Worst experience I’ve EVER had. Asked the “hairdresser” for long layers and she butchered my hair and gave me a weird mullet style. I cried for an hour afterwards. In the meantime, while we complained the lady with her laughed in our faces. I asked for a full refund and they only offered £10 because I refused to leave the shop until I spoke to a manager. I asked for the manager’s number and they obviously gave me their internal number so I couldn’t get through. Hair is so important for a woman’s self esteem and confidence and they’ve completely ruined mine and charged me £15 at that. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon and will now need to buy hair extensions for my holiday. Appalling.

Absolutely in love with my ombré powdered eyebrows. They look so natural yet perfect. Thank you Harpreet for advising me on the right colour as I was thinking of going darker. As I was so pleased with my brows, I decided to get an eyelash lift for the first time. Again, I’m so impressed. My lashes look so pretty. I was convinced they added some individual lashes because they looked so full of volume with length … but no !!! They were all my own lashes with just a lift. The girls do an amazing and professional job as well as being reasonably priced. I would deffo recommend them. Best place in Hounslow to get all your beauty needs. Thank you so much girls

Would not recommend. I asked for a price list before I chose my treatment. Then when it was time to pay she charged me more. I told her that the price list said something different and she said that yes it’s wrong on the list and needs to be changed but refused to charge me the price on their booklet. Very unprofessional. She also got hot wax in my hair which she didn’t apologise for or deduct from the price. I now have to get that removed myself. Really horrible experience and wouldn’t go again

I have glue on my toes, those tools in that blue liquid is their definition of sanitisation and their nail stuff is mixed with their hair stuff. Terrible organisation. 2 women trying to work on 4 clients at a time. First and last time using their services. Im not a picky client, im not the type to complain but this was just too bad. My toes are fine but not great for the £45 that i paid.

Hair Stylist was serving someone with nails when she asked me to take chair. Asked for hair trim but she spoilt hairs as she had to take care of other client also at same time. She doesn’t even know how to make a straight trim. Rather I was telling her that she forgot to touch hairs which she kept aside. Overall worst experience with any hair salon.

Hi everyone I just wanna say about Noor beauty salon which I like the most, they do makeup, nails, hair very nicely and up to date. Staff members very cooperative even the owner of the salon such a splendid. All the services of salon are great. Want to encourage you damn sure visit in there. Many thanks

I got my highlights done from harpreet and she did them so well. I was really impressed and happy.she is really nice as well. I just love comming to this salon and you should come here aswell for anything they do a great job.

I visited this place and she did my eyebrows ( tidy up and forming). I’m completely satisfied as it was really quick and professional. The form of my eyebrows are great and they look the same. RECOMMEND.

Worst place ever for any kind of service…least bothered to satisfy the customer. Zero professionalism..they just ruined my hair with worst haircut ever possible. The whole service is just pathetic!!!!!

Dirty place, absolutely shocking. Have a look at the state of the nail lamp and files, table, towel, I couldn’t see a single clean item. Dirt everywhere, disgusting.
