Ideally I like to do my own repairs, but there are times when the job is overwhelming. For a very long time the cabinet under the kitchen sink had a musky odor, but I never saw any water. One day I noticed puddles of water in the neighboring room adjacent to the kitchen. I opened up the doors under the sink and noticed a long stain along the back wall. Pressing with my finger sheet rock easily broke away and revealed the problem. The garbage disposal was hooked up to a galvanized pipe nipple threaded into the iron sewage pipe. The pipe nipple was severely rusted with a pencil eraser size hole right where the pipe nipple threaded into the iron pipe. Every time I used the sink lots of water would run down the pipe and into the wall and flow out into the next room. The pipe nipple was so rusted any attempt to remove it would result in a crushed pipe and no way to replace it. I contacted Nick's Plumbing, and the very same day John Rodriguez and his helper were there to evaluate the problem. The plan was to cut out a large chunk of iron sewer pipe including the compromised area and replace it with PVC. It was a Saturday. Warehouse was closed on Sunday, so Tuesday was the target date. As promised, the Nick's Plumbing team was out here and working promptly at 8 AM. It was not a quick fix and they certainly did earn their money that day. The iron pipe had to be cut in two places and was not easily accessible, with the stud to the left and wood paneling behind it it took a little over an hour to make those two cuts as well as going through four reciprocating saw blades. When the job was completed after about 2 1/2 hours sink was filled up, pulled the stopper, turned on the disposal, no leaks! Very professional, they use the heavy duty rubber couplings that have four hose clamps to join the remaining iron pipe to the PVC modification. I hope I never have another problem like that, but if I do I know who to call.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jarrod, a plumber from Nicks Plumbing, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism, expertise, and overall excellent service. From the moment he arrived at my house, Jarrod was courteous, friendly, and took the time to understand the issue I was facing with my water line. One of the things that impressed me most about Jarrod was his informative approach. He patiently explained every step he took to diagnose the problem, ensuring that both my husband and I understood the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with confidence and clarity. Jarrods expertise was evident as he skillfully identified the source of the issue. To our surprise, Jarrod discovered that the water line pipe in our backyard had been broken by AT&T contractors during their fiber optic installation last year. What was even more frustrating was that AT&T hadn’t informed us of this incident at the time. Jarrod’s meticulous work led to the discovery of the problem, and he even provided guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim with the appropriate department at AT&T. Throughout the entire process, Jarrod maintained a high level of professionalism and dedication to resolving the issue. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information we needed and that our concerns were addressed l. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for his customers made the experience pleasant despite the frustrating circumstances. I highly recommend Jarrod from Nicks Plumbing for any plumbing needs. His expertise, excellent communication skills, and commitment to customer service are truly exceptional. I am grateful for his help in identifying the problem with our water line and providing guidance on the next steps. Thank you, Jarrod, for your outstanding service!
Nick’s ripped me off with their egregious and frankly, unethical, overcharging for basic components. I can’t consider them a reputable business after my experience. My AC system needed a replacement capacitor, which is a common failure and easily fixed. These components can be sourced for $20-50 online and installed by anyone with very basic DIY skills in 20 minutes. Nick’s charges nearly $600 for this single component. But it doesn’t end there. When replacing this single component, they also require you to purchase an additional, unnecessary second one (hard start kit) for the same exorbitant markup. Sometimes this component is needed but frequently it is not. An ethical business would make this evaluation and then add the component only if needed - not the case with Nick’s. They knowingly lied by stating that they must be installed together and that both are required. Then they charge an additional $600. It’s clear that this is their standard business practice and not a single unscrupulous technician. I understand that they are a business and need to charge for parts and service to make money, but there’s a difference between a service fee and a 1000% (one thousand percent) markup. Nick’s markup is appalling and they can’t be trusted or recommended for anything. At the end of the day, it is on the consumer to be aware of what they’re agreeing to pay but there’s also responsibility on a service provider to be acting in good faith. Nick’s has completely failed here. For further information on how cheap and easily these components can be replaced, do a search for ‘AC capacitor replacement’ on google and youtube.
