2nd Review: RUN RUN RUN this is the absolute worst dental office the dentist are Great but the front desk is worthless !!! the 1st off DR.WEST is the BEST!!!!!! He's done two extractions and a fill in he's soooooo accurate polite and friendly!!!!!!!! I've never felt a thing when he does work on my mouth!!! Honest review … Ms.Juawiee is the only reason I will be back my 1st visit Juawiee wasn’t there however when I arrived my NAME TELEPHONE number was wrong my insurance was not verified I received a teeth cleaning. 2nd visit when I arrived my appt was 3:30 Leaving work to arrive on time but I was NOT seen until 4:30pm !I was charged for the teeth cleaning from the 1st visit which should have took place the (1st visit)my insurance still was NOT verified!!!! I did not bring my insurance card b/c I was under the assumption that it would be on file and I was charged for the first visit!! I was charged for teeth cleaning one fill in and two teeth extraction that day I PAID I received service for two teeth extraction which Dr White was Great!!!upon leaving requesting to set an appointment for my the fill in I paid for the young woman proceeded to charge me TWICE I had my receipt however Juawiee confirmed this and my money was applied back to my card this was sooo frustrating my mouth hurts from the extraction I’m still waiting AFTER waiting. I’m going to try with them this last time since I’ve paid for services but this office needs organization I was ready to say forget this and go 5 mins down the street to Steele Creek!

I am so disappointed and angry with this place that I cannot express in words here. I have been called to set up appointment with the doctor and I arrive there 15mins before my appointment, after waiting 45 mins they tell me the doctor is not there. Why even schedule it when he’s not there and if he called off last minute that day , why not tell me sooner? Why lie to your clients? I am working professional, I come here taking my time offs too. Again, I go for rescheduled appointment coz I was already made to pay the full amount in advance just to wait another 2 hours before I was even called in and then 2 more hours for the crown set up on my tooth. OMG. I was told 1 hour tops by person on the phone who scheduled this appointment. I am back again coz the permanent crown they put in fell off and I am waiting for last 1.5 hours. I am seriously concerned why you do this and if you are short staffed why even schedule the appointment those days? (Note; there was just another 2 patient I saw when I visited btw) why the heck the management opens this place till 10pm when you don’t have enough doctor and nurse ? Just TELL US AND WE WOULD UNDERSTAND THAN TO MAKE US WAIT AND WAIT then do a poor job? I don’t blame the doctor but management for over working their staff. I was made to pay full payment in advance but you don’t give full service . What’s the point of charging $2k for one crown treatment?

So every thing about this place is cheap I went in to get a tooth pulled and sat in the chair for 2 hours as the dentist extricated my tooth.... After every thing was said and done my mouth was soooo torn up and had numbed it up soo many times it was swollen to the size of a lemon just to leave the place with no antibiotics or pain med's and told to just take Tylenol then later that night had complications with a perforated sinus do to the extraction.... after calling their office with no response i had to call a oral surgeon the next morning because they didn't even send me the emails for all the follow up info "so if something did go wrong i would have some one to call". well at the appointment the Doctor proceeded to tell me that my sinus was perforated and there was still a root left in after the tooth was pulled witch blows my mind they would miss something like that let alone the perforated sinus ... that being said staff was on there phones and talking most the time ... instructions were unclear and hurried and rushed. over all I ended up paying over 400$ for work that a graduate student of dentistry would scoff at then another 3,500 for the added repair work the oral surgeon had to do ..... DON'T GO HERE IT WILL COST YOU MORE THEN ITS WORTH

If you need to go to the dentist this is the place to go!!!! I had my very first appointment at Night and Day Dental. I am very critical of the offices I walk in through because of past experiences of dental offices not be clean staff being incredibly rude to the dentist who didn’t really care about your questions regarding your dental hygiene. Night and Day offices are so clean I mean clean clean! The Front Desk Staff were absolutely incredible they were kind and very nice they engaged in conversation with me, the dental hygienist was again absolutely incredible talked with me even answered my questions in the most kindest way and made sure to explain in detail what was going on, Dentist was one of the best dentist I’ve ever come into contact with after reviewing my X-ray he didn’t automatically just want to pull a tooth like the last few dentists I’ve seen ( hence the critical of offices) he look at the tooth then presented me with my options and let me decide how I wanted to handle the next step. I automatically knew this is the dental off that I was going to stay with I am even transferring my daughter here. Thank you Night and Day Dental for being such a fantastic team❤️❤️

