I was spoken too in the worst possible way by two Arab workers here today! One called Muhammad and the other called Arsheen (PIC - Person in charge). I simply wanted to get a refund for my sandals as I ordered them around June 16th and finally got a message that they came yesterday on the 13th August. Despite the huge wait amd multiple delays! I calmly showed the boy (Muhammad) my receipt and he went to get my sandals. Once he got them he stared at me and I said I would like to get a refund please......he said " well get em out then! If you want a refund, get them out of the bag, I'm not going to do it for you! !?? Since when has a customer been expected to open the bag and show the product to the person at the till who fetched it themselves, out of the storeroom!!?? I was shocked. Then I told him off and said "alright alright, no need to give me your attitude! He went quiet after that but I was very upset. I took a picture of this impudent young man and this aggressive Arsheen girl came out and said "are you taking pictures!?......she didn't say excuse me or hello "You can't its data protection." ......Never been spoken to like this at Next and been coming for years since 22 years old....I'm now 32. The third lady, the manager could barely tell me the complaint process!? Finally, the vicious boy behind the till said his manger was on break when I asked to speak with the manager, and she was right behind me!? Pathetic....hope all three of them get fired!

I went into store this afternoon and went to the womenswear till to return a coat I had previously bought. The lady behind the counter (White European) was busy putting an item in a package, which is absolutely fine, but it was unbelievably rude that she didn't acknowledge me at all, even just to say "I'll be with you in a moment". When she finished, she just looked up at me and said can I help. Throughout the returns process she was not friendly at all, my overall point being the customer service from her was pathetic. You're a sales assistant, its part of your job to be polite and professional towards your customers! Just an overall rubbish experience because of this lady, Next should train their staff properly.. as well as teach them that even if they're fed up with their job or dislike it, it's probably better not to make that so blatantly obviously in front of customers. She was just plain rude. Hounslow Next, you definitely need to do better! One star only as you can't give zero stars.

All the reviews about customer service at this store being horrendous are accurate. They take forever to serve people. Also, there is a large black woman serving people who is particularly bad (sorry, I don't know her name that is the only reason I mentioned her race). She is very opinated, selfish and rude, in her behaviour, and shows very little regard for customers waiting in line. She even enjoyed trying to show her superiority over the other cashiers. Also, I witnessed her profiling another customer who looked like he was innocently browsing items, she told her colleague she suspected him of being a thief. He did nothing to warrant this accusation. All he did was walk in from the treaty centre entrance a few times. People do this when they are waiting for someone to pass time. Because that entrance is large. Its not because they are shoplifting. Very bad.

This was my 1st order that I had delivered to Next Hounlsow store has I worked close by. I was sent a email stating the item was ready to pick up when I went I was told item had not been delivered to store yet, I was asked to come in next day I decided to call customer service Next who told me that item was delivered to store and I can pick up my order. Today I went in store and spoke to a sales person and asked him to looked for my order I was told once again that my order was not there he had no intentions to do anything else I felt his behaviour was very rude and asked for the manager who eventually found my order that was sitting in store since yesterday . The service given to me from Next Hounslow has been appalling from sales person even to the Manager , will I have any orders to be picked up from Hounlsow Next I don’t think so….

Terrible standards! Made a purchase just before closing time. I tried to leave to go back to the Treaty centre car park but the shutter was down at 6.04pm. I requested the sales assistant (Dolma, apparently) to pull up the shutter so I could leave. She refused a few times and said “you have to walk around the centre and walk up the car drive way to get to your car” I then said this doesn’t make sense can I speak to the manager to which ‘Dolma’ relied “go find her yourself”. I did. The manager is called Diane and I asked her that even if Dolma couldn’t raise the shutter what customer service training had Dolma had to believe “go find her yourself” is ever acceptable. Diana was requested to speak to Dolma in front us as as paying customers but said she would speak to Dolma in private. Terrible customer service, staff and attitude. Avoid!