Nick’s plumbing used to be good and honest, however that is not the case anymore. We recently had a small leak at the natural gas connection to the water heaters and one furnace, so Centerpoint shut it off and told us to call a plumber to reseal the connections. So we called directly to Nick’s based on the positive experience before. First they only addressed the water heaters and did not even check the furnace, so the natural gas to furnace is still shut off with Centerpoint’s tag. Secondly and most importantly, the technician was not honest about the work needs to done. He called my wife about the repairs and told her the flexible hoses leaked and must be replaced, then my wife agreed to proceed. But once I received the repair details and invoice, I called to confirm with technician on where the leak is, after some exchange, he eventually confirmed that there was no leak on the hose and stated he would charge me the same for re-applying sealant to the connections whether the hose is replaced or not, I guess that’s the “minimum” charge for him to do any work or the trip charge. When I asked about Centerpoint’s recommendations, he just dismissed it as it is his call on what he would repair. At the end, we were charged near $400 to reseal the 2 connections. Nick’s plumbing did not stay true to their “values” when they were a smaller plumbing company. Needless to say, we won’t be calling them for any future works anymore.
Price gouging… $500 to clean out a condensation line. I called Nicks plumbing to clear out a condensation line in my attic. It was not the most convenient place and you did have to squat down once you entered my attic, but then after that it was just 6 steps to my condensation line. He said he may have to cut PVC, but he did not. Ali had to do was snake it out. I have done this myself and it is not difficult. He did not bring the big machinery up to use the snake. He just hooked it to a drill. he came down multiple times. It was hot in the attic but it was not unbearable. I had spent 30 minutes up there right before he got there. Then he asked me for 2 big buckets of water, Which I provided. Then he asked me if I could go get the hose hook it up and turn it on when he was ready. Basically I was his assistant. I just feel like $500 to clean out a condensation line during regular hours is price gouging. I first tried to call and talk to a supervisor or manager. I left my name and phone number, and two days later have not received a call back. I would much rather have talked to them first instead of writing a bad review. However, they haven’t called me back so here it is. I have talked to several Plumber ‘s after this and they told me they would have charged $250 which seems like the going rate for this job. I will not be using them again.
Quite disappointed with the overall experience. We called to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and give a cost estimate to add a natural gas line. I was told there will be a $49 service fee and a portion of that will be waived if we proceed with the service. I was not sure and asked for a cost estimate for which I was told it will be $45 to $85 per feet. I specifically asked if additional costs are expected and was told this is a good range and typically includes material and labor. Since we only needed 2 feet of line, I estimated my maximum cost to be less than $200 and went forward with an appointment. The plumber who stopped by gave us an estimate of $690 and we were shocked. Even if it was around $300 or $400, we might have considered it - but 4 times the maximum estimate in my opinion is unacceptable. We ended up paying the$49 fee. I can guarantee 200% I would not have been okay with scheduling an appointment if I knew the estimate was going to be so high. I feel misguided with some of the good reviews online.
BEWARE!!! The Technician Miquel came to my house yesterday gave me quote over $1400.00 and he had not inspected my Air Conditioner thoroughly. Then I called another A/C company that I knew and he was telling my the cost should have been around $700.00 a 1000% markup on parts that cost less than $50.00. What made it Worst was Miquel was trying to make me sign the Proposal and pay him upfront before any work was being done and he did not tell me if the parts that he was putting on did not work, then I did not have to pay. I informed Miquel to call his manager and the manager informed me that I didn't have to pay if the parts did not work only the $69.00 service call. This Technician is a ripoff, trying to lock in customers in paying and it would be hard to get your money back if the work he performed did not work. I chose another company and he was professional and inspected my unit and told me what was really wrong with my unit.
Reached out to Nick's for a tankless water heater repair. The crew who showed up was extremely professional, well articulated and completely knowledgeable about all facets of tankless water heater operation and repair. They approached the problem in a couple of different ways starting with a repair and service and due to the nature of the challenge and age of the unit moved into recommending a replacement. The amount of time it took to get the install done and competed was amazingly quick and they left the workplace as clean and tidy as they found it. They were detailed, explained everything and then took pictures and documented what was completed. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the effort they rendered to complete the install and definitely will leverage Nick's for services in the future. I would recommend them. Work done was in January 2023.
I started using Nick’s Plumbing a few years ago for a commercial plumbing stoppage. I also used them to replace some pipes damaged in a freeze a last winter. I’ve been very satisfied with the customer service with the follow up with the scheduling & with same-day service. This is a fantastic company. I’ve probably use them about seven or eight times now for plumbing and I used them today for the first time for some HVAC service and I was not disappointed they were there within the hour. The technician diagnosed exactly what was the problem was & he replaced the part & he got my system running perfectly. The parts that needed to be replaced were on the truck. He did not have to go to the store or order the parts he fixed it right and got my tenants back up and running. This company consistently under sales and over delivers for the customer.
