PEDICURES Was able to walk in on a Saturday afternoon with no wait! I called first to make an appointment but gentlemen who answered phone said it wasn't necessary. He did say appointments are accepted. I diligently inquired about a thorough pedicure. I wanted a technician not afraid to dig into those cuticles and surgically trim nails to a square perfection. I wanted exfoliation with a pumice to remove those tough calluses. I wanted a strong hand to massage my calves and feet like a Russian wrestler..lol. I was willing to pay for this service and tip well. My 1st tech was an older lady (my age). She was sweet, but didn't have the skill level I desired. I scanned the chairs and noticed two technicians doing a superb job. Their names are Snow and Mia. I watched them carefully service their clients with a seasoned confidence. I asked the manager if one of these ladies could take over my service. She agreed and sent Mia to the rescue. She did not disappoint. I received excellent service and now I have cute feet❤️ The only reason I did not give this salon 5 stars is because: 1) My first technician wouldn't listen to me. I had to get a manager to intervene 2) Greeting was cold and impersonal. I felt like a number, not a guest. It got colder after I asked for a different technician. Ijs

Highly recommend!!! I called in first thing this morning just to be sure they could fit 2 pedicures in for myself and my daughter, they were so nice, took down my name and number for a 12pm appointment on such short notice. The salon is so clean and beautiful with relaxing music, very comfortable spa chairs, beautiful menus, color options and the customer service is excellent! This was the best pedicure I've had in years. The young man that did my pedicure (I didn't catch his name, so sorry) was so careful and did a very thorough job! The young lady that did my daughter's pedicure, was very nice & talked with us a bit, she did an excellent job as well. The staff are very friendly, just super nice and checked in with us to make sure everything was good during our visit. Needless to say, we had an awesome experience and will definitely be permanent customers! The prices are very reasonable, you can tell they really do care about their customers. Thank you all for an awesome experience and services!

New place just opened convenient location. I was in and out quickly which I am happy a bout. Clean work, clean place. Been searching for a salon I really like and this is NOT the one. Update: I will not be returning. I originally came here for a refill pictures attached looked nice however 4 broke within a week I came back 4 days in a row to get them fixed. So I gave them a second chance and got them removed and a new set put on, new set looked nice but chipped in 2 places (tiny) but I did like them so I went back for a refill within a day one broke went got it fixed and now another one broke! I’m saying I’m doing daily tasks nothing crazy I’ve been getting my nails done for 14 years never have issues. I will be going somewhere else to get these taken off and new set put on…. Waste of $60 reason for 2 stars is because the lady that does pedicures does an amazing job and is such a sweet lady.

I went here and had an horrible experienced! I mean the place looks clean and well decorated but the service is horrible and mediocre. My fingers have glue all over and the acrylic is very thick and not cleaned underneath! I understand that you wanted to make more money but please do not rush the service i paid for! Also since i was new here they over charge me! I was ripped off! $120 for stickers to put in your nails? I mean i wouldn't be so mad if it was done right but my acrylic nails was so thick and you skipped steps to polish them off because u are rushing to get to your next customer! I also told you that my nails are very sharp and you told me that the acrylic is suppose to be sharp because its new! No sir u are wrong! Wont come back here! Horrible place!

I came in on a busy Sunday as they were the salon open near my house. I asked for very short stiletto nails, and was informed that they would have to be a bit longer than I wanted to get the shape. Ok, that was fine. I felt rushed through the appointment. I asked for dip powder and I was given acrylics instead. My cuticles were not taken care of. Again, I understand it was very busy but a manicure to me is an everything package. The design was done exactly how I wanted, however when I got home, the black polish started leaking out through the tip of my nail like it was not dried/cured fully all the way. And a huge chunk of top coat came off the end of my thumb nail. May try again on a less busy day and will update if the service is better.

