This place is very rude. I went to go see the jade with my wife. When we went to go in the door was locked. There was a lady sitting down and asked us what we wanted. I told her I wanted to see the jade because I have been looking for good quality jade for a long time. She then looked at my wife with a rude and disgusted face and then told me we could not come in until we called in ahead of time. Mind you, there were three associates and not one customer in there. My wife, who is African American while I am Laotian, felt very hurt at the way the lady was looking at her. I would not waste my time coming back here again. Please learn to not judge people and also if it is a policy to call in advance then you need to post that because if you don't it does look like you are picking and choosing who can come in based off of stereotypes and how people look.

Be careful to get jewelry here guys! When I got my necklace like 2 years ago, I got the Italian white gold 750 with $650 and the owner said when I sell it, I will lose 30% of $650. When I brought it back to sell it, she said $250 and she didn’t want to take it back. I still have receipt and everything. I think this is a scam! Be careful to get stuff here. My aunt also got stuff here too $1500 Italy white gold bracelets and when she brought them up to sell them. They just wanted to get them back with $630 with receipt. DO NOT GO HERE! RUDE AND FAKE

Went to this little jewelry shop inside SF supermarket in search of 24K gold chain. I found a beautiful box-mariner chain. Mom and Pop store. They were very nice. I appreciate their honesty in pricing, because I had went to another Asian jewelry shop down the road and they were charging upwards of 1.5K more for a slightly-less amount of gram weight gold chain. I recommend this place. I came out of state to save on taxes. I would come here again to seek my next piece.

Went to try and get my necklace hook fix or buy a new hook. They didn’t carry the hook I wanted. He then said it will take him 1 hour to fix the broken hook. I told him that was fine and I would come back after work for it. Then I proceeded to take my necklace with me. He got angry and refuse to fix my broken hook because I didn’t “trust” him. Ugh, my necklace isn’t broken just the hook and it wasn’t connected to the necklace. Smells fishy…

I went to this Jeweler today looking for a necklace. I knocked on the door and the mother and daughter looked at me yelled to many customers. So I waited and as their only 2 customers left the store they just ignored me. So I left in about 15 minutes or so. Just flat out rude peeps that give you the creeps.

First time wife and I went there found it on internet gold quality was good,prices is far better than others jewelry store got necklace and bracelet I'm happy with it worth the 3 hrs drive save on tax I would love to go again soon.
