I cannot recommend highly enough the team at Noble Veterinary Surgeons for the excellent care and concern they extended towards my pets in their time of medical need. Dr Mulonzi and Dr Rose are highly skilled and its quite evident that they really really love their work and their furry patients. On three occasions, once requiring surgery for a complicated birth, twice for treatment for some pretty serious illnesses,my cats have received topnotch attention and recovered wonderfully. Not to mention the multiple instances I have received advice on best practices for care and maintainance through phone calls. The clinic is superb, wonderfully managed by a professional team whose efforts go a long way towards making a stressfull time that much easier. They really go that extra mile towards accomodating admitted patients, providing comfortable bedding, quality food and toys...just generally ensuring the least amount of anxiety for a pet in an unfamiliar environment. Highly recommend for pet owners. Did my first visit with Lilly, our family cat. We were warmly welcomed and Lilly was calm the whole time. They were able to review the cat and offered required vaccines, multivitamins and grooming (nail cutting). I was so pleased at how they handled lilly gently and with care. I got a pet review book with schedules of all vaccines he intends to take and with next appointments. They also have systemized the data, one is able to retrieve history of your pet whenever you visit. They are very well informed. I was able to get more tips on how to handle Lilly and what not to do. Consultation fees are affordable. Thank you so much for making my first experience memorable. N/B: Lilly was the name give to our cat before we found out she is a boy (today). The name sticks!

The service my dog Nane and I received was golden. Since it was an early morning emergency and on a public holiday, many other vets were not working or couldn’t get to us in good time but the doctors at Noble Vet Surgeon came through as early as 6:30am. My dog Nane was treated with love and professionalism, and as her mother my fears were pacified and was made to feel at home. They didn’t even mind when I told them I needed to get some work done, they provided me with a desk to work on. Doctor Mwendwa & every doctor who came in to check on us was professional and kind. In the end Nane left feeling much better and I left knowing I had gotten the best service I’ve received in a long time. I would recommend Noble Vet Surgeons to anyone who needs a vet 100%. They are my vet of choice!

I contacted Doctor Mwendwa of Nobal Veterinary a month before I sent Cookie and Oreo my cat's. He walked me through the process and was kind enough to answer all my questions prior to me bringing the cats to the vet. Once I was comfortable, he arranged for the cats to be picked up and taken to his clinic! the team that picked up the cats cme with carrier boxes and that were lined with towel so that the cat can be comfortable ❤️. I was updated as soon as I arrived, together with a photo and as each and every procedure was going on. He also follows up once they got home. I completely loved the service and would recommend 100% To make it better from my estimation they are 20% more affordable than most veterinary clinics in Nairobi.

I left my cat in their boarding facility and God oh God, it was the worst decision I ever made. These guys are evil people they smile to your face and kill your pet in the name of care. I removed my pet from their facility while he was barely moving his lower limbs. They lied about not knowing what happened to him and they gave me an ultimatum whereby they wanted to euthanize him. I lied to them and told them I'll bring him back, and ran for our lives. 3 years ago, when I first got my cat, I left a good review but after all the emotional and financial trauma they've made me go through, I hope this review saves someone's pet's life Kindly save your pets from this clinic.

Noble team are the best. I took my dog to them during an emergency. They were very accommodative by allowing us to take in my pet at 11pm at night. They were able to stabilize him and admit him. He stayed there for around 10days. My pet, snowy, fully recovered from a state where I was almost loosing hope. They were very professional and are good at what they do. I am so happy to have him back home. Thank you Noble Vet team for the care you offered to snowy. I would recommend you guys to all pet owners. This morning, we found a stray kitten on the side of the road and needed urgent help. We contacted the clinic and within 1 hour, doctor Mwendwa was at our home (on a Sunday). His approach to the kitten and our two cats was fantastic. He was very caring and knowledgeable. He gave the kitten a vitamin shot, clipped her nails, checked on her wellbeing, then dewormed her along with our two cats. We are so pleased with the service and highly recommend this clinic to any pet owners. The service was very affordable and stress less. This is definitely going to be our regular clinic from here on. My dog was really unwell on Christmas Day, and the noble vets team had no issue tending to her despite it being a holiday. It took them less than 3 minutes to diagnose her and schedule her for emergency surgery. They took care of her for the next month until she made a full recovery, and the team was always ready to answer my questions on how to tend to her at home without fail. They were also kind enough to let me know how to tend to my other dog who was greatly affected by the January heat, despite me calling them at midnight. I’ll forever grateful to the team at large for their service and for care. Thank you.