I am giving 1 star for their service. I went in around 6.30 PM on a saturday. Staff was walking through the isles doing their work. I selected 3 pieces for trying on. However, at 6. 43 PM, I was told by the gentleman on the first floor that I cannot try the items anymore as they are near the closing time. I totally understand shops need to close. They could have warned me while entering the shop or staff could gave told me to hurry up while they were folding shirts standing next to me. They are apparently 'open' till 7PM, but trial rooms (in male section) and the first floor till closes by 6.30. I have purchased a few items from the shop earlier. Loved their merchandise. However, would not want to visit again if they don't care about customers.

The reason I'm writing this experience is because it's the second time that I've experienced it. The first time it happened, I thought it was a one-off but it happened again. Click and collect orders are collected from the main cash desk, customers are left for 10-15 minutes standing in a long queue. When I asked the woman on the shop floor if anyone was serving, she looked offended. She said she was serving a customer on the shop floor. She wasn't. I waited for the customer to leave before I approached her. Almost everyone is collecting their order. Please make a separate click and collect desk, like some other retailers already have. Or hire more staff. There's usually only one person serving and there aren't any other staff to be seen.

Disappointed!! went to buy some bedding and wardrobe update. My experience was awful! shop looked like it is a closing down shop. Went to try something, fitting room had clothes left on the floor. You can't find your size because nothing is in the order. This is not hassle free shopping. It gave me anxiety looking around how can someone buy anything from this shop. Nothing was in order. I go to next thinking of a quick customer service and quality of clothing. Unfortunately, my experience was not so great. Walking in the shop like this, I would prefer walking in to Primark. Which I later went. At least, it was arranged. Brand like NEXT, should not be represented like this.

Absalute pleasure being dealt with and served by a young boy that goes by the name of 'Krish' Went to visit the store yesterday Friday 10th June as I needed to buy a suit , this boy went above and beyond for every single customer on the busy floor at the time. He was the only one there on the floor at the time , greeted everyone with a smile and asked them how they are doing. It was difficult to find a size but he took the time and effort with me to go through alternatives to find the perfect suit for my needs. Not just with me he gave everyone what they wanted efficiently. Wish all workers were like this one! Thank you again young man!

I went to next two days ago to buy a tshirt. I picked a tshirt priced at £6 and when I got to the till I was told it was on sale for £3! What a bargain. The woman at the till was extremely friendly, and complimentary towards me and made jokes too. Some of the best service I've had in a clothing shop before. Their clothes are consistently good quality, at decent prices. The layout of the shop is easy to navigate and all of the staff are incredibly friendly. Occasionally they have a sale on and then the clothes become ridiculously cheap for such high quality clothing. One of the best places to shop on hounslow High Street by far.

Picked up my online order from here . The process I think could be better or maybe they were short staff but one had to go to the same till you would pay for an item and join one que which had a mix of people paying and people coming to pick up thier online orders. There was only one lady at the till point, she was the same lady going to the back room to look for orders as well as serving customers. She was pleasant and did apologise for the wait, I actually waited 15min before I got my item ... there should be an actually collection point where maybe 2/3 staff are minding it to make things quicker .

Very disappointed with the customer service today around 16.30 to 17.00 . I went to the till to pay but no one available at till eventhough the store employee saw me waiting there but still didn’t respond. After a long wait we went and asked the lady if someone going to address us …she replied “Ofcourse I am here folding clothes so no one there at the till” so arrogant and once she came to serve me ..the service is really very bad and rude and I felt bit racism….really upset and dropping this review……this store is in highstreet , Hounslow

I had been there on 24 aug the lady in men section was too rude..and it was 6 in the evening, i thought the store is open till 7 so i went there ,but after going there i felt she doesnt like customers..she doesnt have atticates and her behaviour is worst..she asked me to select the clothes without trying as if she is giving it for free ,how soeone can be so rude and disrespectful. Why they do customer service job when they can't welcome the customer. I have decide i will never go there and convey same to my friends.