Quick. Professional. Borderline scam. $1,350 for an hour of a tech’s time and a $20 part. I called in to ask for a diagnosis of my AC system. Was given a quick pitch for 3 ridiculously expensive options. Was told the bare minimum to fix was $1,350 to replace a $600 capacitor. I didn’t have time to review the quotes and felt pressured to make a decision. I thought I was dealing with an honest business providing fair prices. Turns out the $600 capacitor was actually their marked up price point for a capacitor I could have bought for $20. No idea how they got to another $750 of labor for 1 hour of a tech with a screwdriver. Use them for a quick quote/diagnosis. Say no to whatever they offer to sell you on and go buy all the tools and parts you could possibly need to avoid the 1,000% markup.
I had a great experience with Rick's plumbing thanks to their Technician Eduardo Garza. I had a difficult plumbing problem that involved tunneling under my slap to repair a busted sewer pipe. As a homeowner, definitely not something you want to have to deal with. Although not an inexpensive job, I thought that Rick's Plumbing's proposal was reasonable. I also made my decision based on their experience with this type plumbing issue and their stellar Google ratings. Eduardo went out of his way to explain in detail every step in the process. He and his team were on time, did what they said they would do, fixed the problem and cleaned up the entire mess. Eduardo was helpful, polite and most of all respectful to me. Thanks again Eduardo, you're my guy ! Kirk L
Roberto, who has helped us before, came out and fixed our A/C unit that had stopped running during the 100 degree weather - this was the day before we were expecting 30 people in our home for a party. And this was after another company (big name) on the same day had told us nothing could be done but purchase a new A/C system (cheapest one was 18K) leaving us in a real lurch. Roberto quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in a few minutes. He is always very professional and we appreciate his honesty and integrity during this time of stress. No upsell - though he did tell us the system was old and to consider replacing. So, when it is time to buy that new system - we will go with his company - and not the other one.
If I could give a negative I would. I called Nick's to see if they could line our cast iron sewer pipe. Because a toilet had just started running, I asked that it be repaired, too. I was told that there would be a trip charge plus a fee to fix the toilet. Nothing was said to make me expect to pay to evaluate what they could do to my cast iron. When the plumber arrived I was told that the cost to look at our pipe (to evaluate and provide an estimate for repair was $385 in addition to the charge to fix the running toilet. As it turns out,the toilet was left working worse than when they arrived and I was told the inspection wouldn't even be applied if I hired them to do the $40k of work they quoted.
Neil & Chris did an excellent job of installing a new tankless gas water heater. This included taking down the old one. Neil had already visited our house to assess the old one, found to be beyond repair (though only a 5 year old worthless Rinnai) & provide an estimate for a new one. Neil answered all my questions. He and Chris worked diligently, they were respectful of my house and helped with a minor problem. Nicks is more expensive, but it shows in the quality of products offered and the expertise of installation. I must mention the prompt phone calls and rapid responses. Customer service is a priority. Nicks plumbing, Neil & Chris are top notch. You can’t go wrong calling them.
Waited nearly an hour for service technician to arrive upon notification that he was on his way. Technician extremely professional and his service analysis of AC/ Heat unit in-dept. . Results of diagnosis were presented. Costs estimates would follow via email. Once email received, repair costs estimates were ambiguous and outrageous. Additionally, absolutely no follow-up phone call to help explain the recommended estimates. Recommended repair costs seemed veering to a replacement an AC unit. I work hard for $1K in repairs or 10K for unit replacement, and entitled to a professional to handle my problem. This is not the company. What ever happen to customer service in Houston.
No complaint with the plumbing service, but they will completely screw you on price. I was quoted $338 for repairing a leaking valve as it could take "several hours" to replace. Didn't make sense to me but I trusted what I thought to be professionals. It took less than an hour and about $20 in parts. When I called to ask if this is a reasonable price for a one hour job, I was told that I had signed the papers and I could have gone somewhere else if I didn't like the price. All this after I spent $7k on two separate water heater jobs in the last 18 months. Probably overpaid for that too. Please be smarter than I was and look elsewhere for your plumbing service.
Nick's quote/cost of the job was very reasonable compared to the competitors. They worked with me on the timing to install a quick connect outlet on my natural gas for a generator. Though, it took a while to actually get the worked due to delays on my part, they honored the first quote/estimate which was about 4-5 months old. Jose Baker was my technician for installing a quick connect outlet on my natural gas. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to on various subject, especially his science background as well as my work experience before retiring. He performed the required steps to complete the job and let no thrash around no matter small they were.
