I really wanted to like this place & support a woman-run business. I prepaid $55 for my first appointment. Come the day of our appointment I arrived on time. I texted Dariyel to let her know I was there. She was running late but said she would be there soon. I waited 40 minutes after our scheduled time before leaving. I let her know I couldn’t wait any longer and asked for a refund. I understand things happen. I’m not an unreasonable person…but after my experience I did not want to come back another day, I just wanted a refund. She never sent the refund I asked for and now I have to do a chargeback for it. Again I was really excited to come here after reading her rave reviews, but it’s just been a hassle.

I went here to get a Brazilian wax. The owner was very sweet, kind, nice and understanding of all my first time fears of getting waxed. Her soothing voice made everything better throughout the process as she talked to me calmly despite my hollers just from being scared not really the pain. She was as gentle as could be while doing the procedure and went back thoroughly to make sure no stubborn hairs remained. I highly recommend her for first time waxers. Once you go you’ll always go back!

I was in NO for a conference and needed to squeeze in a brazilian wax and underarm wax. After a quick search, I found Nola Belle Waxing - with a $50 Friday special! - and easy online booking. I'm so grateful I found it! She has a cute studio and is so professional and great at the services. It was easy and quick, and honestly she was just such a good technician. High marks - I recommend her for sure.

Just had my first appointment with Nola Belle Waxing for nose hair removal! Dariyel was amazing! So nice and professional! First time getting this treatment done and she put me at such ease! Her instructions on how to contact her once you arrive for your appointment are super easy, as long as you can follow directions. Will be booking again and happy to have found my new esthetician! Nola Belle is the best place to get a wax in the city (especially if you're nervous about waxing)! She is so professional and will make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Waxing hurts in general... but she is so fast/gentle and her technique minimizes pain as much as possible, it's over before you know it. Afterwards, you will feel so so smooth and happy that you booked. 10/10 recommend.

In Nola for work and found Mila Belle on google Maps. She did an awesome job on my Brazilian and eyebrows. Also loved her energy which is helpful when someone is ripping the hair off your private parts lol. She finishes off with some Fur brand oil which my skin loved. Wish I could bring her back to NYC with me.

D was highly cautious with me (since I haven't been to a waxing session in years), but it did not scare me. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend her.
