I went to return an item due to it being to large, when I went before work, I was told by the cashier the they don't have any cash or sizes for me I must return tomorrow making me late for work not once but twice in a single week. This is very unprofessional and ethical for a store of this size and brand to be behaving in this manner.

To be honest this is not what the nike factory store use to have bang for your buck. You will come across some bargains but they are very strategic, very hard to find t-shirts on sale the tops stuff that is. Also they range of soccer boots and soccer balls are terrible not like the factory store. Very disappointing …

I stopped by the shop during a massive sale last weekend. I was very impressed with the assistance that I received from Sipho, even amidst the crazy busy store. Bad service on the floor from the non black guys that work there and the best service at the till cause they forced to. They should look and the colour of your skin when you on the floor browsing through apparel. My money us worth the same as any skin coloured person different from black.

Organized, very Covid aware. YOu have to queue so that the store does not get over crowded, which is a GOOD THING. IFByou have a return, you wait outside and staff come to you to deal with the problem. Very impressed with the way it is managed. Well done.

Great shop. Floor staff not very helpful though. In fact one of the security guards was far more helpful than the actual sales people. Prices are good especially when they have a sale. Jack up the sales team and you would have the perfect shop.

Had to wait in line . Limited staff so you have to help yourself and on there discounted foot ware beware as shoes are dirty From being tried in a thousand times . I asked manager how to clean shoes and he said luke warm water and a cloth

Love shopping here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only a certain numbers of customers are allowed in at a time so shopping there is a pleasure. The store is also always neat and tidy.

The store is nice and clean the staff are friendly however the shoe sizes are a problem. You find a shoe you love but the size is not there. They need to fix that. Overall nice store

I felt that the Nike brand has lost variety, I went to buy a takkie for my son today, we didn't purchase a takkie from them, my son opted for a reebok takkie from the store next door

The queue is always out the door...due to covid regulations, there are only a certain number of people allowed in at a time. The shopping experience though is what's worth the wait.

Wanted to buy 2 pairs of shoes but ended up at the till buying 1 pair as the price of the other pair changed to be expensive to one that i was given by the person who was serving me

Poor service. Untidy store. Especially the shoe area. I have been to the branch in Cape Town and Gauteng. These stores are busy yet staff are friendly and the stores are clean.

Staff were unhelpful, obviously lack of training,to be honest,would find a better price anywhere else, wouldn't go there again,unless I wanted something to complain about,

It's always full, long queues and there are best deals, there's always a sale there. Problem is at the till only 3 or 4 people work even though they see how full it is.

Its a busy time i get it..but its cramped and the staff weren't helpful at all. I tried to ask for help but was fobbed off quickly. Not impressed at all

It's horrible. You wait on the cue for too long before you get in while standing in the sun with no one bothered to make customers comfortable.

Busy, good prices. Staff difficult to locate if you need help. If you are great at finding things on your own, great place to go for deals.

Prices are good but it's a looooooooooooooong wait in the sun 25min to 40min. Due to limited number of people allowed in the store.
