Overall experience doesn’t deserve a star 4 months of waiting for the furniture to be delivered. Customer Service before sales ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ok, as to before sales we know that every salesman will be at their best, because they are selling they’re product. At first we were not entertained as they were not ascertain if we are buying. But since they sense that we are sure buyer someone attended us. Eric were our sales person, he was polite, explained the product etc. We were given a time frame of somewhere around 5/12. Delivery 0 star Prior to delivery we were informed that our product wouldn’t be delivered until the 1st of January, we were given a courtesy call that our order has been delayed due to the pandemic which we where very understanding. To back track we ordered the furniture sometime in September. and the time frame that was given to us was 12 weeks. Come January 2021, no call, it was already about 2nd week. So under the consumer law where the product is not delivered or available at a given timeframe the consumer has the right for a refund. So I wrote the store that I wish to retract my order and wanted a refund instead. As nobody contacted me about our order. Within minutes, the salesman contacted me and was very apologetic. And informed that it was due to the pandemic. He made an offer to give the free leather protection which cost $99 on top of that free delivery, due to lounge being tailored made they can’t give a refund. The order was already delayed by 2 months, 8 weeks. Leaving us without a lounge during Christmas and New Year. Product I can’t rate it yet because I haven’t had it for quite a while. Although I don’t like the smell O know that leather can have it’s leather smell but I smells like plasticky. Delivery The delivery guy was really amazing, polite, was very cautious. I’d rate them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No leather protection was sent. Broken promise. I made 3 trips to the store as we are just passing by, the lady I spoke to, said they can’t give it out as they don’t have the Authority, I emailed Eric and said leave it to me. It was a month ago. Still nothing. Our experience was a roller coaster. It doesn’t mean that when you buy an expensive product, you get over the top customer service. So do yourself a favour, if you need a furniture make sure it’s Australian made, available in stock and they live up to their promise. Would I recommend their store? No Would I buy again? No Are their product good? Compared to a cheaper lounge, they’re comparable.

Very bad experience on a recent delivery. Ordered in oct 2021. Been promised the delivery will be in Feb/mar 2022. Keep delaying one two three four time till Jun. alright. Pandemic. Understand the delay caused by whatever reason. organised a weekday for delivery.. Take a day off and looking forward to the delivery. Call on Monday and said truck breakdown. Can’t do the delivery and postpone to sat. Alright. I am fine with it. Cancel the leave and wait until sat. Supposed to deliver during 8-12pm and the driver should call and advise the approx time. No one calling me. Wait wait wait until 1145am. Call the call centre and they told me called the driver and should arrive by 2pm. Ok. Wait wait wait until 2pm. Got a message at 2pm and saying they are arriving in 45-60 mins. One hr passed. No one turn up. Msg. Call. Until 335pm. The driver say 10 mins. If you LIKE to wait wait and wait. Or have lots of time to waste. You should get your furniture from nick scali. If not. better go to somewhere else or getting something from them but pick up or you got your own transport. Very unorganised company. Not recommended.

Very pathetic service. Went to buy dining table and chairs just few minutes ago, the girl who was looking after us Cindy, we clearly informed her that what we looking for and delivery we want weekend as we all are working and there's no one in the weekday at home. She confirmed weekend delivery so we wasted our time looking for, did all paper work with $140 delivery fees thats fine, she went to do paper work came back telling us or because the item is heavy the delivery fees will be $170 we even agreed and made 20% deposit. After doing and wasting hour and half she comes and tells that there's no weekend delivery only weekdays. Come on gyes what the hell didn't I asked this as soon as I started to look at the stuffs and made it clear. Had no choice but to ask for the refund. Very pathetic service. You need to train and educate your staffs. You don't even deserve 1 star.

My fiance and I found the chair we had been looking for a long time and the staff told us it was genuine leather so we purchased it. I organized to pick it up from the warehouse taking 3 hours out of my day to drive there and back. When I got there they told me they couldnt find it and the sales staff had made a mistake with the codes. After chasing it for a few days I couldnt get an answer on what happened to it. I went back to the showroom and they had no idea either. The chair just disappeared. I was offered a refund but when I asked if I could be compensated for my inconvenience I was flatly told no. This is the first and last time I will deal with Nick Scali. On top of it all the showroom staff selling the chair lied as it was not even real leather. Avoid this place if you dont want your time wasted.

Very un professional and do not listen to customer once the order is placed. They will be very nice and polite till you place the order but once order is placed they hardly keep their commitment. Have very bad experience about prospect store. I called about enquiring delivery delay but the person who received the phone did not even listen to me and kept on telling her own story without understanding anything. Finally disconnected the call even without listening to me. It really feels bad when you are already frustrated and the person who was very nice before placing the order just disconnect the call without even letting you say anything. Very unprofessional behaviour and left me feel insulted by prospect regular outlet representative.

