Receptionist is incredibly unsympathetic and rude. We told her that my partner has been in a car accident, knowing that she still took 3 phone calls while my partner was standing there and waiting for service. She had time to answer inbetween phone calls but she still preferred to stare at the phone rather than helping someone who's in a lot of pain.

Dr. Syed was friendly and considerate. He was very thoughtful and was very patient with our enquries regarding the vaccine. The staff was friendly and professional. This was my first time here and I am glad that I chose this clinic to have the vaccination for my children and I here. Very impressed by the clinic. Thanks Dr. Syed!