I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt like it was necessary in this case to help people avoid this company in the future. I had a plumber come take a look at snaking a drain, next thing I know I'm being quoted for an A/C unit with them trying to push their HVAC services. Plumber did the bare minimum to unclog my drain, problem persisted but since it was after their 30-day warranty (37th day), I would have to pay to get a plumber back out, and that was after having to call twice to get in contact with someone. Don't go with Nick's, plenty of other plumbers out there that will do a better job at a better price that I will be contacting in the future.
Nicks plumbing was great! The two plumbers who came were Eric and David! My roommate and I are two women so we were very nervous that they would tell us that we need something fixed just to get us to spend the money. We have a dryer issue and thought there was a gas leak, so we had them come to check it out. They told us there was nothing wrong and we may need to get our dryer checked. They did not try to sell us anything extra and only charged for the service fee of 49 dollars that was previously mentioned. David and Eric were very friendly and we appreciate their service.
I needed to move an existing water line from an ice maker to a refrigerator. We called Nick's and they were able to come within just a few hours. They assessed the situation and gave me an estimate for over $500. (They told me I needed to replace the two water lines at the source plus cost of labor). I declined the estimate then got down on my arthritic knees, turned the water valve off at the sink, unscrewed the PEX tubing from the icemaker and screwed it on to the fridge. Maybe 10 minutes max. Didn't even need YouTube. Do not call them for simple fixes. My mistake.
Technician Mr. Cruz and his partner arrived to fix a broken pipe at the main line coming into the house. I was given two chooses. The second was to fix the leak and continue with PEX to the meter. I did the second because of the age of my house. Mr. Cruz and his partner (sorry to have forgotten his name) worked well together, communicated very well and completed the jog that day. I checked the work as it was in progress, and it was quality work. Wasn't excited to pay for it but quality sells. GOOD WORK, GOOD SERVICE, AND GREAT ENPLOYEES.
My Gas company verified that there was a gas leak in my mother-in-law kitchen. Because there was no accessible shut-off valve they had to shut off gas in the entire house(for safety). Nick was very responsive, they came same day and wrote up a quote. The next day they made the repair. They fielded all my questions and they patiently explained all they were going to do. At end of repair they once again afforded me the opportunity to ask any remaining questions. Will definitely use them again snd recommend them to friends and family.
Where’s the 10 star ⭐️ button?! Nick’s plumbing services saved the day. The technician, Josh was phenomenal! He explained everything, was very honest and thorough on what to expect. I’d called out three persons prior who totally missed the underground leak I had causing me to be without water for five days. It took Josh less than 10 minutes to find the problem. He quickly repaired it and I finally have water again! I’m so happy I found this company on google. Would definitely recommend and use the services again!!
Plumber came out for potential leak in secondary bathroom. No plumbing leak was found but broken shower diverter pin was left in the tub of the now broken shower. Plumber says he didn't try the shower, only the spout, but without the pin the water shoots out the area where the diverter pin was.... which means he would have been sprayed with water if he had actually turned the water on. And I have a name that either men or women could have and they ALL referred to me as MRS over the phone, even though I am a MR.
I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of work done by Nick’s. I rarely write reviews, but their quality of service required it. They responded to my issue quickly - I had water draining in a wall from a broken AC drain pipe. The situation escalated and required a bit more work than expected. Their tech walked me through everything, did his work quickly (at least seemed like it to me) and explained everything to me in clear detail. I will only call Nick’s in the future for my plumbing needs.
Kitchen undersink plumbing water leak. Technician never gave me his name. First work order was $1,200, then a few minutes later said the faucet was leaking and asked me to sign a second $600 work order to replace the faucet (which I know was not leaking). Replaced my good Moen strainers with cheapees billed out at $190 each. The total cost of materials could not have exceeded $250. So, for fours work, the cost was $400 per hour. I could afford it, but the experience was less than satisfying.
Your technician Jarrod Johnson was thoughtful! He was thorough in gathering rapport in order to resolve the root of the problem. He was also a fantastic listener and gave us options. He was very transparent from the beginning and clear about the prices and future problems. As many problems that we have with our bathrooms and seeking plumbers Mr. Johnson was by far the best technician we've encountered. I can honestly say we will continue our services with him. Thank you, Management
I called this company based on good reviews they have online to do gas pressure test and city permit. The technician came and told I need to do many other small repairs to bring them up to the code and gave me an estimate with a crazy amount that I couldn’t afford it. Then he charged me $49 for a trip fee which nobody told me in advance! I called the other 02 companies to get estimates and they both came out with reasonable amount which is only half of what Nick’s pluming gave me.