Very disappointed with my experience here. My appointment took a couple hours because the equipment was not working while I was there so I spent a lot of time sitting. The woman at the desk who took my insurance info was on the phone with her significant other the entire time which led to her putting insurance info into the system incorrectly. Which then led to claims being denied. I was randomly sent an electronic statement 5 months later with an incorrect bill. After attempting to call and visit the Steele creek office numerous times and not getting any calls answered(office closed during office hours when in person too) I tried another location. They said they’ve called and sent letters but I have never gotten anything other than the 5 month late electronic statement. I do have informed delivery so I know I haven’t gotten anything from the dental office. Unfortunately they cannot do anything to help because their system is automatic so my bill may now be sent to collections at any moment because of their mistakes. I will not be visiting this office again and would not recommend to anyone.

This Dentist office is amazing! The front desk Coordinator/ dental assistant, Ce, is an absolute Toothfairy Rockstar‍♀️! I cannot sing enough praises about her! She went completely out of her way to help me professionally and personally bc I had an insurance issue! She helped me coordinate a plan that would work best for me and even called other offices to get me an appointment to maximize my benefits b4 they expired! This doesn't happen at any other Dentist I've ever been to! Talk about a personal touch, she has it!! Dr. Hyatt is amazing as well! She was literally the only dentist that noticed something I have always been concerned with and never mentioned anything bc I thought it was normal! It was not normal! She is gonna fix it! These ladies set the bar so high for the other offices they have and other dentist in the area! Seriously, if I could give 10 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would! For the record.... I did not know these ladies until I met them professionally! They really ROCK!

Excellent experience could not have had a better Dental Team!! I HIGHLY recommend the Steele Creek location. “C” (the front office assistant) is soo nice and very friendly. She helped me transfer to this location after a very traumatic experience at a different Night & Day Office. “C” made me feel comfortable each time I spoke with her on the phone, and reassured me that I was in good hands. Jessica (Dental Hygienist) had a great bedside manner! She made good conversation and kept me informed during the exam prior to my extraction. Melissa (assisted the Dentist) was so kind, kept me calm and relaxed during the extraction, and made sure I had everything I needed for my post-procedure care. Dr. Hyatt was EXCELLENT!!! She answered all my questions, made sure I understood what the procedure involved, and continuously checked my comfort level as she performed each task. Thank you so much to the Steele Creek location for helping me! I am extremely appreciative that I FINALLY received proper patient care and compassion.

I’m sharing my wife’s experience: we both went as new patients because I saw a lot of good reviews and thought this place would be great… well fast forward, we had our appts and eventually my wife gets a bill… FOR THE FIRST VISIT. Initial visits are comprehensive exams and we have insurance.. they’re supposed to be free! Looking over the bill we noticed they’re charging her for some X-rays taken and we still don’t know why. She was supposed to go back to get her cleaning, which she showed up to, only to realize THE OFFICE IS CLOSED DURING HER APPT TIME. They even sent a confirmation reminder!! Not once was she told they’d be closed and needed to reschedule. She called, left a msg, and to this day, 2 weeks later, they have yet to respond… they definitely made sure to let her know she had a bill due tho!! freakin ridiculous. This place has been ridiculously unprofessional!!! Definitely starting to regret going there.

The receptionists were very welcoming and cheerful, even though it was 4:30 in the afternoon. Dee was absolutely AMAZING! The x-ray machine was giving her problems, but she kept going until she was finished. We joked and carried on during the whole visit. I was impressed with Dr. Perry. He was very clear about my options, and the office manager explained my options very clearly, telling me how much my insurance would pay and the amount I would be responsible for. I am thoroughly pleased with this office! It is a month later, and I got in right away. The receptionist is extremely friendly and personable. My hygienist Julie was incredible. She was gentle, but efficient. When it came to polishing my teeth after the cleaning, I was a little anxious, since the vibration drives my nose crazy. Julie did it in a way that didn't bother my nose at all! This place is incredible!

