We have ordered the food at 17:55 via deliveroo and it shows that we will be receiving at 18:13 however it was delivered at 19:45. During the waiting period, we have tried to contact deliveroo to cancel the order at around 17:15 and the staff of deliveroo told me that I can only cancel the order after receiving the food. We have tried to contact the restaurant via the number mentioned in deliveroo app however the number was wrong. We have no choice but to wait till receive the food then contact deliveroo to cancel and try to get the refund. At the end, we received the food at 17:44 and contact deliveroo to arrange the cancellation. However deliveroo told us that I can’t cancel it because I have already received the food. What a cheating. Avoid this restaurant and deliveroo at all costs.

Karage is brilliant as well as the takoyaki and gyoza, chicken katsu was nice with plenty of chicken but if im honest I think next time I would just have the rice and curry sauce but that's just my personal preference. Fair price for quantity and quality of the food and it was all still hot on delivery.

Don’t order Order chicken katsu curry, large portion but chicken is burnt (nearly black colour) Karrage chicken(fried chicken) still got a lot of furs on the chicken pieces Got food poisoning, food not clean, don’t eat.

Never give enough katsu sauce! You're literally called Nomi Katsu and can't give enough sauce for your meal? 75% of the box is rice and the katsu sauce is finished before you even get half way through it. Incredibly annoying, as the food is tasty, but this ruins the whole thing - especially when you pay £16 for one meal!

Was so excited to have a katsu Curry that I ordered on deliveroo but received room temperature plain rice and chicken with no sauce (which I guess isn't even a katsu curry I guess). Guess I'm not eating tonight as that was the last of my cash. That's my evening in the drain.

Ordered two meals and sides. Only 1 meal arrived and the other had items missing. Very disappointed and upset at not even being able to get hold of anyone on the phone. Will not order from there again. I only got a partial refund. Not good enough.

Just finished my delish dish and I have to say I do not know where the bad reviews are coming from. portions were large and fed 2 people.£12 for a meal, drink and delivery which I add only took 15 min.

Didn’t deliver free Smirnoff and yet had to present identity info to guy who delivered is this a scam to get identity?

Have had multiple issues before when ordering from this place. Pay £12 for a few pathetic bits of chicken and a few chips?? Never ordering again. Whoever is dishing out the portions need a slap.

Clean food. I tried the spicy chicken katsu. The chicken was nice and light. Would recommend. I gave 4 stars because I think the meals are a bit overpriced. Other than that, perfect restaurant!

Ordered takeaway katsu curry today. The curry was burnt! How do you manage to burn curry?! And then to serve that - it's really disheartening customers are being treated this way.

Er just made 3 orders and all three had something missing. The food was very under cooked and looked quiet disgusting. Never ordering from them again

It used to be amazing, used to rate it 5/5, recently orders are wrong, spilled, and they never make the cucumber salad anymore as ordered (they just give you raw cucumbers)

Food is great for the price but the portions are even better Only downside is sometimes katsu sauce isnt enough for the chicken and rice, as chicken pieces are huge

Absolutely lovely Chicken Katsu and rice from here. Chicken cooked perfectly and two pots of katsu sauce to cover it in. Not bad at all!

They could just sell their katsu chicken and get a five star. But nah, they do this too and threw in a pepsi. Made my evening.

Put Deliveroo prices up from £10.50 to £14.95...!! For a Katsu meal for 1. How can you justify that kind of price increase?