Chris Manning provided excellent customer service. He suggested installing a drip leg (sentiment trap) for the hot water heater and explained why it would help to maintain the water heater’s function. He replaced the original shutoff gas valve that was needed and Installed a new gas line whip as well. Drained the water tank to remove any excess scaling and debris inside the tank. He is a true professional. I highly recommend Nick’s plumbing! and Chris! Thank you!
Our bathroom faucet handles were leaking and the whole faucet needed to be replaced. The technician was professional, on time, knowledgable, and did a good quality repair. No complaints on the quality/professionalism front. I do think the pricing is above average. Almost $700 for a bathroom faucet installation. They did provide this estimate upfront to their credit. Bottom line, they will do a good job and provide an estimate up front but it is expensive.
We woke up on a Saturday morning to realize that our AC was broken. Nick's had a technician at our home by 9:30. Before he arrived, we received a text with a photo and short bio so we knew who to expect. Miguel was incredibly professional and had diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He had the parts he needed on the truck so he quickly made the swap and was done in 30 minutes. We had such a great experience with Miguel and Nick's Plumbing!
I had to replace a main drain line for my utility room (to the sewer main) and a gas main from the meter to my home. Project involved some interconnecting trenching in the backyard, quite a bit. The Nick's team (Eric ran the project) did a great job. Started Monday, city inspection and backfill done by Thursday. Great communication, neat, orderly and clean. They handled changes and adversity well as the project moved. Great group.
Good service but be aware that the $49 trip charge that is promised to be applied to the cost of service really seems like just a "top off" charge. The technician came out and easily fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He presented me a bill for $149. I mentioned the $49 is supposed to be applied so it should be $100 and they said they had already applied it ...hmmm that looks suspiciously like it's still there if you ask me ...
My experience with Nick’s was great from start to finish. I called on Friday morning and was scheduled for an appointment the same day. The technician, Tanner Dickens, was very friendly and explained his work throughout the visit (my garbage disposal was jammed). He explained the estimates for various replacements but wasn’t pushy about selling anything. I would definitely use their service again in the future. Thank you Nick’s!
Plumbing repairs can be as simple as fixing a leaky faucet or as complex (and painful) as having to replace an entire underground system. Within a week, the team accomplished a full plumbing system replacement without interfering with our daily life. Every detail was handled professionally and efficiently. Joe lead the team and kept me informed at every step. Thank you all for taking care of my home as if you had to live in it.
Nick's provides wonderful service. Love being able to use their website to request an appointment on weekends or evenings. Love that they give you a small (2 hour) window for your appointment and keep it, and they even give you a detailed description of who is coming to your house and updates on ETA. They are all super professional and do excellent work for a reasonable price. Can't say enough good things about them.
Good service. Very qualified plumber. But way overpriced. Actually obscene pricing. But in all fairness so are all the other companies. $1000 to change a main water shutoff valve (shown below) and disconnect and replace a gas shutoff valve (billed as gas line repair less than 5 feet). Houston area plumbers, no matter the company size, will skin you alive. They sent me a message asking to review. So, here you go
Our technician, Miguel, was professional with a smile. Nick's company communications was so helpful. We were always informed regarding our appointment moving forward. When Miguel arrived, he put the covers on his shoes before entering the house. He also educated us regarding why our system was kicked off our network and not working. Nick's AC is our company from now on. Miguel was worth the $69 trip fee!!
I would like to give a shout out to Luis and Ricardo! They were the team from Nick's that we worked with to replace our tankless water heater. They were stellar.....there work was completed neatly and looked very professional and easy for annual maintenance work. Luis made great recommendations on shower heads too! I had a great experience with this team from Nick's and highly recommend them to others!
Roberto, the technician, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and explained in detail the cause of my problem. He accessthe situation and made the repair in a timely manner. He also provided before and after photos when the work was completed. The fee for services was within my budget. I will be using Nick's Plumbing for future projects and will be referring to my friends and other's.
I have used a lot of plumbing services in my day but have never had one this great! I’m not big on leaving reviews but they deserve it. I called them and they had a tech there within less than an hour. It was Valton and he was AWESOME! Thorough, friendly, professional, informative and quick. I was dually impressed and I will never use a different plumbing again. Nick’s forever!
