Decent food, but meat is a bit dry. I've had better but I've had worse middle eastern food. I wouldn't recommend this place mainly because the meat (while in more kabob style chunks) is just dry due to being overcooked. They are generous on how to you pick the sides (3 sides for a platter), but a side would include hummus or pita or rice or falafel or something else. It's odd to me that rice is a "side" given how ubiquitous rice is in middle eastern food (it's also a dirt cheap restaurant ingredient). I just felt like I was being a bit shortchanged considering it's about $20 per person to walk out the door. For a place you walk up to, order, and wait, it's a bit on the pricier sides in my opinion. Also, the ordering system is the same as everywhere- it will prompt you to tip them (of course) so keep strong and stick to what you think is right! In summary, ok food, nice variety, but a bit stingy on a $20 "plate" of food. If your hungry and it's late, this'll do, but I'm not going out of my way to go back.

I came in late at night after checking in at a hotel a few blocks away, and couldn't decide between some pizza and shawarma. Since I can never pass up lamb, I went with the lamb wrap to go. It was made to order, and delicious. I was surprised about this since it was late at night, and it looked like maybe all they were serving was takeaway slices. But no, what I got was a very good, fresh meal. Out on the east coast it seems they have a lot of hole in the wall pizza and sub shops, especially in Boston. This appears to be the San Francisco equivalent, which was great for me.

Even late at night, you have to keep an eye out to snag street parking along California. But there are lots of app-delivery drivers here so typically something opens up quickly, especially if you just need to run in to grab your to go order.

This place is just amazing. I love their foods and services. There is a guy who gives a high quality service and always meet the custimers with smile. They serve only halal food. Recommend to stop by Nobhill Pizza and Shawarma if you come to California street

One of the best pizza spots in the city! The workers who work here are extremely friendly and kind which makes the experience even better.. although the pizza is AHmazing... the one thing I suggest everyone try is the Chicken Cesar salad!! Coming to Nobhill Pizza & Shawarma was just by chance ... but I'm SO GLAD that we did. As amazing as the food was, the friendly, warm and kind welcome we received from the owners was even better. She (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name) was so patient with us and immediately understood our daughter's appetite requests. Anytime we're back in town, it is now a must to come to Nobhill Pizza & Shawarma, and I highly recommend everyone else do the same. I wish them nothing but success, God willing!

3.5 stars We came here for a quick meal and a quick meal is what we got. I got the chicken shawarma and it was pretty good. It had some good flavors although the chicken was a little bland at times. I don’t think they flavors/seasoning was consistent throughout the whole shawarma. I really like the pita though and it was cooked to a nice crisp. Overall, it was a decent meal. I would take it to-go though as there are a lot of wasps near the door.

Being gluten intolerant limits a lot of food choices but they offer 2 different GF pizza sizes and no limitations for toppings. It was easily some of the most delicious fresh made pizza I have had.

The lamb shawarma wrap was on point and packed with protein, and the fries were perfectly crispy, golden brown and delicious even on their own, like ideal Burger King style fries. Got my money’s worth here and would stop by for another quick bite again.

Great stop for a quick bite or takeout! The Lamb Schwarma Wrap is definitely the way to go. It's enormous, loaded with plenty of meat and sauce, and comes with fries or a salad. This is a no frills environment so you're not coming here for the vibe but it certainly was an excellent quick lunch for me.

The Pizza here isnt bad but its not great either, french fries are good and and I pretty much only order Chicken Shawarma here- this last time, the chicken was a bit dry and i ordered extra humus but it didn't seem to be extra inside, so minus a star-maybe just an off night- I'll update next visit

I ordered the lamb shawarma, since that seems to be the most recommended option. I was given the option for spicy or mild and went with the spice. The wait was only 5 minutes. It was terrific and very meaty with the perfect amount of sauce without being too messy. I'll definitely be coming back here!

We are here several times during our visit to San Francisco. The people who work there are very kind. The food is great, everything from the sandwiches, to the shawarma and pizza was excellent. This was our favorite late night snack in the city.

Got the chicken pesto pizza and fries and they were AMAZING. Such good flavor and serving size for both at fair prices. The customer service was amazing too, it was 6pm and there was no more single slice chicken pesto pizza and he made a whole pizza to accommodate my request. Very satisfied!

It was such a great experience. (I am a foreigner) There is no room service in my hotel, so I ordered pizza here midnight. It is the only pizza delivery store in San Fransisco downtown even though Dominos’ pizza was closed midnight. I strongly recommend Nob Hill Pizza !

Had a great experience. They normally sell by the slice and don't have whole pizzas prices listed but they hooked me up. Pizza was on point. My wife doesn't really like pizza but she killed theirs. They are open late which was great for Fri night after a few bars.

Late night uber eats order while recently traveling in San Francisco. Tried the chicken pesto panini. Decent taste. Chicken pieces were a little bit dry. I think if there was more sauce, the sandwich would have been perfect.
