I've been a customer of Newcare Pharmacy for many years and have nothing but high praise for its staff, especially Auntie who runs the health food/ supplements section: she 'knows her stuff' and has given me great advice on many occasions whilst treating me with warmth and kindness. In my books, she is the heart and soul of the place.

Honestly the best pharmacy I've been to in London. Auntie, who is responsible for the health shop, is such a lovely and sunny person. She gives great advice and cares deeply for each customer, which is so rare and special. The pharmacists are also great and super nice. Truly a little gem in Willesden Green, such good energy!

The only chemist to go in Willesden Green, the staff are genuinely so nice and informed. There is hardly ever a complication and if there is - they always resolve it as quickly and efficiently as they can. Lots of different items, big choice, but some of the items are way overpriced. The one I was interested is ReNu multi-purpose solution 240ml which costs there over £19. I don’t remember to spot somewhere else such a high price on this
