I LOST HALF OF MY HAIR THAT DAY. My hair was down to my waist and I had it bleached. I agreed to a little bit of breakage because I wanted to be be brighter. The problem is that when her assistant came over and helped her dry my hair, she kept on brushing and brushing with a round brush over my ALREADY damaged hair. I even saw the owner signalling her to stop but she purposely kept going over the same spot until the other stylist took over. There was ONLY breakage over the part that she brushed and when I saw her face, all I could see was her disgusting malicious smirk. They ended up even curling my hair after telling me that it will not damage my hair even more. If that woman left my hair alone I wouldn’t have a hole in the middle of my hair and it is so sad. Just wanted to leave my honest opinion.

This is a TERRIBLE salon. My mom came there with her siblings to do their hair and when they came home, their hair was not how they wanted it to be done and the colored (died) part of the hair was where they didn't want it to be. They died my mom and her siblings hair terribly, meaning it had barely any color on and after they showered their hair got tangled and messy. It was literally IMPOSSIBLE to comb it. My mom said that when they went there the lady who was doing her hair combed it like it didn't matter if their hair pulled off. I suggest you guys (staff in the salon) be more careful while combing peoples hair and do their hair as the people want it. Never coming here again. Good bye.

Prior to this last lock down, I was lucky enough to get an appointment in with Nisreen, and it was my first time going here. I have to say Nisreen is a professional that goes above and beyond for her clients. She really does it to drive her passion and not for the money. She did an amazing job, she put in time and effort to ensure my colour was exactly what my expectations were. My hair is thick and long, and she worked every strand and ensured to use products that would not damage my hair! I cannot wait to return after this lockdown and get a touch up! I highly recommend Nisreen for Hair cut, styling and colouring!!!!!

This was my first experience at this salon, and it definitely wont be my last. Firstly Nisreen was so nice and accommodated me so well. She is extremely detail oriented and makes sure she delivers results. I had a lengthy color correction procedure, pretty much a full transformation, and she did it with a smile. While other salons either turn you away, cut corners or complain every step of the way- she was very pleasant and incredibly talented!! Prices are reasonable, salon is cozy and staff is great. Overall, amazing results and a 10/10 experience!

The first time when I reached out to Nissreen it was for hair protein treatment - I was extremely happy that I did, the salon is beautiful, neat and clean, above all, I was very happy with my hair result. Then a couple of weeks later, both my daughter and I went back and got our hair balayage done by Nissreen, her work exceeded our expectation again, both my daughter and I were very happy. Nisreen is one of the best beauty lady. I got my hair done for the first time at her salon. I showed her a picture I liked and she did a better job than the picture. IM SHOCKED. I am so happy with my hair. It is absolutely stunning. She is so talented when she does the hair. The products she uses are professional plus my hair felt so smooth after the final new look. Very friendly and I have an incredible haircut which took about and hour and a half! The reason I am giving this many stars is because on the Instagram page they had a promotion during feb 22-mar 31 for cuts for $45, but I got charged $65 plus tax and tip, so it came out way more than I thought. I am not sure the reason as to why I got charged more, even though when I initially contacted and talked to them about booking the appointment, I did mention the promo on the phone.

One of the best experiences that happened to me. I got a wonderful haircut and great care for my hair. The place is amazing, and she is wonderful and professional in her work. Came here for a balayage touch up as my roots grew out about 3-4 inches - huge regret. I had a nice blonde balayage before which after turned to a nasty brassy tone all over since she went over all of my hair with the colour. I asked for it to be fixed, and she rushed the fix (reapply toner) which obviously didn’t do anything. Also, for some reason, I paid upwards of $250 for this “touch up”. This service is a hit or miss, you’ll either walk out happy or sad.

This was my first time coming to the Salon and I had a awesome experience! Nisreen is so friendly, experienced and is very detailed oriented. I had my hair styled and trimmed and it looked amazing! My hair had so much volume and looked healthy. I also had my makeup done, and I absolutely loved it she does a great job with makeup too. Will definitely be coming back! A day before going to Nisreen I went to another hair salon for highlights. I wanted them golden but I ended up with a red/purple/pink hair. I was so sad and disappointed. I went to Nisreen the next day just for consultation, she was REALLY kind and made space for me in between clients and fixed my hair. It looks soooo much better now!! I’m so thankful!! Will definitely come back!!

Amazing salon! As a muslim women i needed my hair cut without men being able to see. Therefore, she was able to shut the windows and doors with blinds. Nobody was able to enter the salon and able to see me without my headscarf. My hair cut was perfect and i loved the blowdry and hair wash process. I have thick, wavy, frizzy and long hair. I have always had a problem with hairstylists to having the proper haircut that suits my hair type. I have been cutting my hair with Nisreen for a year now; she did wonders and gave me an incredible haircut, very accurate and precise and gives a proper time for each client, no rush. Good with colours and root touch as well.

Went in for hair colour, colour is fine but very unprofessionally washed by Nagham , while she put water in my hair before washing all my colour out, she coloured another lady’s hair in between , and the water spill on my shirt and my shirt’s colour is all spoiled. I went because of the good reviews. Came out sad.

I went in for root touch up and any kind of advise for color since I had a lot of greys. Nagam was very nice and took her time to explain how best to tackle the grey issue. I got full highlights done and I am was very happy with her color suggestion and the way it turned out on me. Will be going to her from now.

After 4 months without a haircut I came across this barber shop and decided to go in. They all wear masks, the chairs are spaced apart and the staff are warm and friendly. My hair was a mess; it isn’t now - my young barber made sure of that. So glad I found them. I will definitely go back.
