and I’m just as thrilled with my New Systems services as ever. Jeff N is my newest delivery buddy and he’s always super kind and accommodating. There are so many goofy moving parts when it comes to being a small business owner, and I can’t tell you how much of a relief it is never having to worry about my laundry. Thank you Jeff N and the New Systems team for keeping me so happy! It’s a pleasure doing business with you! ✨ I've had nothing but great and consistent service for the years I've had sheets delivered by New Systems. Nate made setting up my account easy and Matt U has been taking super care of me ever since. Quick and accommodating responses, they really make it easy and I'm grateful for their services.

Jennifer and her team are amazing! Anthony is our delivery guy. Met him many months ago at another business where he was delivering. He was so outgoing and enthusiastic about letting me know how his company could help my business. I met Jennifer and Anthony at our business and I was convinced they were going to be a perfect fit for my business. I had no idea just how good! I found more and more products that I could use and they filled in last minute several times. Both Anthony and Jennifer respond on their personal phones at all times! I do not expect it, I am surprised at their loyalty to their company and clients. This attention to detail and needs of clients is hard to come by these days. I can't thank them enough!!!

We've had New System as our laundry service provider for years. They are such a hospitality-focused group of people, and the communication is always top-notch. As a small restaurant, (especially during the pandemic,) our needs are constantly changing, and the team that works with us is incredibly accommodating. Jen and Ryan are just wonderful, always addressing any issues head-on, and clearly communicating about logistics, cost, pars, etc. Even our old reps, Chad and Manny, still keep in touch and fill in every once and awhile. They go above-and-beyond for us, and it's nice to know we are utilizing a company with a team that has our back. Keep up the good work!

I recently started using New System for disposable paper and bathroom products after a larger company abandoned their smaller accounts. So far it has been a really smooth and easy transition. Also, as it turns out, no contract is required for the products I use which is fantastic. Customer service has been great, although I have really only had interactions with my driver, Kyle. This guy has delivered me products after his shift was over in his personal vehicle! That's service you don't find very often anymore. I guess, in a way, this is a review of him. Keep up the good work and thank you.

New System has been very accommodating to our changing needs especially during this past year with things changing from month to month and have never had an issue. It’s a rare occurrence when we run short on product, but they’re always quick to make the delivery which says a lot since we’re all the way out in Forest Grove. Our driver, Manny, is always very friendly and responsive to service the account and does not interrupt the business when we’re busy. I would highly recommend New System for the quality of the products and outstanding service.

New System is not only great at what they do, but they are great people to work with! In particular, Jen Gilmore and Anthony Entrikin have been wonderful in their service and assistance. Especially throughout COVID, Jen and Anthony have worked hard to ensure we always have our laundry and other supplies.