Positives: I needed a plumber to go out same day to a property I own and Nick's was able to schedule someone that afternoon. Plumber was on time and resolved the issue quickly. Negatives: The cost to get my issue resolved was not what I expected based on scope of work. I would have used another plumber If I knew how much the cost was and If I did not need it done same day.
Roberto Santos did an excellent job of taking care of the needs of my geothermal unit that has not received the attention it needed from the previous homeowner. He was very friendly, extremely professional, and walked me through everything. Once again, Nick’s provided exceptional service to my home and because of it, joined the VIP club as I will be a continual customer.
Nick's Plumbing came out quickly to remedy a water pipe leak near my front door on November 14 and 15th. The leak on Nov 14th caused considerable damage to my home. The repair on the Nov 15th was to prevent an additional leak on the other side of a T joint. Both repairs were done with care and I am appreciative of the efforts done by Eduardo and his assistant plumber.
I highly recommend Nick's Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Everything has taken place smoothly and in a professional manner. The initial technician clearly explained the issues and resolutions. The installation technicians finished the job in the time quoted. Everything was easy to schedule, and all technicians arrived on time and were extremely professional. Thanks!
Nicks has been amazing every time we have needed them. They have saved us from 2 plumbing emergencies and most recently an air conditioner failure. With a baby at home and temps near 100, they sent a technician to my home within 30 minutes of my call at 4:50 pm on a Friday. Truly you can not get better service. It’s nice to have a local business you can rely on.
All the process since the first call to the office up to final Condensator instillation was excellent. Miguel Salazar and Emmanuel Calderon did a great job, very clear explanation about what I need to solve AC problem, and all my options. They perform the job very quick and in a very clean way… thanks Nick’ s plumbing & AC team for you excellent job.
AC unit was making a funny noise this weekend. Miguel came out quickly on Saturday and put our minds at ease on this issue. He was respectful of our home and took the time to explain what the issue was and how the unit worked. We have been screwed over by other AC companies before and Nick's is our go to now; they always have been honest and fair!
Yemi did a great job troubleshooting our thermostat issue this morning! He had to work around our movers as well (horrible timing!) and he was so patient and respectful! He communicated what he was seeing and some potential options for us to consider. We are so thankful for his hard work and will definitely be using them in the future!
Unlike the company I called before to fix a leak, Ethan from Nick's plumbing was able to clearly define what he saw and itemize the charges. Even though unforseen complications occurred due to previous work done to my home, the original quote was honored. I'd recommend Nick's to anyone and would gladly use them again.
Wanted to replace a builder installed kitchen faucet…. Nicks responded with a same day estimate that I found reasonable…. It was installed same day and they did a really good job…. Made sure their were no leaks and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would definitely call them again if needed.
I’m very disappointed with Nick’s. The technician was super but the bottom line is: I was charged $189 for a flow valve & told that the toilet needs to be replaced. Presently (after the service call) it is inoperable!!! So my hard-earned $189 got me ZERO. I WILL NOT USE NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Our air conditioner went out on a Friday afternoon. Nick's was able to schedule us for the same day. Our technician, Yemi, was polite, punctual and professional. He identified the issue quickly and efficiently and was able to repair it on site. Excellent and speedy service! Thanks, guys!
I've called a number of times for our different business locations (Convenient Urgent Care). They are very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. At times they've helped us out of huge messes and did so faster than I could have ever expected. I’m very happy with their service.
Nick's Plumbing & Air Conditioner Services gave very timely and professional services. A licensed journeyman plumber headed the repair project at my home. He was very knowledgeable about his craft. I will definitely use them again. I am a very satisfied customer! …
I am impressed with the service I received from start to finish. I was able to make a same day appoint (a big thanks for that!) and Eduardo took care of the problem immediately. The communication with the home office was outstanding. Nick's Plumbing - A+ in my book.
Don was fantastic! So knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything. They were so much more affordable than my first quote from another company and completed the water heater replacement well before the other company said they were able. 100% satisfaction.
The company was able to send out a technician when other companies were saying it would take a few days. The technician knew what the problem was immediately and was extremely through the whole process. The service was inexpensive too which is always nice.
We were ready to leave town for a few weeks and discovered a leak in a toilet shut off valve. This was really going to affect our ability to make our schedule. Nick’s quickly responded and fixed our issue with an affordable estimate. Superior job Nick’s….

Over charged on ac repair. Charged $1083 and should have cost 600. The unit was not even serviced. The AC unit did not work after they left. Another tech came out and cleaned the coils and now it works. Thanks for taking my money and not fixing my AC.