At first, I had good experiences at this nail spa yet today it was so clear that they are making up charges as they go. Already paying for a full set with gel and then all these other charges? I was charged for my design $12, then there was a $5 extra color charge. When I questioned it, I was told it was different to the design and due to more than 2 colors. What? Then the nail tech Lena took extra color off only to add this charge into the design and an additional $1 up charge ($18). I was also told that there are other places to go, say less Lena. Not only did I keep my $30 tip, I’ll be finding another nail salon. Nickle and diming is not how you keep customers. Customer service is not what it used to be.

Went today, 1st time. I am trying to find a new salon. The lady I went to for years has moved states. I looked online and found this salon. The staff that did my pedicure and full set ignored my requests. They put the wrong color on my toes and it has streaks.. After that the gentleman that did my nails wouldn’t talk and basically ignored what I was saying and asking for. He was upset that I wanted a design. At the end I was so upset, I just picked some random red color off the wall and wanted to leave as soon as possible. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and not welcoming at all. It is a beautiful salon on the inside but the people talk to each other and not to you. I will never go back.

I got my nails here for 60 dollars and they were so beautiful! First place I ever went that did my nail exactly like I wanted! The lady who did them did it so good and took her time with making it perfect. The place was very beautiful too and soothing vibe to it!❤️ A week update: Two of my nails snapped off so easily today while putting on a shirt and socks on. I never broke nails ever in my life and these were the first time experiencing this. I personally feel as if I paid too much to have my nails not last at least 4-5 weeks on my nails. I am highly disappointed at how quick the gems fell also in a matter of 1-2 days of adding them especially since I payed extra to add the gems.

When I tell you I will never go to anyone else!!!! I want to keep them all to myself lol. This set lasted so long I had to PRY them off my hands , I received plenty of compliments and women asking who did them. And for only $90 YES!! And he was very gentle and fast I was basically in and out and he still made me feel special and welcome. They are all very sweet and don’t feel afraid to ask questions or recommendations they are very willing to help and have a kind way of going about telling you if something is not your color. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

This is my third time coming here and I haven't had no issues until they switched the male man that usually dose my nails , my shape went from square to cuffin, and simple white gel was super glumy , my nails weren't filed the right way there was chips and dents in them .. I just honestly believe the workers need a more experience with shaping ,filing ,and painting. I want to come back because they are are super sweet just feel like they weren't trying to make me satisfied. I pay over 80$ each visit for something so basic .

First time in. My grandson and I got pedicures. Matching colors that he picked. We did the lavender and the lemon soaks. The male worker did a much better job than the older woman., with paint and technique. But neither were bad. He def scrubs the heels better, massages more, etc. The cost was 48 and 53 for the soak, scrub, petti. $15 extra if gel. There was no wait in the evening. Did not offer drinks or help when we said chair wasn't adjusting right. But overall very nice.

This was my first time getting my nails done in Jacksonville and the worse experience ever i went to get my nails done in french tips wanting a blue color the guy made a mistake and did pink acrylic and decided to drill it away hurting my actual nail i told him that he hurted he would pause and then continue to drill after he was finish my hands felt stingy and i was in alot of pain so i went to bed after a shower i woke up with my nail like this very painful.

My experience at this salon was superior. I called the salon a week in advance because I was visiting from NYC, I spoke to Bao who was super helpful pre-appointment. I got Gel X and was thrilled to know they have them. Followed by that I got a gel pedicure and with a paraffin treatment and it was heavenly. My nail tech James or Jay not sure his name, but he was knowledgeable and detail oriented. I will definitely return for my next trip. Solid 10/10.

So happy I found this place! Great vibes and they do nails beautifully. This is the first place my nails don’t pop off after a week. The picture I added with the white tips are 2 week old nails and look how great they look. I almost wanted to gatekeep this place but I guess I have to share. They are new to being open so check them out. They are also open Sundays ! I didn’t give them 5 stars only because they didn’t have Cateye nail polish.

