last Wednesday I had my scheduled to return flight from Sarajevo to Frankfurt then to Toronto and back to Windsor. Toronto Windsor gets canceled on daily basis which I was well aware of since traveling to Europe same flight was canceled and I had to drive myself to Toronto 3 hours before the flight. fast forward Air Canada decided to cancel my entire trip because of that Toronto to Windsor flight that gets canceled and left me hanging at the airport with a 5-year-old. one of the local agents that work for Lufthansa help me get a hotel room and apparently schedule me for another flight next day. next day same thing happened 7:00 in the morning. I did not know what to do so i WhatApped Nives travel and guess what she replied right away and help me book another flight excluding Toronto to Windsor which was causing my entire trip to get canceled by default. Nives is very committed to her clients. it hasn't been the first time that she went above and beyond to help me.

This is definitely NOT the same Nives Travel that we've loved for over a decade. What was once an absolutely stellar travel agency that we used a dozen times... is now reduced to a shell of its former self. When you send an email they don't acknowledge receipt or if they are even working on your request. Two more polite attempts to get an update on any progress and nothing. By the looks of it, this seems to be a recurring issue (non-responsive customer service). We would love to keep our business with someone we have come to trust... but with such a significant drop in customer service, we simply have to move on. I wonder if there is new ownership...

Nives booked the best vacation ever for my family. I know she would for others too because of her intimate knowledge of Croatia and Italy. The vacation was better than I could have expected and it is because she asks and listens to give you what you want. Nobody else could have made a vacation that great. This year was my third year calling them to book tickets for my entire family they will get all the information they minute they know that your flight is not croatia ,they won't call you back or email you to let u know if they booked tickets,eventho i try calling them they wont respond.very poor costumer service ,bought my six tickets somewhere else wont recommend to non Croatia people .

Absolutely! So efficient and knowledgeable! We had issues with a cancelled flight and a credit that had to be used. Nives and her team worked tirelessly to get a new trip booked within the perameters of our credit. In addition had great recommendations for car rental and guided us through what was necessary and unnecesary in terms of add ons and coverage. Great experience.

Not happy at all. Called one day to book flights. Was told that they would call/email back with different options etc. I didn’t hear from them, even after sending 3 emails and attempting another phone call. It’s been a week. Nobody is that busy. They also haven’t sent a receipt for a payment made for my mother.

My family and I dealt with this company for many years and I have nothing but best to say about this company. Nives did everything above and beyond to assist me of getting my refund related to covid-19 from Turkish airlines. Looking forward to purchase my next flights with her again. a+