Would rate 0 stars if i could. Bad attitude 0/10 customer service went here once before and it was the same type of service the female staff was so so rude. Every single staff has attitude and are only good at huffing and puffing when a customer is asking for help. Actually witnessed a staff with blonde short bob cut in womens having a go at a customer - who did not purchase due to her attitude, same in kidswear staff unbelievably rude. Wouldnt be suprised if the store do not have customers.

Had a nice time shopping in next the clothes were good not that great but good I didn’t expect the best, apart from that some of the staff were amazing at there job and really helpful especially I think her name was prableen she said she said she was new at the job but she helped me the best she could. Unfortunately there was one person that felt like he wasn’t in the mood to work didn’t listen when I asked him if he had a small and he was on his phone think his name was Vijay

Saturday 09/07/2022, I visited the shop and picked up a few items worth a few hundred pounds. Went to fitting room and found it closed. Asked the manager why and she said because it’s hounslow and there is so many thefts. She said you got a week to return and I said why do you think I have time to return these items? She didn’t reply. This is appalling that bad and incapable of security management penalises every other good customer. Do I bother to come again? No

Love to shop here, look out during sale, you will go crazy during sales. My best time here is during Boxing Day. I totally go wild and always end up buying 3-4 times than what I had been planning. Kids stuff is super cute!!! Lot of choices but the only thing is you can find many wearing the same stuff. During sale times I would recommend going to a bigger shop such as next at west field and Oxford as they give have tend to have super stuff than the smaller stores

left this shop feeling violated. went to collect something and everything went nice. a couple clothes then caught my eye so i went to the fitting rooms. once there, a lady walked in on me half naked even though the curtains were fully shut. then, about 2 minutes later, the manager(!) of the shop ripped open the curtain as i was trying something else on. never have i been more humiliated and embarassed as in that moment, mortified and standing there half naked.

The staff at the Hounslow branch was very helpful. Would like to commend the efforts of Maria, Senior Sales manager who helped in sorting out an order which I had placed online. Apparently the order was lost during delivery. However, Maria helped in getting further details from the customer care team. She then helped me to buy the same coat at the same price from the store. Her prompt service and concern for me was absolutely brilliant.

Always served by Lovely Helpful and Pleasant Staff , I buy from the Store and use Click and Collect ,both are excellent ways to Shop. The Merchandise is displayed well and the Store is Spotless, of course Next is a brand of Quality and Style too , this makes me A Very Happy Customer , I highly recommend Next Hounslow.

A decent sized shop, although i wish it was bigger. Store is always neat and tidy and is very spacious. Clothing range isnt as big as other stores but they do make the best of what they have. Staff are also very friendly, they dont jump on you straight away (which is great) and will always greet with a smile.

First time to this store. Waiting in the line to pay for my item. 2 customer assistant . One says you can pay at the home department too. All of a sudden I am behind the people who were behind me. Felt like an idiot. That could have handled professionally. Bad judgement of the customer assistant

The fitting rooms are closed today. It’s a sale day and you can’t try absolutely nothing. Absolutely waste of time in that store. Avoid this store. They should have extra person in the fitting rooms today to make sure that everything is running smoothly on a sale day. What a disappointment.

Plenty of sales, helpful staff and lots of bargains. From the moment we walked in store the missus was in her element. Quality garments on display, space to walk/ social distance during these times and as mentioned above lots of items on sale depending on your particular preference.

Absolutely terrible. People who work there so unhelpful. I wanted to return a VS item and they refused it. They did not even try to sort it out. the solution was ' come back tomorrow to see the manager' . I will not recommend this particular store.

Roni was brilliant. She was patient and dealt with me nicely. She deserves a pay rise. It was closing time, but still, she didn’t lose her patience and help me sort out all my refunds and the collection I had. Fantastic staff
