Sent me the wrong year of bottle and when asked for assistance by Geoffrey Troy, felt almost like I was a bother which was completely unprofessional. Will not be ordering from them again, still haven't gotten money back

Customer service does not respond to emails. Additionally, I am aware that my email has been received and read because the price was immediately removed afterwards. I totally understand the low rating now.

The owner has temperament issues. Called twice for pick up and the store felt they didn't give a concern. Nice way to treat clients spending crazy amounts on burgundy wine.