I had a fantastic visit at the Night & Day Dental In Steele Creek last night. I scheduled appointments for both my son and I and was so happy that I could get that done without having to take off any time from work! The hygienist was SUPER friendly and patiently handled my talkative, antsy 6 year old! She made sure to inform me throughout the process of both of our cleanings/X-rays. Neither of us had been to the dentist in awhile and one of my fears has always been to leave the dentist in pain based off past experiences. Both the hygienist and Dr. Ramsey handled our mouths gently and with care. I will most certainly be going back for future cleanings as well as entrusting Dr. Ramsey with some other dental work that I need. I highly recommend this place for their cleanliness, professionalism and accommodating hours!

I went to the this Dental practice after realizing there was a closer location to me in Steele Creek. Previously I had attended the location on Independence Blvd. I was experiencing a bad toothache for several days and finally decided to seek assistance. When I searched Google Day and Night Dental came up as being up until 10pm. To my surprise it was 9P when I called to inquire about an appointment and the representative who answered the phone was extremely helpful and got me setup for an appointment the next morning at 10A. My tooth needed to be removed due to decay and the staff was very efficient and informed me on how to care for my mouth after removal. I will be returning to this location for my 6 month cleanings going forward. Thank you very much!

The staff was AMAZING! I wasn't able to get any service done due to the severity of my wisdom tooth but the ladies at the front desk helped me find a location that will perform the necessary procedure and that also takes my insurance. I am so thankful for their effort because I wasn't able to find the information on my own since most offices don't take my insurance! I appreciate the patience and the dedication, thank you ladies UPDATE: I'm very appreciative of the ladies at this office! I was able to get my wisdom tooth pulled at the location they referred me to...&& after they called me to check on me to see if I was able to get the work done && to see if I was okay, when they didn't have to... their phenomenal && go above && beyond. 10/10

Absolute WORST Dental office ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received service in March 2022 and I'm still having issues with this place in July 2022 Im not a Medicaid recipient I have insurance with Delta Dental before receiving service Which staff was so unorganized.I paid in full my co payment just to have an accountant later call to harass me for several month stating payment was not made I have all my receipts and bank statements that reflects otherwise.The accountant stated she was sending the small balance owed to collections Which will then DROP your credit score.I contacted my insurance company who spoke to the front desk employee the agent informed her that I didn't owe and a check was mailed I wish i never considered this place.I will never be back

Every since my first visit to them I had nothing but problems. They had to reschedule me several times and my mouth started hurting alot more. I started at tge East and moved to the South locations because it was closer. But my mouth haven't been the same since my last visit to the South location which is why I haven't been back. I had to schedule an emergency visit today because of mouth pain and they talking about a back payment so they refused me. This is my last with them. The whole company sucks and just can't get anything right. I'm seeking a new dental location. I'm also gone report them and will not recommend them to anyone. Bad business here. DO NOT GO. I AM WARNING YOU. REMEMBER THIS OKAY! BYE.

Just moved to the area so I wanted a dentist closer to home. I’m perplexed that in 2022 they do not provide online scheduling for appointments. With that being said you would think they would then be prompt with answering the phone. I’ve called serval times between 11 am and 1 pm. Not once has anyone picked up the phone. I should of taken that as a clear red flag that this business is low in their execution of customer service but instead I emailed them requesting a “New Patient” appointment. The response I received lacked any kind of urgency or real interest in getting me booked. Searching for a different dental practice. Previous reviews let me know I’ve dodged a bullet.

This was my first time here. Jeanett, the dental hygienist was very good! She took her time to make sure she wasn't hurting me. She was educating me the entire time on the best treatment and care for my teeth. When my lips were chapped she stopped to get me vaseline so that I was comfortable. It was the best customer service care I ever recieved from a dental hygienist! Ariana was also wonderful at taking my xray pictures! She gave me high direction. She was careful with the tool and she made sure I was comfortable at all times. It was a great experience! I scheduled my next visit right away. The have a patient for life here! Truly, an amazing business to invest in!