If you are looking for furniture go somewhere else. Customer service to make the sale is exceptional. What happens after that is a joke. Expect to pay a deposit upfront cash is not accepted- card payments only, be prepared for fake delivery dates and no call to tell you your order is going to be delayed for another 3 months. There is no direct phone number to the store, the one listed transfers you to other people who are rude, unhelpful and ignorant. They happily took payment for deposit but will not meet the delivery timeframe nor offer any kind of apology! Choose wisely.

What an absolute nightmare. Do not by this furniture. We had the worst experience with nick scali after purchasing a dining table and buffet with chairs. It was delivered damaged then the replacement was worse than the first one. We asked for help from customer service and the staff were really condescending and rude. Ended up getting a refund after the manager said we were to picky about damaged and marked furniture. Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else it’s not worth the trouble or the price tag here.

Tried to pay for my online order in store as per Nick Scali invoice. Went in and as soon as I started reading out my order number it was clear to the lady that the order was not made there. She directed me to go pay 200m down the road at the clearance outlet which I thought was unusual, saying that they had a different banking system.. I called Nick Scali head office and they told me that was a lie and they all share the same EFTPOS system and the store just didn't want to deal with an online order.

The worst experience with a company I have ever come across to. The entire experience from the purchase, delivery and customer service was absolutely awful. Arrogant and irresponsible delivery guys refused delivery and dumped the couch in carpark, which we found it has broken and damaged. After non sense responses from the customer service and management team to our complaint calls, they booked us a technician to inspect the broken sofa in 18 days time! Still awaiting to proceed with the refund.

Had one of the worst customer experiences dealing with this shop. After spending thousands with your business to furnish my new apartment, products were delivered broken. I tried to sort it out but got no resolution. On the contrary, I was treated unprofessionally and rudely! They made it clear that they don't care if I take it to headoffice as they are part of a franchise system and each store has their own rules. Absolutely shocking service. Won't step a foot in any of your stores again.

Pathetic delivery system. Firstly they don't have the product in stock. secondly they choose to contact you over SMS. Once you miss their SMS they happily re allocate your product to the next person in line and your product keeps getting delayed. When you ask the store to refund they say that the deposit amount will be deducted. Basically you are caught in a trap, you pay and you are stuck with them and thereafter they call the shots. They deliver as and when they want.

Nickscali are cheats... bought a couch 6months ago. Feathers started poking out. Asked then for a refund. I was forced to let them replace the cushions instead of a refund. After delaying by months they sent underfilled cushions which are a poor fit and even those have feathers coming out. I had to go to fairtrading to get someone to come look at it and again silence from nickscali. I have the pictures up on product review. Clearly the company is run by crooks.

The Worst Service , initially when ordering i had advised the store that i would need the product by November end and in the mid the store asked me to select the color and advised they would put the order for a later date, but the store messed it up and ordered it now the team cannot hold it for longer date and i have to accept the order without enough storage capacity.. WORST CUSTOMER Service.

We had the best experience with Nickscali prospect. Eric served us there and he was absolutely amazing. He answered all our questions and made sure that we make our own decision in buying Musa leather sofa and Aguora Tv unit. We felt comfortable and not once felt that he is pushing us to make a sale. We were thrilled how he served us and helped us decide our dream sofa. Thank you Eric so much.

A big thank you to Costa who took us through the sale of our new lounge sofas, they arrived yesterday and we are 100% happy and satisfied. Costa really took the time and effort to help us with this purchase and the store manager (So sorry, I don't remember her name!) was brilliant as well. We would definitely recommend this store for quality product and service!

Very bad experience, first they missed my variation order and sent me a wrong item, the correct item took another month to deliver, they still have my $95 to return, i have sent multiple emails to remind but no update, even the delivery driver said these are the worst people to deal with.. I ll never go back to them again...

Cindy & her manager, Eric, from the Prospect store provided amazing customer service and knowledge of product & interior design. They even went as far as providing us with a credit for our lounge as it was a new product and had a special deal the day after we bought it. I highly recommend their expertise and service.

Never ever buy from Nick scali. They’re just cheating, they brought damage products when I returned it back they said they will send brand new but they just glowed it and sent it back. I attached photos as well. Low quality products. 5 months with out any lounges. It’s how they deal with customers...

They charged delivery fee two times for us even they opened all boxes without checking the payment whether be successful. Very unprofrssional. We are very upset to buy sofas from this shop because they did very bad customer service after we paid the full amount.

Time of purchase ETA of sofa was expected around 12-14 weeks. 18 weeks later, still no update, no eta. Staff who call with no update are useless! At least obtain an update of the shipment!

This is a clearance outlet. So it would not have complete sets. If you wanted to buy complete sets perhaps visit the normal nick scali showroom and pay full price