Very unprofessional mainly the Dr Mwenda. You cannot trust this guy with your pet. I waited for him for 50 minutes for the first time and not a man of word. We booked an appointment and he never showed up; he was supposed to bring the puppies' card along. I had to beg him to get the cards. Running and chasing game ! Poor level of customer service at the reception. They don't pick up calls but when my driver called using his phone they picked ! I don't recommend this place to anyone. I had to tell him that I'll be coming with the police, this is only when he sent the card. Very poor service. Not recommended

Our Puppy Sparshey who’s just 3 months got very lucky to have been under the care of Noble Vets during his life threatening experience. He was well taken care of and he had such a hard time trying to fight with his tiny body. However, the professionalism as well as empathy was overwhelming. He fought through it and he is almost making a full recovery. I reccomend Noble vets any day. The Cleanliness and general hygiene of the facility is also one to write home about not to mention the passion and dedication Thank you Dr. Mwendwa, Dr. Rose and Dr.Dan you’re doing an amazing Job.

I have five dogs, Princess, Bruno, Marks, Rex and Simba. I was really in need of Boarding services and I got the best service from Noble Veterinary. They were picked with an ambulance from where I was and taken very good care of for 5 days. They were very professional in the way they handled them considering they can be naughty sometimes. After the 5 days they were dropped at my house with an ambulance and they looked so great. The youngest Simba had grown and I was almost in tears when I was reunited. We had an emergency with our kitten on a Sunday morning and our normal vet was out of Nairobi. Frantically we reached out to Dr Mwendwa who came to our, and our kitten’s, rescue. Given the injuries he took our kitten to his Surgery for surgery and recovery (2 nights) and delivered him safely home. The vet was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed during the whole 2 day stay and in the weeks after, during his recovery at home. We were very happy with the service we received and recommend Noble Vets.

Great service, such friendly staff, fast service, available 24/7. We called in early morning because our dog Pluto was having stomach issues. Dr. Mwendwa was very fast in his response and we took in Pluto for treatment. I appreciated how he explained the issue after the blood test, and took us through to our understanding of the treatment. The support team was really kind to Pluto and us. Pluto is now much better and back to his active self This is a place I highly recommend.

Took in a healthy cat for neutering left with a cat that can barely breath. A congested chest with difficulties in breathing. My cat was in isolation but why is he sicker.?? The neutering made him sick because 2 days later he is vomiting meaning he got the bug from there but they refuse to admit it. My other cat is at home very healthy. These docs will smile at you amd manage you. You ask questions there isn't a clear answer I regret ever meeting you guys. Ever!

Noble Veterinaries gave me a real experience when my two dogs got sick from a life threatening ailment. The vets came with the animal ambulance blaring all along to my home, administered first aid and took them for surgery at their clinic in South B. After a month the dogs were brought back by the same ambulance and i could not belief my eyes. They were very healthy and all healed up. The attached are photos before treatment and after.

The service we have received from Noble Veterinary is of high standard. The Doctor is prompt when called upon. Keeps time and his promises. The pricing of his services is affordable and when we request for a discount,he is not rigid. I am a beneficially of several discounts I have received. I toke my cat there and it was on a brink of breathing its last breath suffering cat flue. I almost gave up but yhe doctor assured me that he can handle and al will be well. Very professional and friendly. They came in and treated my cat and he was ok within two days. Maybe only thing I ca suggest is to adjust price for customers but overall I was very happy. The two cats are healthy and full of life. I will definitely recommend them and also call them in case I need service with my two cats.

Noble has handled all my dog's vaccinations without incident. Have also used their boarding facility and have no complaints. Vet and support staff are experienced and attentive. The only challenge is that the space is a little small for dog exercise particularly for large breed dogs 5/5 would recommend.

Dr. Mwendwa, is responsive and his solutions for our sick pets have done the trick both times. He was patient with our questions and travelled with a well-stocked supply of treatments.