I went today to get my nails and toes done. I walked out of there very upset because of how my nails looked. I told them the exact way I wanted because I was going to a Christmas party. When I walked out all my nails were pointing upward and a few were sideways. They also filed my toe nails way too short. When I mentioned that my nail was pointing up he filed it like it was suppose to help. I’m absolutely devastated after spending $300

We went yesterday and really enjoyed our visit. I loved how clean everything was and the polish sets with the matching gel/regular polish. Also veryy happy that our favorite nail tech Lena was there and did a beautiful job as always. Love the fact that she does freehand art and does not use stickers. Had a very relaxing visit. Everything was top notch. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. Dee Dee

Love the atmosphere of this place, wasn’t too crowded, and they offered beverages. My nails were done very quickly and very neatly. They were offering a 20% off deal because they just opened so that was a huge plus. I would definitely return. I love my nails, the younger, slim woman - stated she was the manager - (did not get her name) did them exactly how I wanted. I also got my eyebrows done and I love them

Tried this place on a whim as I was in the area and needed a pedicure desperately. The service was amazing and the owner frequently checked with me to make sure everything was going away. Loved the nail tech who performed my pedicure as she asked if the towels were too hot, stones too hot which you don’t get at a lot of places. This will definitely be my go to place from now on!

Had been going to another nail Salon in Jacksonville. Decided to change. Did some research and picked Noire Nail Salon in Argyle Forest. So glad i did. I had a full set put on by Mia. She did a great job . They looked so good without polish. Then Andrew put polish on them. They absolutely popped when he got done. I am extremely satisfied. Made another appointment.

Have been looking for a new nail salon in the area and this was the first one to come up on Google so I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did! I called ahead for a 2:00 appt for dip. Tina did my nails, she was so sweet and did such a great job! I also had my eyebrows done which look great as well. Will definitely be using this nail salon and Tina regularly.

So far wonderful. I did the Gel X nails and got a Gel pedicure. James did an amazing job. Gel X nails are a little pricey. But overall they came out nice. I will be returning. Next time I'll get a basic Acrylic full set. Hope my next experience is as amazing as my recent visit. James is an awesome nail tech. Thank you for a wonderful Experience.

I was told to come here from a few moms on a group chat on fb. I looked up the reviews and seen a few good post about Lena! I came and was highly satisfied. Got an acrylic overlay on my nails for the second time. The first time was horrible and she made me really happy about how they came out ❤️ LOVE THEM & will be coming back to her.

This place is brand new but SO underrated!! The service, the atmosphere, everything was a 10/10. They do work youd have to pay separate nail techs to do and they cater to your every need. The work is amazing as well! Will definitely be returning week after week. They also offer many other services too! Book with them

I was totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received at a nail salon by Baymeadows Rd and Southside Blvd. James at Noire came highly recommended to me by a Facebook friend. This was my first time coming to Noire Nail and Spa and I can honestly say that my experience was so friendly. All staff was pleasant and attentive . BAO was amazing he was so professional and efficient . I showed him an inspiration pic on how I wanted my nails and he literally nailed it.

Noire is wonderful. The young lady Candy did an amazing job with my nails. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she got it spot on. Went and got a pedicure today. They are warm and welcoming. Shop is spotless. Do your self a favor go check it out, you won’t be sorry.

I am extremely dissatisfied and angered that I was put aside for 4 hours and watched as the nail techs proceeded to take anyone before me. This happened not once, but FOUR times. I had to publicly walk out due to the incompetence that the staff provided.

I had no idea this place was brand new when I called for a pedicure. Not sure of the woman who did my toes and overlay but she was soo sweet and gentle. Loved the environment and lack of crowd. I will definitely be back! Definitely worth a try for sure.

I was visiting from out of town and got to go to this place twice. They got me in right away for service which included pedicure and fill. They were really nice and the place was very calming. I was so relaxed during the pedicure I almost fell asleep.

I’ve been coming here for months and I have no bad things to say. I get a design every time and they deliver every time. The atmosphere and staff are all great! I’ve brought a few friends and family and they all had wonderful experiences as well.

Friendly, love love my nails got powder and pink and white was undecided but she was patient and she delivered! Pedicure was amazing, however my gel Polish was a little transparent could have used another coat but going to give it another shot!

Came in with a picture and the guy did a wonderful job giving me what I wanted. Even surprised me with the care he put into the little details. Sometimes I find that buffing can hurt but didn't feel any discomfort!