I just moved to this area out of state recently. And I have had some bad experiences with my past dentists. One of the best things I love is the hours. Being open til 10pm and even open weekends if I'm busy during the work. I was in and out of my appointment with my cleaning and xray. Then they wanted me to bring my current night guard in to see how it affect my tmj and recommended a slightly different guard and told me to let them know if I have any issues or pain with the new guard so they could fix it. I reccomend this office to everyone and have fun with random conversations with the dentists and their hygienist.

This place is amazing ! It’s so hard to find a good dentist with nice staff. The staff was amazing ! Good vibes in the place and very relaxing. If i remember correctly i had Ms. Julie clean my teeth and she did a great job ! I told Her i had Sensitive gums and in the past I’ve had to be sedated for cleanings. But this time i did Not need it. She was very gentle but still cleaned my teeth. She was so sweet. I have Found my new regular dentist in this new area. Thank you all for your patience and smiling faces :)

Thank You so much to Dr Pat O’Brien and his team! They are truly my heroes. Breaking a tooth at 6:30pm on Friday is one of those worst case scenarios. Dr O’Brien saved the day by getting me in immediately even though I’m not his regular patient. He even went above and beyond by consulting with my dentist on the phone before taking care of my tooth. Service like this is hard to find these days. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel at ease. I can’t thank you enough. You all saved my weekend!

The staff here is friendly and i love how they get down to bottom of things that’s bothering your teeth a lot. They are fast at what they do but they do make sure your teeth is very clean. They will help you out with getting your teeth right to have a beautiful smile. They are affordable. They also take little kids but I prefer for you to take them to a pediatric. I love the music they always playing when I come to get clean or whatever. The place is very clean and neat as well.

I called for an appointment for a teeth cleaning and to my surprise, they saw me the same day! The patient information was texted to me & it was very easy to complete. The staff was professional & friendly. The hygienist, Julie did a great job as well as the Dentist. I was also able to get fitted for a crown on the same day. The Dentist was very friendly and made sure I didn't feel any discomfort. I would highly recommend going to Night & Day Dental for all of your dental care.

Very friendly and professional staff. It was also nice to see a female dentist in Dr Hyatt. She gave me a thorough first exam and gave me options and her recommendations on priorities. And she even did my cleaning! The office has great hours and was very clean and the best thing was no television mounted on the wall blaring away with the home improvement shows. And they have a computerized new patient paperwork system on tablets so no pens and clipboards.

1st impressions can make or break... Gent who answered the call was efficient and knowledgeable never crossed my mind whether or not to schedule the appointment. I enjoy my experience at Night and Day. The staff is very professional and courteous and they treat me with respect as well. My second cleaning was done in a timely fashion and the dental assistant did an awesome job as well. The times work very well for me as well with the way that my schedule is I am able to schedule a appointment and get in without any issues at all. I made a great choice by choosing night and day as my dentist office.

The hygienist, Savannah was great! The receptionist (I think her name was Victoria) was a little rude, she greeted me w/ an attitude. After Savannah was done cleaning my teeth & took the x-rays, the doctor came in & only spoke to Savannah. I greeted her & she ignored me. She never introduced herself, I only know her name (Dr.Lawson) because Savannah said it. Savannah was amazing & provides great customer service!

Don't walk from this dentist office but run if you are late you get turned around at the door if they are late you have to wait in here like you're waiting on the food stamps at the welfare office to approve you and they fail to tell you there's a co fee. I've never seen any dentist office or doctor's office rather have such poor pathetic communication with their patients

This establishment is a JOKE! I've called MULTIPLE times over the course of two weeks and NO ONE has picked up. I got a call two weeks later, saying to call the office back. When they finally did pick up, I got the rudest receptionist. I am absolutely disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE

I just moved to the area not too long ago and had to find any dentist. I was having a major issue with one of my teeth. This place was great. they took me in same day took an x-ray and were able to evaluate my problem. Looking for this to be my long-term dentist.

Never got to see the dentist. My appointments were cancelled twice and I was asked both times if I could come in the afternoon when I said I could only come to morning appointments due to my work schedule. It shouldn’t be this hard to get into a dentist.
