I came in yesterday for a wash and fold service. the woman who was the manager said that she would be the only person dealing with my laundry and would have it ready by 8 p.m.i had a friend pick up my laundry and got the wrong laundry back. I returned with my friend and seen another person working. She mentioned she folded my laundry. I had to go back with my friend to get the right laundry and my laundry ball which I had given them was damaged. when I asked where the laundry ball crystals were on my second visit it was behind their door. I told them i came there to save my time . Their sign says two minutes in two minutes out but i came to return again which wasted my time and had to arrange child care they admitted to there wrong doings but the laundry representative said she would tell the manager and i asked got a call back. I asked for a call back not which i didn't get. When i called her she explained the story which we already ķnew.she hung up on me. When i went in person to see if it was a mistake and to see if she was willing to rectify the problem she told me the story again. she said"if i gave you one dollar refund would you be happy?" Worst Customer service If their was more communication or something else done it probably wouldn't have happened. Essentially there was no refunds made. I'm never going back there again.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Woman doesn't answer any questions with anything more than a grunt or two. Won't break up 20's, forces you to pay using change she prefers, then when I can back for my laundry at 930 cause I knew they closed at 10 she had locked the door on me. I knocked, she wouldn't answer. Other people in the store pointed to me, she ignored me. Then I took out my phone and began recording her and making note of the time and suddenly she sees me but can't recognize me. (I'm wearing a bright orange sweater, she knows it's me cause I even told her I would be back at this time) she then lets me in but orders me to leave out the back.Go support somewhere else.

This place is very clean and there are lots of new Electrolux machines in different sizes. There’s a beautiful cemetery across the street you can stroll while waiting for your clothes to wash and dry too. I forgot two T-shirts here that I really loved, I came back the next day and was so relieved that the manager had put them aside in a machine for me! Even though it’s a little distance from where I usually stay in Toronto, I think I’ve found my travel laundromat! p.s. forgot to add this was the only laundromat I found open on Canada Day, after walking to 5 different ones!

something is not right with the rest of the reviews here. it is most expensive of all the laundrymat, but used it once and the wash was clean though. Because they slowly reduce the water/wash time/ hike price for profit (like the laundromat lower parliament where I usually go)..I'm gonna go back to to see for the higher price, I get a cleaner wash. Management think patrons are so naive they won''t notice...oh please keeping it real people!...if my clothes are not clean I'll be pissed!

Significantly more expensive than laundromats in the city, dirty, staff don't bother to enforce the "no access without a mask" and don't care whatsoever what you do, one of the benches is clearly stolen from a park, the machines claim to be brand new but they often glitch. What a joke of a business. Better to spend a bit extra on commuting or walking further to find better quality. Do not recommend it at all.

The absolute worst wash and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Whites, 2 shirts, 2 pairs of boxers and a white towel $4.50 it said 28 min Warm it was finished in 15 min clothes were cold and came out dirty the owner was here I told him rogtt he r away something was wrong because it was done in half the time and when the clothes came out they were still dirty. He refused to do anything about it.

This is a chill space to do laundry. Busy days are frustrating but there are so many units it's rare that you have to wait very long. My favourite bad boys are the 75 pound washers/lavadoras, and matching dryers. The attendants are lively and helpful. Don't forget your clothes or they will be donated after a time. Be kind to yourself and indulge in the wash and fold.

Use to be good. Been a customer for years and years. Allllllll the dryers are broken. And they blame you. Had to restart my dryer more the 25 times because it errors. With 6 things in the machine, she told me I put too much stuff in it. It’s a clean shop but the machines are terrible. I am no longer a customer, I’m not going to waste my money.

Awesome place, very friendly. I use their wash and fold service. So about 23 bucks a week, to do about 19lbs of laundry. Free's up a lot of my time during the week to do other things besides laundry. The facility is very clean, with a bank machine and a machine for change (no more scrounging for change to do your laundry. You can't go wrong.

No le doy las 5 estrellas porque la tacaña de la dependienta me quiso cobrar 1'5 dólar por una bolsa jajja dado que la máquina estaba estropeada, pero es verdad que la lavandería está muy limpia y organizada. Si la tienes que utilizar lleva detergente no viene incluido pero las máquinas funcionan muy bien y las secadoras son muy baratas.

Clean. Open 18 hours a day 365 days a year. Reliable and excellent machines for a good price. Honestly it's an amazing laundromat. There's even a small parking lot. Their laundry service averages out to be about twice to maybe 3x as much as if you did it yourself for most loads, which is impressive. They have yet to mess anything up.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and machines do not function properly. The machine was not accepting my change and when I asked for help, the lady working there was extremely rude trying to say it’s my fault. I will never step foot in this horrible laundry again. I’d give it a negative star if I could.

Airconditioning is not working, theres 45C inside of the laundry room. I tried to contact the owner twice on the camera button on two different occasions because change machine didn't give me exact money back and no one answered. I'm not sure who is running this place but I know it's a mess. I do not recommend!

I've used this laundry mat twice now and I have to say that it's a good place to do your laundry. The washers and dryers work well and they offer a service for you to pay to have your laundry washed for you. The washroom was out of order when I was there but the staff was very friendly.

Better place a bit than common laundry in the building. Watch your laundry until you're done with ease and listening to the news of the day well. Though it cost more than in the building laundry, it's much faster and reliable. It is more relaxing to do laundry attending all around you.

This Laundromat is located on Wellesley and Parliament. There are jumboload, medium-size, and small-size laundry machines. There are drying laundry machines, bill-to-coin-converting machines, and laundry-related items for sale. I higly recommend you to do laundry at this location.

Love it! Mom and Pop run store. I use the drop off service. Drop off a large garbage bag filled with dirty cloths, pick up it washed, dried, and folded all for under $25. When I get my clean cloths home they smell great too! Very happy with New World Laundry. Highly recommended.

Large laundry facilities, 2 extra extra large loads washing machines with lots of triple and double load washers and dryers. Place is clean, can be busy, reasonably priced. They do have a wash and fold service which starts at 9 am till 5 pm. Open from 6 am to 8 pm everyday,

Unbelievable I wasted $4 for 2 small dryers and lightest items weren't dry. When I asked for a refund due to lack of heat, was told they've been used since the morning and lint trap cleaned and I was the very first to to complain,,and no refund.

I used their dryer to finish drying a down jacket. First time there. An attendant may have been working but it was not obvious. I may use their services again. The place is clean. It was okay, not great.

I like this laundry mat. I used it twice now and the staff on my second trip was very nice. Only problem is their washroom was not in service which made the last half of my wait very uncomfortable.

I drop off my laundry I get it back at the end of the day or next day folded nicely, and smelling deeelish. Wash and fold totally worth it.
