I recently had a window replaced by Nombach . The sales rep, George Skirah, was especially helpful. This was because the current front windows had old awnings that we were thinking to replace also. George , altho he did give us an estimate on the awnings, suggested that we wait on the awnings because he felt that once we saw the window installed, we may find that we would not want to cover it up with an awning. He was absolutely correct about that. What I really admired and appreciated was his concern for our needs above that of an additional sale. Based on that alone, I know I would do business with this company again should a need arise. Nombach had also replaced a kitchen exterior door for us and again the customer service was excellent in that I wanted a specific look and they sold me a door that not only adds to the farmhouse look of my house, but again, they suggested I hold off on purchasing a screen door until I saw the new steel door installed and we were so happy with the look and quality that we did not add the storm/screen door on that either. The door had been done last fall and that is why we went with them on the window replacement once we found a rotting wood issue with the old window. I also appreciated the sales rep, George and the prior rep(who's name I cannot remember) seeing to it that the customization I requested was done. Also, when there was a mixup on the casement for the window (it was stained oak instead of cherry), the installers immediately called their boss and then they went to Menards to get unstained wood to install the same day they were doing the window and Nombach sent out a gentleman to do the staining the next day. I have had a number of items done to the house over the last couple of years prior to our retirement and never received the kind of service from both the sales reps and the installers like this company gave me. I also appreciated the respect they gave to me and my property. They are a family business that treated me like family. And saved me money instead of pushing sales at me. You don't find that very much these days. So THANKS Nombach for my door and window and for your service. And I am so glad I did not get those awnings as you suggested. I just love looking at the trees and sky now instead of the undersides of awnings like I did for the past 32 years......

This company was great. They came to my house for a window estimate, and upon looking at the window they advised me on all of the issues that may come from the outdated window, and the steps that I can take to prevent these issues. This whole experience was surprising to me as the salesman, Eddie, was not overly pushy with his products and it seemed that he genuinely wanted me to have the best experience. Nombach was also the only company that was willing to come to the house before installation. I appreciated that he evaluated the condition of the old windows first since all windows may have different issues. From what I have heard from friends and family, other companies usually will just come, install the windows, and then surprise you with additional charges.. Thankfully this company was very upfront and honest throughout the whole process. When the time came for Nombach to install the windows they were on time, professional, respectful towards my house when moving the windows, and even did a great job cleaning up after themselves! (Which is an issue that I have dealt with on many occasions in the past). I would highly recommend this company as they offer quality products, service and work!

Mr. Weber called me after I left a message for them to contact me. He was very prompt and professional in returning my calls and came out within a week to give me an estimate on my property. After working out the details and pricing of my project he gave me a time-line of completion. Reuben called me a few days before the project and then call me the day when he began work, of course he too was very professional. They always showed up on time, ready and prepared to work. I have recommended Nombach and their representative George to several of my friends. They did an awesome job with repairing the brick pillars on my entry staircase in our bungalow. They also did tuck pointing on my chimney and rebuilt our rear staircase. All the work was on time and high-quality. Pricing was fair and sometimes better than other quotes I got. Best of all, they were very communicative. So many places don’t call back or answer questions and completely. Their crews know what they’re doing and know how to explain and set your expectations. I’ll never work with another exteriors shop.

Bought 2-flat in January, and the inspector noted a few issues with the roof and tuckpointing. Eddie came in February to do an inspection, but I have never received an estimate. Called several times, and was told each time that a message was left for Eddie, but no response. Today I just got a recording; left another message. Decided to read the reviews to see if anyone else reported problems, noticed that the owner replied, and thought this might be a way to get a response - any kind of a response.

Thanks to the Nombach staff, especially Peter who was personable, knowledgeable and patient while working over 10 months to get my insurance claim completed. Once the details were finalized with the insurance company. The crew came on time, kept me updated on their progress and sent me photos of the final roof. Beautiful! I have used their services in the past at a previous home and was happy to come back for their excellent customer service. Again, thank you to the entire staff!

We used Nombach Roofing and Tuckpointing to replace some siding that suffered storm damage last winter. We also used them to add insulation to our attic. From our first appointment with Jack, it was clear we were working with professionals! Both crews that were sent to do the work on our house were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and were great communicators when we asked questions. Jack Weber and the entire team at Hans Nombach Home Exteriors, provided Excellent Service, from beginning to end. I needed to replace my back porch. Nombach Roofing and Tuckpointing did a great job on the work performed (roof, siding, fascia, and gutters). They were helpful in working with the insurance claim. The workers were wonderful, always on time, respectful and cleaned up daily after themselves. I would highly recommend Nombach for all things roofing related!

All in all it was a great service from start to finish, great communication and follow up after gutters were fitted on a rainy day to check they were working correctly.
